The reticle instrument according to claim 9, further comprising a base (300) disposed at a lower portion of the sealing plate (232 e) and detachably connected to the sealing plate (232 e), wherein a plurality of circumferential arrays of the fasteners (320) are disposed on an upper surface of the base (300), and a second engaging portion (232 f) matching with the fasteners (320) is disposed in the sealing plate (232 e).
