本实用新型的工作原理是:污水置入到污水池1内进行污水治理时,为了进行后续的收油操作,先将污水中的垃圾筛选出,第二电机14运作驱使蜗杆13旋转,在齿轮连接的关系下驱使蜗轮12上的丝杆10旋转,在螺纹连接的关系下驱使丝杆套筒9带动过滤网6上升,过滤网6实现对污水中垃圾的过滤,当过滤网6高于水面时,第一电机4运作驱使第一转轴2旋转,在第一同步带5的同步带动作用下实现第一转轴2上的凸轮3不停的旋转,在凸轮3的偏心作用下驱使过滤网6压缩伸缩柱7中的弹簧8,从而实现过滤网6不停的上下震动,使过滤网6中的污水及油落入下方进行后续的收油操作;初始状态下,启动泵体26,在电磁阀的作用下,泵体26将收集箱15内的空气全部抽干净,使收集箱15内处于负压状态,当收集箱15内充满水后,第三电机21运作,在第二同步带22的同步带动作用下驱使第二转轴18上的转盘17旋转,另外第三电机21在齿轮副23的连接关系下驱使第三转轴20旋转第三转轴20上的转盘17旋转,且第二转轴18和第三转轴20的旋向相反便于进行吸油操作,转盘17上设有吸油毛刷,吸油毛刷具有良好的吸油性,将分离池11内的油进行吸附,转盘17转动的同时,吸油毛刷会与刮板16相接触,吸油毛刷上吸附的油从而进入收集箱15内,由于油的密度比水小,油会漂浮在水上,伴随着吸油毛刷与刮板16刮取的油越来越多,收集箱15内收集的油会越来越多,由于油会一直处于水的上方,直至将收集箱15内的水一直往外挤压,当收集箱15内的油到达油位传感器29处时,收集箱15内上层都是油没有水,此时泵体26运作抽取收集箱15内的油进入到收油桶25内进行收集,另外设置的电动伸缩杆28带动推板27周期性的进行推进,便于将分离池11内的水朝着收集箱15处聚集,避免了在转盘17转动的同时将水向四处扩散导致油不好处理,从而大大提高了油的回收利用率,油回收效果良好。The working principle of the utility model is as follows: when the sewage is placed in the
