3. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein one end of the elastic member is fixedly connected to the cigarette rod, and the other end of the elastic member surrounds the outer circumference of the cigarette rod and abuts against the sleeve assembly.
4. The electronic cigarette according to claim 3, comprising two elastic members, wherein the two elastic members are oppositely arranged and surround the outer periphery of the cigarette rod.

6. The electronic cigarette of claim 1, wherein one end of the first guide slot expands to form a bayonet for limiting movement of the tab.
7. The electronic cigarette of claim 1, wherein the sleeve assembly is rotatably sleeved on a middle portion of the cigarette rod.

The electronic cigarette of claim 1, wherein the sleeve assembly is rotatably sleeved on one end of the cigarette rod, and a second inner cavity is defined inside the sleeve assembly, and the first inner cavity and the second inner cavity together form a receiving cavity for mounting the moving tube.
9. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the sleeve assembly includes a first sleeve and a second sleeve, the second guide slot is opened on the first sleeve, the first sleeve is rotatably sleeved on the outer circumference of the cigarette rod, and the second sleeve is clamped on the outer circumference of the first sleeve.
10. The electronic cigarette of claim 1, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the tobacco rod comprises a circle, an ellipse, a rounded rectangle.
