The other end of the limiting part 2121 extends along the direction perpendicular to the bracket body 210, and along the extending direction of the limiting part 2121, the size of the limiting part 2121 is larger than that of the adjusting hole 111, so that the limiting part 2121 can be better prevented from slipping out of the adjusting hole 111, and the mounting stability of the lock catch mounting structure is further improved.
The present embodiment further provides a latch mounting assembly, as shown in fig. 1, including any one of the latch mounting structures described above.
It should be noted that the distance between the two connecting holes 2111 of the latch mounting assembly can be adjusted by the sliding of the limiting parts 2121 on the two latch mounting brackets 20 relative to the adjusting holes 111 at the two ends of the limiting part 10, so that one latch mounting assembly can mount the latches 30 with various sizes, thereby greatly improving the diversity of the use scenarios of the latch mounting assembly.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the latch mounting assembly further includes a latch 30, a latch mounting body 40 and two connecting members 50; and, the locker 30 and the locker-mounting structure are respectively located at both sides of the locker-mounting body 40. The lock catch 30 is provided with two lock catch holes 310, and the lock catch mounting body 40 is provided with two mounting holes respectively corresponding to the two lock catch holes 310; the two connecting members 50 are connected to the connecting holes 2111 of the two latch mounting brackets 20 through the two latch holes 310 and the two mounting holes, respectively, such that the latches 30 and the latch mounting brackets 20 are mounted on both sides of the latch mounting body 40, respectively. The limiting member 10 is fixedly connected to the latch mounting body 40 through the fixing portion 120.
Specifically, the connecting member 50 may be configured as a rivet, a screw, a stud or other structures, and accordingly, the locking hole 310, the mounting hole and the connecting hole 2111 are configured as structures capable of being fitted with the connecting member 50. The specific configuration may be set according to actual design and use requirements, and this embodiment does not specifically limit this.
More specifically, the connecting member 50 may be provided in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, a cylindrical shape, or other shapes, and accordingly, the locking hole 310, the mounting hole, and the connecting hole 2111 are provided in a shape that can be adapted to the rectangular shape, the circular shape, or the like of the connecting member 50. Preferably, for the convenience of installation, the connecting member 50 in this embodiment is provided in a cylindrical shape, and the locking hole 310, the mounting hole, and the connecting hole 2111 are all provided in a circular shape.
It should be noted that, in the latch mounting structure of the latch mounting assembly, the distance between the two connecting holes 2111 is adjusted by the sliding of the limiting parts 2121 on the two latch mounting brackets 20 relative to the adjusting holes 111 at the two ends of the limiting member 10, after the adjustment, the adjusting parts 212 of the two latch mounting brackets 20 are pressed by the pressing parts 110 of the limiting member 10, and then the two fixing parts 120 at the two ends of the limiting member 10 are fixed on one side of the latch mounting body 40, so that the latch mounting structure is mounted on one side of the latch mounting body 40. The two connection members 50 pass through the two locking holes 310 and the two mounting holes, respectively, in sequence, to be connected with the two connection holes 2111, so that the lock catch 30 is positioned on the other side of the lock catch mounting body 40 and is connected to the lock catch mounting structure. Moreover, the arrangement enables the mounting portions 211 of the two latch mounting brackets 20 to be fixed on one side of the latch mounting body 40, thereby further improving the mounting stability of the latch mounting structure.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, each latch mounting bracket 20 further includes a fastening member 220, the fastening member 220 is disposed on the bracket body 210 at a position corresponding to the connecting hole 2111, and the connecting member 50 is adapted to the fastening member 220.
Specifically, the fastening element 220 may be provided as a snap, a slot, a nut, or other structures, and accordingly, the connecting element 50 is also provided with structures capable of being matched with the fastening element 220. And, when the fastening member 220 is configured as a snap, a slot, etc., the fastening member 220 is located in the connection hole 2111; when the fastener 220 is configured as a nut, the nut is fixedly connected to the side of the bracket body 210 away from the latch mounting body 40. Preferably, the fastener 220 in this embodiment is provided as a nut for ease of installation.
It should be noted that the coupling member 50 cooperates with the fastener 220 to make the coupling structure between the latch 30 and the latch mounting structure simpler.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a latch mounting assembly, as shown in fig. 7, the connecting member 50 is a bolt; the fastening member 220 is a nut fixedly connected to the bracket body 210 at a side away from the latch mounting body 40, and a center line of the nut is identical to a center line of the connection hole 2111.
Specifically, the nut and the bracket body 210 may be fixedly connected by welding, bonding, or the like. Preferably, in order to ensure the stability of the connection between the nut and the bracket body 210, the nut and the bracket body 210 in this embodiment are fixedly connected by welding. And, the nut is connected to the bracket body 210 by pre-embedded projection welding.
More specifically, when the connecting member 50 is installed, the center line of the nut is consistent with the center line of the connecting hole 2111, so that the nut and the connecting hole 2111 are on the same installation reference, and the connecting member 50 can be installed on the nut through the connecting hole 2111.
It should be noted that, compared with other connection structures, the connection member 50 is configured as a bolt, and the fastening member 220 is configured as a nut, so that the convenience of dismounting and mounting between the lock catch 30 and the lock catch mounting structure is improved while the stability of connection between the lock catch 30 and the lock catch mounting structure is ensured.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, a connecting portion is disposed on the fixing portion 120 near the latch mounting body 40, and a position on the latch mounting body 40 corresponding to the connecting portion is provided with a connected portion, which is matched with the connected portion, so that the limiting member 10 is fixedly connected to the latch mounting body 40 through the fixing portion 120.
Specifically, connecting portion can set up to structures such as solder joint, screw hole, joint spare, correspondingly, set up to the structure with the connecting portion adaptation by connecting portion. The specific configuration may be set according to actual design and use requirements, and this embodiment does not specifically limit this.
It should be noted that, the arrangement of the connecting portion and the connected portion ensures the stability of the connection between the limiting member 10 and the latch installation body 40, and at the same time, the connection between the two fixing portions 120 at the two ends of the limiting member 10 and the latch installation body 40 is simpler.
The installation process of the lock catch installation assembly is as follows: the spacing portions 2121 of the two locking hooks 20 slide relative to the adjusting holes 111 at both ends of the limiting member 10 according to the distance between the two locking holes 310 of the locking hooks 30 until the distance between the two connecting holes 2111 is consistent with the distance between the two locking holes 310. The adjusting portions 212 of the two latch mounting brackets 20 are pressed by the pressing portions 110 of the limiting member 10 and fixed on one side of the latch mounting body 40 by the two fixing portions 120 at both ends of the limiting member 10, so that the latch mounting structure is mounted on one side of the latch mounting body 40. The two connecting members 50 sequentially pass through the two locking holes 310 and the two mounting holes, respectively, to be connected to the two connecting holes 2111, so that the locking device 30 is located on the other side of the locking device mounting body 40 and is connected to the locking device mounting structure, to complete the installation of the locking device mounting assembly.
The present embodiment also provides an automobile, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, comprising any one of the above-described latch mounting assemblies.
Specifically, the latch installation assembly may be disposed on a door, a trunk or other positions of the automobile, and it may be specifically set according to actual design and use requirements, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
It should be noted that, because the lock catch mounting structure of the automobile can mount a plurality of lock catches 30 with different sizes, the lock catch mounting structure can be mounted on different automobile models, and when the size of the lock catch 30 changes due to the change of the automobile model, the size of the lock catch mounting structure does not need to be redesigned and changed, so that the cost is greatly saved. Therefore, the lock catch mounting assembly of the automobile has the advantages of being various in use scenes and saving cost.

1. A lock catch mounting structure is characterized by comprising a limiting piece and two lock catch mounting brackets, wherein,
the limiting part comprises a pressing part and two fixing parts, adjusting holes are respectively formed in two ends of the pressing part and are respectively connected with one ends of the two fixing parts, and the other ends of the two fixing parts extend towards the direction far away from the pressing part; in the thickness direction of the limiting piece, an accommodating space is formed between the pressing part and the two fixing parts;
each lock catch mounting bracket comprises a bracket body, a connecting hole and a limiting part, wherein the connecting hole and the limiting part are respectively arranged at different positions of the bracket body, and one side of the bracket body of each lock catch mounting bracket is arranged in the accommodating space; the limiting parts on the two lock catch mounting brackets are respectively inserted into the adjusting holes at the two ends of the pressing part, can slide relative to the adjusting holes and are used for adjusting the distance between the connecting holes on the two lock catch mounting brackets.

A latch mounting arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the cradle body includes a mounting portion and an adjustment portion; one side of the mounting part is connected with one side of the adjusting part, and the other side of the adjusting part extends towards the direction far away from the mounting part and is at least partially positioned in the accommodating space; and, the connecting hole set up in on the installation department, spacing portion set up in on the regulation portion.

The latch mounting structure according to claim 2, wherein the other side of the adjustment portion extends from one end to the other end in a direction away from the mounting portion, so that the other side of the adjustment portion forms an inclined surface, the limiting portion is disposed on the other end of the other side of the adjustment portion, and a portion of the adjustment portion, on which the limiting portion is disposed, is at least located in the accommodating space.

A latch mounting structure according to claim 3, wherein the limiting portion is provided as a flange structure on the other end of the other side of the adjusting portion, and one end of the limiting portion is connected to the adjusting portion and the other end extends in a direction perpendicular to the bracket body; and, along the extending direction of the spacing portion, the size of spacing portion is greater than the size of regulation hole.
5. A latch mounting assembly comprising a latch mounting structure according to any of claims 1 to 4.
6. A latch mounting assembly according to claim 5 further comprising a latch, a latch mounting body and two connecting members; the lock catch and the lock catch mounting structure are respectively positioned on two sides of the lock catch mounting body;
the lock catch is provided with two lock catch holes, and the lock catch mounting body is provided with two mounting holes corresponding to the two lock catch holes respectively; the two connecting pieces respectively sequentially penetrate through the two lock catch holes and the two mounting holes to be connected with the connecting holes on the two lock catch mounting brackets, so that the lock catches and the lock catch mounting brackets are respectively mounted on two sides of the lock catch mounting body;
the limiting piece is fixedly connected to the lock catch mounting body through the fixing part.
7. A latch mounting assembly according to claim 6 wherein each latch mounting bracket further comprises a fastener, the fastener being disposed on the bracket body at a location corresponding to the attachment aperture, and the connector fitting into the fastener.

A latch mounting assembly according to claim 7, wherein the attachment member is provided as a bolt; the fastener is a nut which is fixedly connected to one side of the support body, far away from the lock catch mounting body, and the center line of the nut is consistent with that of the connecting hole.

A latch mounting assembly according to claim 8 wherein the fixing portion is provided with a connecting portion on a side thereof adjacent to the latch mounting body, and the latch mounting body is provided with a connected portion at a position corresponding to the connecting portion, the connecting portion and the connected portion cooperating such that the limiting member is fixedly connected to the latch mounting body via the fixing portion.
10. A vehicle comprising a latch mounting assembly according to any of claims 5 to 9.
