It should be noted that the above preferred embodiments are only used for illustrating the principle of the present application, and are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present application. Without departing from the principles of the present application, those skilled in the art can adjust the setting manner, so that the present application can be applied to more specific application scenarios.
For example, in an alternative embodiment, the above-mentioned specific arrangement of the hair cutter 7 is not exclusive, and the person skilled in the art can make any type of adjustment, provided that the hair cutter 7 is arranged beside the cleaning brush 4 and can cut off hairs wound around the cleaning brush 4 during rotation of the cleaning brush 4. For example, the hair cutter 7 may be fixedly provided on the top of the inner wall of the upper housing 11 or between both side walls of the lower housing 12, and may be provided at an upper side or a lower side of the cleaning brush 4, or the like; for another example, the hair cutter 7 may be constituted by fixedly attaching the plurality of cutting portions 72 to the motor cover 8 without providing a body; as another example, the cut portion 72 may include only the cut piece 722 without providing the hook ribs 721; for another example, the shape, orientation, etc. of the hooking ribs 721 may be purposefully altered; for another example, the free end of the hook-shaped rib 721 may be oriented in the same direction as the cleaning brush 4 is rotated in one side of the first rolling brush 2, and the position of the cutting blade 722 may be adjusted.
For another example, in another alternative embodiment, although the above embodiment is described in connection with the way of magnetically attracting and connecting the plate body 71 of the hair cutter 7 and the outer side surface of the electric appliance cover 8, the connection is not a permanent one, and those skilled in the art may also use screwing, clipping, etc. to achieve the connection.
As another example, while the scrubber machine described above is described in connection with having the handle 9 and the second scrubber 3, this is not intended to limit the scope of the present application and one skilled in the art may make adjustments to the specific arrangement of the scrubber machine. For example, the scrubber may not include the handle 9; for another example, the second rolling brush 3 may be disposed at any position of the housing 1, or the second rolling brush 3 may be replaced with a supporting roller, or the like.
As another example, in an alternative embodiment, although the above-described embodiment is described in connection with the first recess 121 being formed at the front end portion of the lower housing 12 and the second recess 122 being formed at the rear end portion of the lower housing 12, this is not exclusive, and in other embodiments, the recess may be formed at any position of the lower housing 12, such as the middle portion, the rear portion, etc., and in other embodiments, the lower housing 12 may be further provided without the first recess 121 and the second recess 122, with the first and second roll brushes 2 and 3 being directly disposed in the lower housing 12, and then with the through holes being provided in the lower housing 12 so that the first and second roll brushes 2 and 3 protrude.
As another example, in another alternative embodiment, although the above-mentioned embodiment describes the transmission member in the driving mechanism 5 as being combined with the transmission chain, the arrangement of the transmission member is not limited thereto, and the specific arrangement may be adjusted by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the present application on the premise that the driving mechanism 5 can drive the first rolling brush 2 and the cleaning brush 4 simultaneously. For example, a plurality of gears may be used as the transmission member between the driving member and the two driven members in the driving mechanism 5, and the transmission belt may be replaced by a transmission chain.
For another example, although the above-mentioned embodiment is described in connection with the installation cavity being provided in the housing, in other embodiments, the skilled person may selectively modify or omit the installation cavity as long as the smooth operation of the driving mechanism 5 can be ensured, and such modifications do not depart from the principle of the present application and therefore fall within the protection scope of the present application. For example, the side cover 13 is integrally formed with the lower case 12, and a detachable partition is separately provided inside the side cover 13 to perform the function of the second side wall described above.
For another example, although the above embodiment has been described with reference to the motor driving the first rolling brush 2 and the cleaning brush 4 at the same time, this is not intended to limit the scope of the present application, and in other embodiments, one skilled in the art may also use two motors to drive the first rolling brush 2 and the cleaning brush 4, respectively.
As another example, in another alternative embodiment, although the above-mentioned housing 1 is described in conjunction with the upper casing 11, the lower casing 12 and the side covers 13, it is obvious that this arrangement may be modified, and such modification may be made by those skilled in the art based on the concept of the present application. For example, the upper case 11 may be integrally formed with the lower case 12, and two side covers 13 and the like may be provided on both sides in the width direction.
For another example, although the above embodiment is described with reference to the electrical equipment cover 8 being provided in the lower case 12, the electrical equipment cover 8 is merely a preferred embodiment, and a person skilled in the art may select whether to use the electrical equipment cover 8 and a specific connection mode of the electrical equipment cover 8 based on a practical application.
Of course, the above alternative embodiments, and the alternative embodiment and the preferred embodiment may also be used in a cross-matching manner, so that a new embodiment is combined to be suitable for a more specific application scenario.
Finally, a possible cleaning process of the scrubber of the present application is described.
In a possible implementation mode, a user turns on a switch of the equipment, the motor is powered on and starts, the first rolling brush 2 and the cleaning brush 4 are driven to rotate together, the floor cleaning machine moves forwards under the driving of the first rolling brush 2, and the user grasps the running direction of the equipment through the handheld handle 9. In the forward movement, the sprinkler sprinkles water onto the first rolling brush 2, and the first rolling brush 2 is wetted, so that the first rolling brush 2 rolls over the floor surface to adhere dirt on the floor surface. The dirt rises along the first rolling brush 2, and when it rises to the opening 1211 of the inner wall of the recess, the cleaning brush 4 brushes away the large particles, which then fall into the dirt collecting box 6. After the first rolling brush 2 is cleaned, the floor still has a certain humidity, and at this time, the second rolling brush 3 rolls to absorb moisture from the floor. In the cleaning process, the hairs carried up by the first rolling brush 2 are wound around the cleaning brush 4, the hairs rotate together with the cleaning brush 4, and when the hairs are rotated to the hair cutter 7, the hairs are cut by contacting the cutting pieces 722, and then fall into the dirt collection box 6.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that although some embodiments described herein include some features included in other embodiments instead of others, combinations of features of different embodiments are meant to be within the scope of the application and form different embodiments. For example, in the claims of the present application, any of the claimed embodiments may be used in any combination.
So far, the technical solutions of the present application have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present application is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the present application, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions will fall into the protection scope of the present application.
