According to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil can be for electric rice cooker, electric pressure cooker or other cooking utensil, and cooking utensil except having the function of cooking rice, can also have various functions such as cooking congee, a kind of deep pot hot water.
The cooking appliance mainly includes a pot body (not shown) and a lid body (not shown) openably provided above the pot body. An inner pot is arranged in the cooker body, and when the cover body covers the cooker body, a cooking space can be formed between the cover body and the inner pot. The pot body is substantially in the shape of a rounded rectangular parallelepiped and has a cylindrical-shaped receiving portion. The inner pot may be configured to be freely put into or taken out of the receiving part to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot, or may be configured to be fixed in the pot body so as not to be taken out of the pot body. The inner pot is generally made of a metal material for containing a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. In addition, a heating device and a control device are further arranged in the cooker body, the heating device can be located below the inner pot to heat food in the inner pot, and a user can control the cooking operation of the cooking appliance through the control device.
The cooking appliance further includes a power socket (not shown) and a power plug 100 mated with the power socket. The power socket is generally provided at the bottom of the pot body so as to facilitate the insertion of the power plug 100 to the power socket. It will be appreciated that the power socket may also be provided at any other suitable location of the pot body, or may be provided on the lid, as desired.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the power plug 100 mainly includes a first protector 110, a second protector 120, a terminal 130, an inner protective case 140, and an outer protective case 150.
The first protector 110 has a receiving groove 111. The receiving groove 111 is configured as a U-shaped groove depressed downward from one side surface of the first protector 110. The second protector 120 is coupled to the first protector 110, and the second protector 120 has an opening 123. The position of the opening 123 corresponds to the position of the receiving groove 111. Preferably, the first protector 110 and the second protector 120 are made of a flame retardant material to reduce the possibility of the first protector 110 and the second protector 120 burning.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 to 5 and 7, the limiting portion 122 includes a first limiting portion 124 and a second limiting portion 125 spaced apart from the first limiting portion 124, the first limiting portion 124 can block the inner protective sheath 140 from moving relative to the second protection member 120 along a first direction D1, and the second limiting portion 125 can block the inner protective sheath 140 from moving relative to the second protection member 120 along a second direction D2 opposite to the first direction D1.
More specifically, the second protector 120 includes a protector main body portion 121, and the first stopper portion 124 and the second stopper portion 125 are oppositely disposed at both ends of the protector main body portion 121, and are each configured as a protrusion protruding outward from the protector main body portion 121. In the present embodiment, the first stopper portion 124 and the second stopper portion 125 are disposed at a distance from each other in the first direction D1.
One first stopper portion 124 and two second stopper portions 125 are schematically shown in fig. 1, 4 and 7, and the two second stopper portions 125 are disposed at a distance in a direction perpendicular to the first direction D1. Those skilled in the art will understand that the number of the first position-limiting portions 124 and the second position-limiting portions 125 is not limited to the embodiment, and the number of the first position-limiting portions 124 may be two or more, and the number of the second position-limiting portions 125 may be one or more, as required.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4-7, the inner protective sheath 140 is provided with a mating portion 142. The fitting portion 142 is disposed between the first stopper portion 124 and the second stopper portion 125 along the first direction D1, and is capable of abutting against one of the first stopper portion 124 and the second stopper portion 125. In this embodiment, the first position-limiting part 124 is configured to abut against an end surface of the inner protection sleeve 140, and the second position-limiting part 125 is configured to abut against the matching part 142. In one embodiment, not shown, the mating portion can be snapped into one of the first and second stop portions.
For convenience of assembly, in a state where the first stopper portion 124 abuts against an end surface of the inner sheath 140, a distance between the second stopper portion 125 and the fitting portion 142 in the first direction D1 is preferably 0.3mm to 0.8 mm. In other words, in a state where the fitting portion 142 abuts against the second stopper portion 125, a distance between the first stopper portion 124 and the end surface of the inner sheath 140 in the first direction D1 is preferably 0.3mm to 0.8 mm.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4 to 6, the inner protective sheath 140 includes a protective sheath body 141, the protective sheath body 141 is provided with an avoiding hole 143, and the matching portion 142 is provided at the avoiding hole 143. In particular, the relief hole 143 is configured substantially as a rectangular through hole. Only one side of the fitting portion 142 is connected to the protective sheath body 141, so that the fitting portion 142 has elasticity. The fitting portion 142 is configured as a thin-walled structure extending downward from the protective sheath body portion 141 so as to abut against the second stopper portion 125.

The three receiving grooves 111 are spaced apart so that the three terminals 130 are not in contact with each other. The second protector 120 is correspondingly provided with three openings 123, and the positions of the three terminals 130 respectively correspond to the positions of the three openings 123.
The power plug 100 also includes wires 160 and a wire containment sleeve 170. One end of the wire 160 is connected to the terminal 130, for example, by riveting or welding between the wire 160 and the terminal 130. The wire protective sheath 170 is fitted over the outside of the wire 160, and one end of the wire protective sheath 170 is connected to the outer protective sheath 150. The wire protective sheath 170 is made of an insulating material.
In a modified embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the inner protection sleeve 140 is provided with a locking groove 144, and when the inner protection sleeve 140 is sleeved on the outer portions of the first protection member 110 and the second protection member 120, the first stopper portion 124 is at least partially disposed in the locking groove 144. Therefore, the inner protection sleeve 140 can be further positioned relative to the second protection member 120 by the cooperation between the first limiting portion 124 and the engaging groove 144, so as to further reduce the possibility of the structure of the power plug 100 becoming loose after being plugged and unplugged for a long time.
