In order to facilitate the mounting of the base body 1 on the valve rod 31. In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the base body 1 of the present disclosure may include a first block 14 and a second block 15, which are coupled to each other, and a fixing member 16. Wherein, be formed with first half hole 111 on the first block 14, be formed with second half hole 112 on the second block 15, first half hole 111 and second half hole 112 can constitute first mounting hole 11 jointly when first block 14 and second block 15 are amalgamated each other. The fastener 16 is used to releasably lock the first block 14 and the second block 15 in the mated state. Wherein the second mounting hole 12 is formed on the first block 14 and the third mounting hole 13 is formed on the second block 15.
Thus, when the base 1 is installed, the first half-hole 111 of the first block 14 and the second half-hole 112 of the second block 15 can be aligned with the thread of the valve rod 31, then the first block 14 and the second block 15 can be spliced together, and then the first block 14 and the second block 15 can be locked in the spliced state by the fixing member 16. Through base member 1 of this kind of structural style, not only can make base member 1 install or dismantle more conveniently, when certain block damaged moreover, only need correspond change this block can, need not to change whole base member 1, can play resources are saved's effect.
The shape of the first block 14 and the second block 15 of the present disclosure have various embodiments. For example, in one exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2. The first block 14 of the present disclosure may include a first section 141 and a second section 142 connected to each other, the first section 141 protrudes from the second section 142, and the first section 141 and the second section 142 form an L shape. The second block 15 includes a third segment 151 and a fourth segment 152 connected to each other, the third segment 151 protrudes from the fourth segment 152, and the third segment 151 and the fourth segment 152 form an L shape. The first half-hole 111 is formed on the first section 141 and the second half-hole 112 is formed on the third section 151. On the one hand, the first block 14 and the second block 15 in the shape of L can be conveniently spliced into the base body 1, so that the base body 1 can be more conveniently mounted and dismounted. On the other hand, the first block 14 and the second block 15 are both L-shaped, and the shapes have high similarity, that is, the production and the manufacture can be completed by one die, and the production cost can be saved.
It is understood that the first section 141 and the second section 142, and the third section 151 and the fourth section 152 in the above embodiments may be integrally formed by using the same material. The same material is adopted, so that the structural strength of the first block body 14 and the structural strength of the second block body 15 are not greatly different, the weak point of local stress does not exist, and the processing and the production are facilitated.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the first block 14 and the second block 15 may be formed in a C shape, the first half hole 111 and the second half hole 112 are formed in an inner concave section of the C shape, and when the first block 14 and the second block 15 are combined with each other, the first half hole 111 and the second half hole 112 together constitute the second mounting hole 12. In this way, a quick mounting and dismounting of the base body 1 can also be achieved.
The fastener 16 of the present disclosure has a variety of embodiments. For example, in one exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the fixing member 16 of the present disclosure may include a first fixing bolt 161 and a second fixing bolt 162. The base 1 is formed with a first bolt mounting hole 17 and a second bolt mounting hole 18. The axes of the first bolt mounting hole 17 and the second bolt mounting hole 18 are perpendicular to the axis of the first mounting hole 11. A part of the first bolt mounting hole 17 is formed on the first block 14, and another part of the first bolt mounting hole 17 is formed on the second block 15. A part of the second bolt mounting hole 18 is formed on the first block 14, and another part of the second bolt mounting hole 18 is formed on the second block 15. On the one hand, the use of the fixing member 16 in the form of a bolt can reduce the manufacturing cost of the entire auxiliary opening device because the bolt material is easily available and the manufacturing cost is low. On the other hand, the fixing member 16 in the form of a bolt not only has a good fastening effect, but also is easy to remove and replace.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the fastener 16 of the present disclosure may also be provided as a carabineer. The shackle may include a ring body for fitting over the split base 1 and maintaining the base 1 in the split state, and a lock body provided on the ring body and for unlockably locking the ring body. In this way, locking of the state of split of the base body 1 can also be achieved.
To enhance the stabilizing effect of the first and second fixing bolts 161 and 162. In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 2, the first bolt mounting hole 17 and the second bolt mounting hole 18 of the present disclosure may each be formed as a through hole. The first bolt mounting hole 17 is located between the first half hole 111 and the second bolt mounting hole 18, the second bolt mounting hole 18 is located between the second half hole 112 and the third mounting hole 13, and a distance between the first bolt mounting hole 17 and the first half hole 111 is equal to a distance between the second bolt mounting hole 18 and the second half hole 112. Since the distance from the first bolt mounting hole 17 to the first half hole 111 is equal to the distance from the second bolt mounting hole 18 to the second half hole 112, the distance from the first fixing bolt 161 mounted in the first bolt mounting hole 17 to the valve stem 31 is equal to the distance from the second fixing bolt 162 mounted in the second bolt mounting hole 18 to the valve stem 31. In this way, when the supporting top 2 acts, the first fixing bolt 161 and the second fixing bolt 162 can provide the same direction and magnitude of fastening force to the base 1, so that the force stability of the base 1 is better.
To reduce the influence of the mounting fixtures 16 on the weight distribution of the base body 1. In this way, the first receiving section 172 can receive the head of the first fixing bolt 161, and the second receiving section 182 can receive the head of the second fixing bolt 162, so that the bolts can be screwed into the outline of the base body 1, and the integrity of the auxiliary opening device of the present disclosure is better. In addition, because first fixing bolt 161 and second fixing bolt 162 have been screwed into base member 1, can reduce the influence that causes because installation mounting 16 to base member 1 weight distribution, and then just also can improve the atress effect of base member 1 in the ejecting process of propping up piece 2 better, that is to say can improve the stable effect of base member 1 in the ejecting process of propping up piece 2.
The first mounting hole 11 of the present disclosure has various embodiments. For example, in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the first mounting hole 11 of the present disclosure may be formed as a threaded through-hole. So, can judge whether valve rod 31 and base member 1 are installed in place through the length that valve rod 31 stretches out first mounting hole 11 on the one hand, be convenient for the snap judgments valve rod 31 and base member 1 be connected firmly. On the other hand, the valve rod 31 and the first mounting hole 11 can have longer fixed length, and the connection strength of the base body 1 and the valve rod 31 is improved. On the other hand, the distance between the supporting and jacking member 2 and the packing gland bolt 32 can be reduced, that is, the force application distance of the supporting and jacking member 2 is reduced, so that the supporting and jacking member 2 can exert supporting and jacking force more quickly, and the labor intensity of operating personnel for operating the supporting and jacking member 2 can be reduced to a certain extent.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the first mounting hole 11 may also be formed as a blind hole. In this way, the mounting effect on the valve rod 31 can also be achieved.
To improve the ease of operation of the headpiece 2. In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the roof member 2 of the present disclosure may include two roof bolts 21. Each of the jack bolts 21 includes a screw section 211 and a head section 212 at one end of the screw section 211. The screw sections 211 of the two supporting bolts 21 are respectively in threaded connection with the second mounting hole 12 and the third mounting hole 13, and the head sections 212 of the two supporting bolts 21 are both used for abutting against the packing gland bolt 32. The use of the bolt-like roof support 2 makes it possible, on the one hand, to reduce the overall cost of the auxiliary opening device. On the other hand, the abutment member 2 can be made easier for the operator to handle.
When the supporting top piece 2 in the form of the supporting top bolt 21 is adopted, the working process or working principle of the supporting top piece 2 of the present disclosure is as follows: the screw section 211 of one of the jack bolts 21 is mounted in the second mounting hole 12, the screw section 211 of the other of the jack bolts 21 is mounted in the third mounting hole 13, and the head sections 212 of the two jack bolts 21 respectively abut against the packing gland bolts 32. So, when the pneumatic valve is opened in the needs are supplementary, utilize the spanner symmetry to apply and twist two anchor bolts 21, make two anchor bolts 21 simultaneously or screw out base member 1 in turn, because anchor bolt 21 supports with gland bolt 32 and pushes up, anchor 2 will make base member 1 move towards the direction of keeping away from critical hydrophobic pneumatic valve 3 at the in-process of screwing out, and base member 1 is together fixed with valve rod 31, also can drive valve rod 31 and move towards the direction of keeping away from critical hydrophobic pneumatic valve 3, valve rod 31 can drive the case, thereby realize opening the supplementary of valve.
It is understood that the headpiece 2 of the present disclosure may take other forms as well. For example, the supporting member 2 may be an electric telescopic device, the electric telescopic device is installed on the base body 1, the telescopic end of the electric telescopic device abuts against the gland bolt 32, and the supporting function is realized by controlling the telescopic end to be telescopic. At this time, the working principle/working process of the auxiliary opening device of the present disclosure is as follows: the flexible section extension of electronic telescoping device because flexible section supports in gland bolt 32, will make hydraulic telescoping device drive base member 1 and move towards the direction of keeping away from critical hydrophobic pneumatic valve 3, and base member 1 is together fixed with valve rod 31, also can drive valve rod 31 and move towards the direction of keeping away from critical hydrophobic pneumatic valve 3, and valve rod 31 can drive the case to the realization is opened to the assistance of valve.
In order to optimize the direction of the force exerted by the abutment member 2 relative to the base body 1. In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the first mounting hole 11, the second mounting hole 12, and the third mounting hole 13 of the present disclosure may be disposed on the same straight line, and a distance from the second mounting hole 12 to the first mounting hole 11 is equal to a distance from the third mounting hole 13 to the second mounting hole 12. In this way, since the supporting top members 2 are respectively installed in the first installation hole 11 and the third installation hole 13, the force applying directions of the two supporting top members 2 are both directions away from the emergency hydrophobic pneumatic valve 3, and the distances from the two supporting top members 2 to the valve rod 31 are the same, so that the resultant force of the two supporting top members 2 to the valve rod 31 is in the horizontal direction, that is, the valve rod 31 can be horizontally taken out, and further, the internal structures of the valve rod 31 and the valve core can be prevented from being damaged.
In order to adapt to the complex working environment of the critical hydrophobic pneumatic valve 3. In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the base 1 of the present disclosure may be formed in a rectangular parallelepiped, and the first mounting hole 11, the second mounting hole 12, and the third mounting hole 13 are provided at intervals in a length direction of the rectangular parallelepiped. Since the valve exterior of the critical hydrophobic pneumatic valve 3 typically also has many other structures and devices that occupy space below and above the outside of the critical hydrophobic pneumatic valve 3, the working path of the substrate 1 of the present disclosure may be obstructed. When the base 1 of the present disclosure is configured as a rectangular parallelepiped, the longest side of the base 1 of the rectangular parallelepiped is placed horizontally. Thus, on the basis of ensuring that the base body 1 has the effect of pulling out the valve rod 31, the structures and the devices can be avoided, so that the auxiliary opening device disclosed by the disclosure has better environmental adaptability.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
