Therefore, two fastening parts with different connecting directions are formed on the water pipe 7, the two fastening parts form the mutual limiting and mutual restraining effects of the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, the problem that the fixing effect is invalid due to the fact that the fastening parts are abraded is effectively solved, and the fixing effect of the water pipe 7 and the upper bowl basket 6 is further improved.
For the installation mode of the water pipe 7 and the upper bowl basket 6, the first clip 71 at one end of the water pipe 7 can be horizontally buckled with the rib 61 at the bottom of the upper bowl basket 6. Then, the water pipe 7 is abutted against the bottom of the upper bowl basket 6 by taking the fastening part of the first clip 71 as an axis, so that the second clip 72 at the other end of the water pipe 7 can be fastened with the rib 61 of the upper bowl basket 6 up and down to complete the installation. Therefore, the two clamping buckles in different connecting directions are simultaneously buckled and fixed, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, the fixation is reliable, and the potential safety hazard is effectively eliminated.
Referring to fig. 11, the first clip 71 is disposed on the extending end of the water pipe 7, and the first clip 71 includes a horizontal plate 711 and a cantilever 712 extending in parallel up and down. In the present embodiment, the cantilever 712 is located above the horizontal plate 711. In other embodiments, the cantilever 712 may be located below the horizontal plate 711, which is not limited herein.
As shown in fig. 11, the cantilever 712 and the horizontal plate 711 have a gap 713 between them for the rib 61 to snap into. When the first clip 71 is fastened to the rib 61 at the bottom of the upper bowl basket 6, the rib 61 slides directly along the horizontal plate 711 into the gap 713 between the cantilever 712 and the horizontal plate 711.
The end of the cantilever 712 is provided with a hook 714 for limiting the rib 61 to be pulled out, so as to limit the rib 61 which is hooked into the gap 713 and prevent the rib 61 from being easily pulled out. The first clip 71 and the rib 61 are fastened and fixed in the horizontal direction.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 11, the cantilever 712 is formed by enclosing at least two plates connected to the periphery of the water pipe 7, and the hook 714 is formed on the enclosed contour of the plates. Therefore, the structural thickness of the cantilever 712 is increased, the rigidity of the cantilever 712 is effectively improved, the cantilever 712 is prevented from being easily broken, and the service life is prolonged.
Preferably, the cantilever 712 is further provided with a reinforcing rib 715, and the reinforcing rib 715 is connected with the outer periphery of the water pipe 7, so as to further improve the structural strength of the cantilever 712 and avoid weakening the rigidity of the cantilever 712 caused by frequently pulling the hook 714.
Referring to fig. 12, the second clip 72 includes a clamping plate 721 and a fastening lug 722 extending upward on the water pipe 7, and the clamping plate 721 and the fastening lug 722 enclose a loop 723 into which the rib 61 is fastened. The fastening lug 722 is provided with a hook 724, the clamping plate 721 is provided with a protrusion 725, and a fastening opening 726 for the rib 61 to pass through is arranged between the protrusion 725 and the hook 724. Therefore, as the water pipe 7 approaches the bottom of the bowl basket 6 from below, the ribs 61 can pass through the fastening openings 726 and be fastened into the ring 723 enclosed by the clamping plates 721 and the fastening lugs 722; then, the rib 61 abuts against the hook 724 in the inside of the loop 723, thereby achieving fastening and fixing in the vertical direction.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 12, the handle 727 extending outward is disposed on the fastening lug 722. When detaching, the user can operate the handle 727 to break the fastening lug 722 to enlarge the fastening opening 726, so that the rib 61 can be separated from the fastening opening 726, and then the fastening of the first clip 71 is released, so that the water pipe 7 can be smoothly detached from the bottom of the upper bowl basket 6.
Preferably, the protrusion 725 of the clamping plate 721 and the hook 724 of the fastening lug 722 have guiding surfaces 728, and the guiding surfaces 728 are inclined toward the fastening opening 726. The ribs 61 at the bottom of the upper bowl basket 6 can slide to the fastening openings 726 along the protrusions 725 or the guiding surfaces 728 on the hooks 724, and the fastening openings 726 are opened to be fastened into the ring 723, so that the function of automatic calibration is achieved, and the operation efficiency is effectively improved.
The guiding surface 728 may be an arc surface to increase the fitting space, which is beneficial to fit the rotation angle of the water pipe 7 about the fixing portion of the first clip 71 as the axis, so that the rib 61 can be smoothly buckled into the second clip 72.
In the embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 9 and fig. 13 together, the upper bowl basket 6 is provided with a fastening portion 62 respectively matching with the first clip 71 and the second clip 72, and the fastening portion 62 is preferably a concave embedding portion formed by bending the rib 61 at the bottom of the upper bowl basket 6. Therefore, the first clip 71 and the second clip 72 are respectively buckled into the buckling part 62 of the upper bowl basket 6, and the two clips are positioned by utilizing the concave parts formed by bending the ribs 61, so that the two clips are effectively prevented from easily shifting after being buckled with the ribs 61, and the fixing effect is improved.
The recessed portion may be an arc-shaped groove or a concave groove formed by bending the rib 61, and may have a groove structure capable of accommodating the first clip 71 or the second clip 72, which is not limited herein. In the present embodiment, it is preferable to adopt a structure of a concave groove to fit the shape of the first clip 71 or the second clip 72.
In an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 9 and 14, the water pipe 7 is further provided with a distributor 73 for connecting with the water pipe 1, and the distributor 73 is provided with a sleeve 731 communicating with the water pipe 1. The distributor 73 has at least two sleeves 731 for selectively mounting and connecting with the connector on the inner water pipe 1, adjusting the height of the water pipe 7, and further adjusting the height of the upper spray arm 1 to effectively adapt to the upper bowl basket 6.
As shown in fig. 14, the second clip 72 is provided on the top of the distributor 73 on the water duct 7. The installation mode of being favorable to cooperating raceway 7 lets the setting position of second clip 72 be nearest rib 61 of going up bowl basket 6 bottom to realize the lock joint. In addition, the fastening part 62 formed by bending the rib 61 of the upper bowl basket 6 can accommodate the distributor 73 and the second clip 72 at the same time, thereby effectively improving the fixing effect and compactness.

Claims (10)
1. A spray component mounting structure of a dish washing machine comprises a clamping seat used for fixing the spray component, wherein two sides of the clamping seat are provided with buckling edges; the spraying assembly at least comprises an inner water pipe, and is characterized in that the inner water pipe is provided with an installation part, the inner water pipe is embedded on the clamping seat through the installation part, and fastening edges on the clamping seat are fixedly connected with the installation part from two sides; the inner water pipe is further provided with a protective cover arranged on the mounting part, and the protective cover is provided with a shielding part covering the buckling edge.
2. The sprinkler assembly mounting structure of a dishwasher according to claim 1, wherein: a water outlet hole is formed in the mounting part of the inner water pipe; the protective cover is provided with a plurality of first connecting heads, and one of the first connecting heads is communicated with the water outlet hole in the mounting part.

The sprinkler assembly mounting structure of a dishwasher of claim 2, wherein: a plurality of buckling blocks are arranged on the inner water pipe; the protective cover is provided with surrounding edges at two sides, the shielding part is a bulge matched with the buckling edge on the surrounding edge, and the surrounding edge is provided with a buckling hole buckled with the buckling block; the clamping edge of the clamping seat is provided with a clamping hole, and the clamping hole is clamped with the clamping block.

The sprinkler assembly mounting structure of a dishwasher of claim 2, wherein: the inner water pipe is provided with a buckling block, and the buckling edge of the clamping seat is provided with a clamping hole; the protective cover is provided with surrounding edges at two sides, the shielding part is a baffle extending out of the surrounding edges, a buckling hole and a first clamping block corresponding to the shielding part are arranged on the surrounding edges, the buckling hole is buckled with the buckling block on the inner water pipe, and the first clamping block is clamped with the clamping hole on the clamping seat.

The sprinkler assembly mounting structure of a dishwasher according to claim 1, wherein: a water outlet hole is formed in the mounting part of the inner water pipe; the spraying assembly further comprises a water distribution cover arranged on the inner water pipe, and the water distribution cover is arranged on the mounting part; the water distribution cover is provided with a plurality of second connectors, and one of the second connectors is communicated with the water outlet hole in the mounting part; the protective cover is arranged on the water diversion cover, and at least one trepanning sleeved with the second connector is formed in the protective cover.

The sprinkler assembly mounting structure of a dishwasher of claim 5, wherein: the inner water pipe is provided with a buckling block, the protective cover is provided with surrounding edges at two sides, the shielding part is a protrusion at the surrounding edge, the protrusion is matched with the buckling edge in position, and the surrounding edge is provided with a buckling hole; the water diversion cover is provided with flanges at two sides, a fixing hole and a plurality of second clamping blocks are arranged on the flanges, the fixing hole is buckled with the buckling block on the inner water pipe, and the second clamping blocks are buckled with the buckling holes on the protective cover; and the buckling edge of the clamping seat is provided with a clamping hole which is clamped with the second clamping block.

A dishwasher is characterized by comprising an inner container and a spraying component, wherein the spraying component is fixed in the inner container through the spraying component mounting structure of the dishwasher according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the clamping seat is arranged on the back wall of the inner container, and the inner water pipe is connected with the clamping seat in an installing manner.

The dishwasher of claim 7, wherein: the dishwasher also comprises an upper bowl basket arranged in the inner container, and the upper bowl basket is formed by ribs; the spraying assembly further comprises an upper spraying arm and a water conveying pipe, the water conveying pipe is communicated with the inner water pipe and extends outwards from the inner water pipe, and the upper spraying arm is mounted on the extending end of the water conveying pipe; the fixing mechanism is used for being connected with the upper bowl basket, and comprises a first clamp fastener and a second clamp fastener, wherein the first clamp fastener is transversely arranged, the second clamp fastener is vertically arranged, the first clamp fastener is fastened with ribs on the upper bowl basket in the horizontal direction, and the second clamp fastener is fastened with the ribs on the upper bowl basket in the vertical direction.
9. The dishwasher of claim 8, wherein: the first clamp is arranged at the extending end of the water conveying pipe and comprises a horizontal plate and a cantilever, the horizontal plate extends vertically in parallel, and a gap for buckling the rib is formed between the cantilever and the horizontal plate; and a clasp for limiting the rib from disengaging is arranged at the end part of the cantilever.
10. The dishwasher of claim 8, wherein: the second clamp comprises a clamp plate and a buckle lug which extend upwards on the water pipe, and the clamp plate and the buckle lug enclose to form a ring for the rib to buckle into; the buckle lug is provided with a hook, the clamping plate is provided with a bulge, and a buckle opening for the ribs to pass through is arranged between the bulge and the hook.
