Base assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the base body (1) is further provided at the bottom with a plurality of first guide walls (13) symmetrically distributed with respect to the base body (1) for jointly defining the sliding direction of the bin (2) from both sides of the bin (2) when the bin (2) is loaded into the base body (1), so that the bin (2) can be engaged with and slid back and forth along the plurality of first guide walls (13).
3. Base assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom surface of the base body (1) is further provided with a plurality of second guide walls (14) for supporting the bin (2) from the underside of the bin (2) when the bin (2) is fitted into the base body (1).

Base assembly according to the preceding claim 2, characterized in that the base body (1) further comprises a plurality of third raised structures (15), the third raised structures (15) being provided on the side of the first guide wall (13) facing in the direction of the interior of the base body (1) for defining the sliding direction of the bin (2) by the upper side of the bin (2) when the bin (2) is fitted into the base body (1).

The base assembly according to the preceding claim 1, characterized in that said base body (1) further comprises a plurality of heat dissipating through holes (16), said plurality of heat dissipating through holes (16) being arranged side by side at equal intervals on the bottom surface of said base body (1).
6. The base assembly according to claim 1, wherein the bin (2) further comprises a push-pull grip (21), the push-pull grip (21) being provided at a front side wall of the bin (2).
7. The base assembly according to the preceding claim 1, characterized in that the base body (1) further comprises an escape (17), the escape (17) being provided on both sides of the base body (1) and being symmetrically arranged.

Base assembly according to the preceding claim 1, characterized in that the projection of the first projection structure (12) in a direction parallel to the bottom surface of the base body (1) in a side view is substantially flat-bottomed trapezoidal, the projection of the second projection structure (22) in a direction parallel to the bottom surface of the bin (2) in a side view is substantially flat-bottomed trapezoidal, and the projected area of the second projection structure (22) in a direction parallel to the bottom surface of the bin (2) in a side view is larger than the projected area of the first projection structure (12) in a direction parallel to the bottom surface of the base body (1) in a side view.
9. An air fryer, characterized in that the air fryer comprises a base assembly according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 8, and further comprises a fryer body (3) and a fryer vat (4),
wherein the fryer body (3) is internally formed with a housing cavity (31) just adapted to receive the fry vat (4) and wherein the fryer body (3) is arranged above the base assembly.
10. An air fryer according to claim 9, wherein the fry vat (4) has a grip (41) on its outer surface to facilitate gripping for placing the fry vat (4) into the receiving cavity (31) or for removing the fry vat (4) from the receiving cavity (31).
