The intermediate portion 133 has a cross-sectional dimension smaller than that of the first and second connection ends 131 and 132 at both ends thereof, so that when the second cylinder 12 is axially pushed, the intermediate portion 133 is deformed to allow the second cylinder 12 to retract into the first cylinder 11.
The second end 122 of the second cylinder 12 is always located within the first cylinder 11 or flush with the second end 112 of the first cylinder.
The connecting portions 13 may be implemented to be continuously distributed in the circumferential direction, forming a ring shape; or as shown in fig. 4, the connecting portions 13 are provided in a plurality of structures independently spaced apart in the circumferential direction.
