Of course, to further simplify the cleaning operation, in other embodiments, the following may be also used: a plurality of elastic pieces are integrally arranged on the periphery of the second pressing plate 311 and abut against the upper side face of the filter screen 312, so that the filter screen 312 can have a function of a deformable peripheral annular part; or the filter screen 312 is a double-layer structure, a C-shaped elastic steel ring is arranged in the filter screen, and the filter screen 312 has the function of a deformable peripheral annular part by the C-shaped elastic steel ring; or a single-layer steel plate punched with filtering through holes is cut into a circle of a plurality of notches arranged on the outer periphery of the single-layer steel plate, and the steel plate part between the two notches is wound to form an integrated filtering main body structure, and the deformable outer periphery annular part is formed by the steel plate part wound on the outer periphery; alternatively, the screen is made of a biologically non-toxic elastic material, which is elastic and thus functions as a deformable peripheral annular portion. In this embodiment, the filter screen 312 is preferably made of food-grade stainless steel, and the material component can ensure that the water inlet component is high-temperature resistant and free of food pollution, and is more beneficial to high-temperature tea drinking health.
(2) The brewing liner has different structures.
In order to facilitate the stability of the elastic member of the filtering main body abutting against and fixing the inner side wall of the brewing container 1, in this embodiment, the brewing container 1 is of a variable diameter cylinder shape, and a water filtering cavity 11 with a larger inner diameter and a brewing cavity 12 with a smaller relative inner diameter are arranged above and below the brewing container 1, wherein an annular wall surface between the brewing cavity 12 and the water filtering cavity 11 and used for connecting the brewing cavity 12 and the water filtering cavity forms a container abutting part 110;
the first position of the filter body 31 is defined as a position which is arranged in the water filtering chamber 11 and is abutted against the inner container abutting part 110 by the action of the coil spring 32, and the second position is defined as a position which is formed by that the filter body 31 enters the brewing chamber 12 after elastically passing through the inner container abutting part 110 by compressing the coil spring 32. In conventional use, the tea and water can be separated by only arranging the water surface below the first position.
In this embodiment, the water filtering chamber 11 and the brewing chamber 12 are both cylindrical chambers, the aperture of the brewing chamber 12 is smaller than the bottom diameter of the water filtering chamber 11, and the inner container interference part 110 is an annular wall surface connecting the upper edge of the brewing chamber 12 and the lower edge of the water filtering chamber 11; of course, in other embodiments, the inner container interference part 110 may also be a groove or a boss, which can be adapted to the winding spring to be interfered and hooked.
(3) The filtering main body and the brewing liner are matched to form a locking mechanism.
Firstly, the filter body 31 is slidably sleeved in the inner space of the guiding member, and the filter plate assembly is disposed in the brewing container 1 so as to be capable of moving up and down, and the upper portion 31 of the filter body is matched with the brewing container 1 at the first position or the second position to form a first container or a second container.
To achieve the fixing of the position of the filter body 31, in this embodiment, the locking mechanism is specifically: the filtering main body 31 is provided with an elastic member, namely a winding spring 32, the inner wall of the brewing liner 1 is provided with an abutting part, and the liner abutting part 110 is matched with the elastic member to form the locking mechanism; in this embodiment, the winding spring 32 abuts against the inner side of the filter 312, so that the filter 312 abuts against the inner container abutment 110, thereby achieving the vertical locking.
In this embodiment, the elastic member of the filter body 31 and the inner container interference portion 110 of the brewing container 1 form a locking structure for demonstration. Of course, in other embodiments, the locking mechanism formed by the elastic member and the abutting portion may have other embodiments; for example, the elastic member may be a groove provided on the operating rod 33, and the elastic member of the upper cover abuts against the groove (abutting portion) of the operating rod 33 to lock the soaking position and the separating position; or, the elastic piece is a spring sheet arranged on the operating rod 33, and the abutting part is a through hole corresponding to the operating rod 33, so that the operating rod 33 can be lifted to be clamped on the through hole, and the locking of the soaking position and the separating position can also be realized; or the locking mechanism can be an elastic clamp arranged on the upper cover 2, the kettle body or the brewing liner 1 to clamp and fix the operating rod 33, or a permanent magnet and the like arranged on the brewing liner 1 to adsorb and fix the filtering main body; other mechanical locking means are of course possible.
In this embodiment, the operating rod 33 is the two-folding rod structure of embodiment 1, but it is clear that the operating rod 33 of the two-folding rod structure does not serve as the locking structure for the soaking position and the separating position of embodiment 1, and the operating rod 33 of the two-folding rod structure of embodiment 1 is designed for safety reasons by virtue of its folding function to prevent the upper end of the operating rod from protruding too far to cause a safety accident. In some implementations, the two-fold rod structure of the present embodiment may be used to replace the operating rod 33 with a one-piece rigid rod, as long as the operating rod 33 can be designed to avoid protruding too much.
(4) The handle 8 is also detachably attached to the top end of the operating lever 33.
In order to realize the effects of preventing scalding and steaming, ensure the safety and sanitation of operation and also be more beneficial to the operation of a user, the upper end of the operating rod 33 is detachably provided with the handheld part 8.
The hand-held part 8 comprises a spherical main body part 81, and a permanent magnet 82 is embedded in the main body part 81; meanwhile, the bottom end of the handle 8 is partially cut off to form a flat bottom surface, so as to facilitate the placement after removal.
A T-shaped groove 810 (or a dovetail groove or any other inverted cone structure groove) with a through single side and a closed bottom end is formed in the side part of the handheld part 8; correspondingly, the top end of the operating rod 33 is T-shaped (or dovetail-shaped, or other inverted cone-shaped structure) to slide into or out of the T-shaped groove 810 (or dovetail groove) in a matching manner, so as to realize easy assembly and disassembly of the handheld portion 8.
In order to ensure that the holding portion 8 is accurately positioned and not easily slip off, the permanent magnet 82 is disposed at the upper end of the main body portion 81 and corresponds to the tail portion of the T-shaped slot 810 for magnetically attracting the T-shaped structure connected to the top of the operating rod 33.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
firstly, the hand-held part 8 is laterally slid to be separated from the operating rod 33, then the filter component 3 is arranged in the brewing container 1, and the filter main body 31 is abutted against the bottom wall of the brewing cavity 12; the middle part of the bottom wall of the brewing cavity 12 is provided with a water leaking port 13 which is used for communicating the inside of a kettle body for containing the brewing liner 1, in the embodiment, the water leaking port 13 is a large through hole which is convenient for the brewing cavity 12 to clean, and certainly, the water leaking port 13 can also be provided with a fixed filter screen so as to realize the effect of double filtration and impurity removal;
secondly, adding tea leaves and immersing in boiling water; the upper cover 2 is sleeved at the upper end of the operating rod 33 through the central through hole 21 to cover the opening part of the brewing liner 1;
finally, soak the completion back, press upper cover 2 by the top pearl 22 of this upper cover 2, with the top of 8 lateral sliding of handheld portion in order to pack into action bars 33, carry and draw this handheld portion 8, make and filter main part 31 and get into drainage chamber 11, wire wound spring 32 contradicts in drainage chamber 11's bottom (conflict portion promptly) to the effect of counter weight power realizes the ascending one-way closure of vertical side, realizes the tea separation. Meanwhile, in order to prevent a child from accidentally striking the top end of the operating lever 33, the upper lever of the operating lever 33 may be folded to be laterally placed.
Of course, in other embodiments, a water injection wall is provided on the top cover surrounding the operating rod, which can be used as a water filling opening or as a component for operating the top cover 2.
In the embodiment, the locking mechanism formed by the elastic piece and the abutting part realizes the fixation of different vertical height positions of the filtering main body, and the simple switching of soaking and tea-water separation is realized by lifting and pressing the operating rod; in a further technical scheme, the through hole 21 is formed, and the aperture of the through hole 21 is larger than the maximum outer diameter of the operating rod 33 in the loading direction of the upper cover 2, so that the upper cover 2 is easily removed and installed, and the operation of adding tea leaves and water is simple; of course, in other embodiments, the following may be also possible:
the upper cover is provided with a filling opening which can be opened and closed, for example, the upper cover is divided into two mutually hinged petals, one petal is used for penetrating the operating rod 33, and the other petal can relatively swing to expose part of the opening part of the brewing liner;
or, this upper cover can rotate around this action bars and/or slide along this action bars, like the action bars biasing, perhaps the action bars upper segment can be buckled, perhaps is covered on and is equipped with radial extension's sliding tray, makes vertical or the level of upper cover to sliding with this opening of at least partial exposure along the action bars, all can realize the utility model discloses technological effect.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 9, the embodiment provides a beverage brewing kettle, which includes a kettle body and a beverage solid-liquid separation device.
The structure is basically the same as the second embodiment, and the kettle body and the upper cover are omitted. The main differences between this embodiment and the second embodiment are:
the beverage solid-liquid separation device in this embodiment is a telescopic liner device, which includes a fixed liner 10, a filtering liner 310 and an operating rod 33:
the fixed inner container 10 is a cylinder with two through ends, the top edge of the fixed inner container is outwards turned to form an outer hanging lug to be fixed at the pot mouth of a pot body (not shown) in a hooking way, and the bottom edge of the fixed inner container is inwards turned to form an inner hanging lug 140 to be used for hooking and limiting the filtering inner container 310;
the filtering inner container 310 is made of a stainless steel filtering screen plate, the bottom end of the filtering inner container is closed, and the top end of the filtering inner container is provided with an upper folded edge 3100 matched with the inner hanging lug 140; wherein, at least the bottom and/or the side wall surface adjacent to the bottom are provided with water filtering holes; the operating rod 33 is fixed at the middle of the bottom wall of the filter inner container 310.
Wherein, the inner side wall of the upper end of the fixed inner container 10 is provided with an elastic buckle 15, the elastic buckle 15 is an elastic sheet welded on the inner wall of the fixed inner container 10, and is used for elastically clamping and fixing the upper folding edge 310 to form a locking mechanism.
In this embodiment, the cylindrical fixed inner container 10 may be used as a guide for guiding the filter inner container 310; it is understood that in other embodiments, the filtering inner container 310 can be sleeved on the fixed inner container 10, and the elastic buckle 15 is fixed on the outer wall of the fixed inner container 10, just contrary to the illustration of the embodiment. The elastic buckle 15 can also be circumferentially arranged for 360 degrees to ensure the accuracy of the movable hook.
Meanwhile, the length of the upper end of the lowest-state operating rod 33 protruding out of the upper cover 2 can be properly adjusted in the embodiment, so that no steam condensation exists in the handheld section, the temperature clamping is safe and proper, the arrangement of detachable parts of the handheld part 8 in the embodiment 2 is eliminated, and the structure and the operation are further simplified.
Example four
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, this embodiment provides a beverage brewing pot, which has a structure substantially the same as that of embodiment 2, and the pot body is omitted here and not shown. The beverage solid-liquid separation device of the embodiment comprises a brewing container 1 serving as a guide piece, wherein an opening part is arranged at the upper end of the brewing container 1, and an upper cover 2 covers the opening part;
still include filter assembly 3, filter assembly 3 includes flaky filter body 31 and locates the action bars 33 on the filter body 31, and is same, bubble courage 1 as this guide includes that the circumference arc encircles, encloses all around and closes confined lateral wall to and enclose all around and close the upper and lower both ends of confined lateral wall and form the mouth of leaking 13 as the opening and the lower part of opening, the inner space of a tube-shape that this lateral wall encloses and closes the formation, the direction of this inner space edge upper and lower open-ended is vertical along this.
The filtering body 31 is slidably sleeved in the inner space of the brewing container 1, and the outer periphery of the filtering body 31 elastically abuts against the side wall of the brewing container 1, so that the inner space of the brewing container 1 is defined into a first container or a second container with one end open by the parts of the filtering body 31 and the side wall which are open towards the upper part at the first position and the second position, namely the opening part.
Of course, the filtering body 31 has two hollow-out clamping plates and a steel wire filter net, and further has a channel for communicating the first container and the second container with the internal space below the first container and the second container; the pull-up member is a rigid rod for triggering the filter body 31 to move vertically relative to the guide member.
The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 2 is that the beverage solid-liquid separation device in this embodiment is a multi-stage beverage solid-liquid separation device, that is, the locking mechanism is a multi-stage locking mechanism:
three convex raised wall surfaces 14 are vertically arranged on the wall surface of the brewing liner 1, and the raised wall surfaces 14 form annular grooves on the inner side for adaptively fixing the outer edge of the filtering main body 31 or the winding spring on the filtering main body 31 so as to realize multi-stage adjustment of the position of the filtering main body 31;
wherein, any one of the convex wall surfaces 14 is used as a touch part of the locking mechanism, the winding spring of the filtering main body 31 is used as an elastic element, the two are hooked and locked, and the brewing liner 1 is further provided with a water filtering cavity and a brewing cavity up and down; and the filter plate member as the filter body 31 can elastically pass through the convex wall surface to enter the brewing chamber.
Of course, in other embodiments, the convex wall 14 may be convex, or the convex wall 14 may be replaced by a spring plate, a convex friction member or a magnetic member, and the filter plate is clamped on the spring plate, the friction member or the magnetic member, so that the position fixing lock can be realized.
Meanwhile, another difference lies in that the embodiment further comprises an anti-scald cap 9: should prevent scalding cap and make for environmental protection silica gel material, its injection moulding is in order to realize non-detachable fixed at the top of action bars 33. The scald-proof cap 9 includes a handle 91 with an inverted cone shape and a brim 92 disposed at the lower end of the handle 91 and extending outwards. This handle portion 91's the biggest external diameter is less than the internal diameter of central through-hole, and this brim of a hat portion 92 is the flexible setting, and it is the bell mouth form and the opening sets up downwards to through elastic deformation in order smoothly to pass through central through-hole 21, and can seal in the side of going up of central through-hole 21, realize the sealed to central through-hole 21. EXAMPLE five
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the embodiment provides a beverage brewing pot, which has a structure substantially the same as that of embodiment 2, and includes a pot body (not shown) and a beverage solid-liquid separation device, wherein the beverage solid-liquid separation device includes a brewing container 1, an upper cover 2 and a filter assembly, the filter assembly includes a filter main body 31 and an operating rod arranged on the filter main body 31, and the filter main body is slidably sleeved in the brewing container 1.
The main difference is that the beverage solid-liquid separation device is a flared beverage solid-liquid separation device:
in this embodiment, the liner 1 is a cylinder with flaring structure, the top of the liner is provided with a flaring opening part, and the bottom of the liner is provided with a water through hole 13;
wherein, the inner part of the brewing liner 1 is divided into a filter cavity 16 and a soaking cavity 17 up and down, the filter cavity 16 is in a bell mouth shape, and the soaking cavity 17 is in a cylinder shape;
the outer periphery of the sheet-shaped filtering main body 31 can elastically abut against the side wall of the soaking cavity 17 as a guide and slide inwards, so that the inner space is defined as a second container with one end open by the filtering main body 31 and the part of the side wall of the soaking cavity 17 facing upwards at the bottom position; when the filtering body 31 slides out of the steeping chamber 17, it abuts against the lower edge of the filtering chamber 16 under the action of the elastic element to realize locking and fixing in the vertically downward direction, and at this time, the filtering body 31 and the filtering chamber 16 above are matched to form a first container for filtering.
Of course, in other embodiments, the brewing chamber 1 may be in a bell mouth shape as a whole, and the periphery of the filtering main body 31 elastically abuts against the inner wall, and the fixed height position can be adjusted steplessly, and the technical effects of solid-liquid soaking and separation can also be achieved.
Example six
With reference to fig. 14 to 17, the embodiment provides a beverage brewing kettle, which includes a kettle body 6 and a flexible lifting beverage solid-liquid separation device, in the embodiment:
this guide 4 is the guide bar structure, and it includes a collar 40, and the middle part of this collar 40 is equipped with one uncovered in order to form the opening, and then, the bottom downwardly extending of this collar 40 is provided with three guide bars 41, and the setting of 41 circumference equipartitions of guide bar is 41.
The filtering component comprises a filtering inner container 310 serving as a filtering main body, wherein the filtering inner container 310 is bowl-shaped, water filtering holes are formed in the bottom and/or the side wall surface adjacent to the bottom, and the outer edge of the top of the filtering inner container is turned outwards to form a hanging lug;
the filtering inner container 310 is provided with a pulling rope 5 as a pulling member, the pulling rope 5 can be made of a high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant and food pollution free material, such as a stainless steel braided rope, the bottom end of the pulling rope 5 is fixed on the hanging loop of the filtering inner container 310, and the top end of the pulling rope is provided with a hook 51 after passing through the mounting ring 40.
The hanging lug is provided with a through hole corresponding to the guide rod 41 so as to be capable of moving vertically relative to the guide member 4, in this embodiment, the filtering inner container 310 and the guide member 4 are matched to form a vertically movable sliding pair, and of course, in the above embodiments, the filtering assembly and the corresponding guide member are matched to form a cylindrical sleeve pair capable of rotating and lifting.
The hook 51 is pulled and fixed at different positions, and then at least a first position and a second position of the filtering inner container 310 with different heights in the vertical direction exist, so that the upper part of the filtering main body is matched with the guide piece 4 to form a first container and a second container with different distances between an opening part and the bottom surface provided with the water filtering holes at the first position and the second position.
The pulling piece pull rope 5 is used for triggering the filtering liner to move vertically relative to the guide piece 4; the hook 51 acts as a locking mechanism for locking the filter assembly in the first and/or second position.
The guide piece 4 is arranged at the pot opening part of the pot body 6, and the upper cover 2 is covered above the opening part of the guide piece 4; the guide rod 41 is vertically inserted inside the kettle body 6, and the filtering inner container 310 is slidably mounted on the guide rod 41;
the pulling rope as the pulling member extends outwards through the guiding member 4 and then is hooked on the upper end of the pot handle 61 through the hook 51, and the two are adapted to form a locking structure, at this time, the main body part of the filtering inner container 310 is immersed into the water surface B, but the feeding port of the filtering inner container 310 is arranged above the liquid surface. Of course, in other embodiments, a float may be provided at the filling opening of the filter liner 310 to ensure that the water level continues to be exceeded.
After soaking, the hook 51 is pulled down and hung on the lower position stopper 62, so that the filtering inner container 310 can move vertically upwards, and the bottom of the filtering inner container 310 is provided with water filtering holes for water passing.
Of course, in other embodiments, the guide may be the cylindrical guide mechanism of the second or third embodiment, and the pull cord may be fixed to the upper cover 2 or may be received and controlled by the rotary receiving mechanism, so that the solid-liquid separation effect can be achieved.
EXAMPLE seven
Referring to fig. 18, the embodiment provides a brewing kettle structure with an opening at the bottom of a guide member, which comprises a kettle body 6 and a solid-liquid separation device arranged in the kettle body 6.
The embodiment is different from the embodiment 2 in that: in this embodiment, the guiding member of the solid-liquid separation device comprises a cylindrical upper sleeve 42 with an upper opening and a lower sleeve 43 with a smaller outer diameter, which is also a cylindrical lower sleeve 43 with an upper opening and a lower opening, wherein the upper opening of the upper end of the upper sleeve 42 is fixedly connected with a sealing cover structure, the middle of the sealing cover is provided with a through hole, and the inner diameter of the opening at the bottom end of the sealing cover is adapted to the outer diameter of the upper end of the lower sleeve 43, so that the sealing cover can be nested. The upper sleeve 42 has an annular sleeve interference portion 421 protruding inward from the middle cylinder wall. The cylindrical side wall of the lower sleeve 43 is provided with a water through hole (not shown) communicated with the kettle body 6.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the can 6 is provided with a mounting seat for the lower sleeve 43 to be mounted and dismounted, in this embodiment, the lower sleeve 43 is mounted at the bottom of the can 6, then the elastic sheet type filtering component 30 is sleeved on the lower sleeve 43, finally the upper sleeve 42 is sleeved on the upper end opening of the can 6, and the operation rod of the elastic sheet type filtering component 30 is ensured to protrude from the through hole in the middle of the sealing cover.
The leaf spring type filter assembly 30 in this embodiment is not the leaf spring type filter assembly 30 in which the outer circumference of the filter body of embodiment 2 is a wire wound spring. In this embodiment, a plurality of elastic pieces are integrally provided on the outer periphery of the filter main body as an elastic piece type filter assembly having a deformable outer peripheral annular portion. Thus, the operation rod is pulled to move upwards, so that the elastic sheets on the periphery of the filtering main body are clamped and fixed on the sleeve abutting part 421 in an adaptive manner, and solid-liquid separation can be realized.
In this example, there are two ways of adding tea: (1) the leaf spring type filtering component 30 can add tea without separating from the upper sleeve 42, namely, the lower leaf-shaped filtering main body protrudes out of the opening at the bottom, and materials can be placed; (2) in this embodiment, the bottom in the kettle body 6 is provided with a lower sleeve 43 adapted to the bottom, so that the filter body is arranged in the lower sleeve 43, tea leaves are added to the lower sleeve 43, and then the upper sleeve 42 is sleeved to connect the lower sleeve and the upper sleeve to add materials.
In this embodiment, because the upper and lower sleeves 42, 43 are both open cylindrical barrels, the cleaning is easier, and the manner of putting in the beverage is more convenient, and the cup is particularly suitable for processing of brewing beverages or health stews and the like.
Example eight
Referring to fig. 19 and 20, this embodiment provides a brewing cup, which also realizes a solid-liquid separation device for beverage, wherein the cup body 7 of the brewing cup is a glass or plastic shell with a closed bottom and an open top, and has a water outlet 72 (eagle beak) at its upper edge, a cup handle 71 is connected to its side wall, and the upper end of the cup body 7 is covered with an upper cover 2 with a central through hole 21.
Wherein the cup body 7 of this embodiment is similar to the brew chamber of embodiment 2. The side wall of the brewing cavity 12 is in a diameter-variable cylinder shape, a water filtering cavity with a larger inner diameter and a brewing cavity with a smaller relative inner diameter are formed in the upper and lower parts of the side wall, and a cup body interference part 73 for locking and matching with an elastic part 314 of a deformable peripheral annular part of the elastic sheet type filtering main body 34 is arranged between the water filtering cavities; the filter assembly of this embodiment is also similar to embodiment 2, and includes a filter body 34 composed of a filter mesh 312 and an elastic member 314 annularly provided on the outer periphery of the filter mesh 312, and an operation rod 33 fixedly attached to the middle of the filter body 34.
The solid-liquid separation manner of this embodiment is similar to the guiding and locking functions of the brewing liner and the filter assembly of the above embodiments, and the difference is only that the lower bottom end of the cup body 7 of this embodiment is a closed surface and the lower end of the brewing liner is a through hole communicated with the outer kettle body, and the description is not repeated here.
Therefore, in other modified embodiments of the brewing cup of the embodiment, the structural design of the cup body, the structural design of the filter body and the cup cover can be replaced by the structural design of the brewing liner, the filter assembly and the upper cover of the above embodiments.
Example nine
The embodiment provides a beverage solid-liquid separation method, which is used for operating the beverage solid-liquid separation device in any embodiment, and comprises the following operation steps:
the filter body is moved vertically by the pulling member to form the first container and the second container with one end open with the guide member, the first container being used for solid-liquid separation, and the second container being used for solid-liquid mixing.
The method comprises the following specific operation steps:
positioning the filter body in a second position to form a second container; at the moment, materials are put into the filter screen through the opening, water is injected into the filter screen, and the filter screen is immersed under the liquid level to realize soaking;
after the soaking time is reached, vertically lifting the filter screen, and locking the filter screen above the liquid level, namely, arranging the filter screen at a first position to form a first container; so as to separate the solid substance contained in the filter body from the liquid level, and the bottom of the filter body is provided with a channel which is a hole for filtering and flowing out the liquid, thereby realizing solid-liquid separation.
While the invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

The beverage solid-liquid separation device according to claim 1, wherein the guiding member comprises a side wall enclosed at the periphery and an opening formed at least one end of the side wall enclosed at the periphery, the side wall encloses an inner space, which defines a vertical direction of the guiding member along the directions of the two ends of the inner space;
the filtering main body is one of the following two:
the filter body is a plane structure with a channel, the plane structure is sleeved in the inner space of the guide piece in a sliding mode, the outer peripheral side of the filter body is close to or abutted against the side wall of the guide piece, and therefore the inner space is formed into the first container or the second container through the matching of the filter body and the part, facing the upper opening, of the side wall of the guide piece at the first position or the second position;
or secondly, the filtering main body is a solid container with a channel and an opening end, and the filtering component is matched with the guide piece in a vertical moving way to form a moving pair or a cylindrical sleeve pair; the physical container is moved vertically relative to the guide to a first position or a second position to form the first container or the second container.

The beverage solid-liquid separation device according to claim 1, wherein: the cover body covers the guide piece to seal the opening of the first container or the second container; the lifting piece is a rigid rod fixedly connected to the filtering main body, and the rigid rod extends out of the cover body, so that the filtering main body is triggered to move vertically relative to the guide piece by the aid of the rigid rod at the part, outside the cover body, of the first container or the second container.

The beverage solid-liquid separation device according to claim 3, characterized in that: the cover body comprises a through hole, and the aperture of the through hole on the cover body corresponding to the rigid rod is larger than the maximum outer diameter of the rigid rod in the removing direction of the cover body, so that the rigid rod can penetrate through the through hole.

The beverage solid-liquid separation device according to claim 3, wherein the pulling member passes through the cover body, the cover body is provided with a filling port that can be opened and closed, or the cover body is configured to rotate or slide relative to the rigid rod to at least partially expose the open structure.

The beverage solid-liquid separation device according to claim 3, characterized in that: the rigid rod is a folding rod with at least two sections; the folding part of the folding rod is configured as a connecting structure which can be axially rigidly connected and can be hinged and rotated relatively.
7. The beverage solid-liquid separation device according to claim 6, wherein: the connection structure of the folding part is one of the following two:
the device comprises a first rod body, a second rod body, a third rod body and a fourth rod body, wherein the adjacent rod bodies are hinged with each other, the device also comprises an elastic buckle, the elastic buckle is fixed on one of the adjacent rod bodies, and the elastic buckle is clamped on the other rod body;
or two adjacent rod bodies are hinged to each other and connected through two groups of notch-pin mechanisms arranged up and down, and a notch part for passing a pin is arranged on the side part of one notch.

The beverage solid-liquid separation device according to claim 1, wherein: the cover body covers the guide piece to seal the opening of the first container or the second container; the locking mechanism comprises a first locking part and a second locking part which are matched and locked with each other; wherein: one of the first locking part and the second locking part is arranged on the filtering main body, and the other locking part is arranged on the guide piece; or one of the first locking part and the second locking part is arranged on the lifting piece, and the other locking part is arranged on the cover body; or one of the first locking part and the second locking part is arranged on the lifting piece, and the other locking part is arranged at an external fixed position outside the cover body.

The beverage solid-liquid separation device according to claim 8, wherein: one of the first and second locking parts is arranged on the filter main body, and the other locking part is arranged on the guide piece in the following mode: the periphery of the filtering main body is provided with an elastic part in a surrounding way, the guiding part at least comprises a side wall with the periphery closed in a surrounding way, and the elastic part elastically props against the side wall or touches the protrusion or the depression of the side wall for locking; or the periphery of the filter main body is provided with a bulge or an elastic element, the guide element at least comprises a side wall with the periphery enclosed and sealed, the side wall is provided with an elastic element or a bulge which is correspondingly matched with the periphery of the filter main body, and the elastic element elastically props against the bulge to lock;
one of the first locking part and the second locking part is arranged on the lifting piece, and the other locking part is arranged on the cover body in the following mode: the cover body comprises a through hole, the lifting piece is two or more sections of folding rods fixedly connected to the filtering main body, and the folding rods penetrate through the through hole, so that the folding rods are folded at the part outside the cover body and transversely abut against the cover body, and locking is carried out; one of the first locking part and the second locking part is arranged on the lifting piece, and the other locking part is arranged at an external fixed position outside the cover body in a mode that: the lifting piece is a rope fixedly connected to the filter body, and the lifting piece is fixed at an external fixed position outside the cover body by virtue of different length ends of the rope, so as to be locked.
