the first ratchet lifting boss is arranged in a space formed by enclosing the first accommodating part boss, and the first ratchet lifting boss is arranged for lifting the first ratchet so as to enable the first ratchet to be meshed with the second ratchet.
5. The counter housing of claim 4, wherein the first ratchet lifting protrusion has a substantially triangular shape in a horizontal plane with an arc-shaped transition connection between adjacent sides.
6. The counter housing of claim 4, further comprising a first ratchet stop member and/or a second ratchet stop member;

the middle positioning hole is arranged in a space formed by the boss of the first accommodating part in a surrounding manner and is arranged in the middle of the space formed by the boss of the first accommodating part in a surrounding manner, and the middle positioning hole is arranged for fixing the position of the first ratchet wheel of the counter.
