As described in the background art, the related art air conditioner has a problem of low installation efficiency. In view of the above problems, in order to improve the installation efficiency of the air conditioner, researchers have thought to change at least one of the microphone, the speaker and the voice recognition module into another connection manner so as to reduce the number of screws to be fixed. Meanwhile, researchers still want to set the microphone, the speaker and the voice recognition module to be detachably connected, so as to facilitate disassembly, assembly and maintenance. Finally, researchers have thought to provide a mounting cap that is attached to the housing and place the horn in a limited space on the mounting cap so that the horn can be removably mounted on the mounting cap without the aid of screws.
The air conditioner internal unit according to the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, embodiments of the present application provide an air conditioner indoor unit 100, where the air conditioner indoor unit 100 may be a floor air conditioner indoor unit 100. Exemplarily, the air conditioner indoor unit 100 may include a casing 110, a cross-flow fan, and a heat exchanger, wherein a cavity for installing the cross-flow fan and the heat exchanger is formed inside the casing 110, an air inlet and an air outlet 111 are formed on the casing 110, the air inlet, the cavity, and the air outlet 111 are sequentially communicated to form a heat exchange air duct, the cross-flow fan is configured to drive air in an external environment to enter the cavity from the air inlet and drive the air to flow out of the air inlet along the heat exchange air duct, and the heat exchanger is located between the air inlet and the cross-flow fan and is configured to exchange heat with the air flowing through to implement cooling or heating.
Fig. 3 is an exploded view of the housing 110, the display panel 130 and the mounting cover 120 in the embodiment, and fig. 4 is a schematic view of the housing 110, the display panel 130 and the mounting cover 120 in the embodiment. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the casing 110 may further have a display window 112, the air conditioner indoor unit 100 further includes an installation cover 120 and a display panel 130 capable of controllably displaying character information, the installation cover 120 is installed in the cavity and is fastened to the casing 110, the installation cover 120 and the casing 110 together enclose an installation space, the display panel 130 is located in the installation space, and a display surface of the display panel 130 is opposite to the display window 112. In this way, the air conditioner indoor unit 100 has a display function, so that a user can know relevant information of the air conditioner indoor unit 100.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the horn 140 in the present embodiment, fig. 6 is a front view of the horn 140 in the present embodiment, and fig. 7 is a partial schematic diagram of the horn 140 in the present embodiment mounted on the air conditioner indoor unit 100. Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the air conditioner indoor unit 100 may further include a speaker 140, where the speaker 140 is configured to make a sound to perform voice interaction with a user or provide voice information to the user, and the air conditioner indoor unit 100 further has a voice function in addition to the heat exchange function.
Wherein, form spacing space on the surface on the installation cover 120, loudspeaker 140 can put into spacing space, and when loudspeaker 140 was located spacing space, loudspeaker 140 was restricted inside it for loudspeaker 140 can't deviate from spacing space by oneself, then loudspeaker 140 can install on installation cover 120. Of course, the horn 140 can also be removed from the space, and the horn 140 can be detached from the mounting cover 120 to facilitate maintenance and replacement of the horn 140.
When the air conditioner indoor unit 100 is transported, the horn 140 may be installed in the limiting space, so that the horn 140 is transported along with the installation cover 120; the horn 140 may not be installed in the limiting space, so that the horn 140 and the installation cover 120 are separately transported until the horn 140 and the installation cover are transported to a destination, and then the horn 140 is installed in the limiting space, so that the air conditioner indoor unit 100 is successfully assembled for use or sale.
To sum up, the air conditioner internal unit 100 that this application embodiment provided, through setting up an installation cover 120 in the cavity of casing 110, installation cover 120 and casing 110 fastening connection to surface at installation cover 120 forms spacing space, makes loudspeaker 140 lay in spacing space and by the restriction in spacing space, then loudspeaker 140 need not to realize fixedly through the screw, and like this, need fixed screw quantity when having reduced the installation, be favorable to improving the installation effectiveness.
The horn 140 may have a rectangular parallelepiped shape or a cylindrical shape, which is not limited in this embodiment. In the example shown in fig. 5, the outer surface of the horn 140 may include a left side wall 141 and a right side wall which are oppositely disposed, and a top wall and a bottom wall which are oppositely disposed, the top wall is provided with a first protrusion 142 protruding toward a side away from the bottom wall, and the bottom wall is provided with a second protrusion 143 protruding toward a side away from the top wall, so that the horn 140 is substantially in a cross shape.
And, all be provided with first connecting plate 144 between the both sides of first bulge 142 and left side wall 141 and the right side wall, all be provided with second connecting plate 145 between the both sides of second bulge 143 and left side wall 141 and the right side wall, all be equipped with through-hole 146 on first connecting plate 144 and the second connecting plate 145, through-hole 146 can be used for with other part fastening fit of air conditioner internal unit 100 for other parts can fixed mounting.
Rounded corners are further formed between the two sides of the first protruding portion 142 and the left sidewall 141 and the right sidewall, so as to reduce stress concentration at the connection positions of the first protruding portion 142 and the left sidewall 141 and the right sidewall. Similarly, rounded corners are formed between the two sides of the second protrusion 143 and the left and right sidewalls 141, 141 to reduce stress concentration at the connection points of the second protrusion 143 and the left and right sidewalls 141, 141.
Furthermore, it is understood that the space has an opening for the speaker 140 to pass through, so that the speaker 140 can enter into or move out of the space through the opening. The limiting space has only one opening to prevent the horn 140 from being easily separated from the limiting space, and accordingly, the horn 140 has one degree of freedom to allow the horn 140 located in the limiting space to move only in one direction.
Here, the opening may be provided at the top, left side, right side, or rear side of the spacing space, not at the bottom of the spacing space, so as not to allow the horn 140 to escape from the opening by its own weight. It should be understood that different structures may be provided on the mounting cover 120 so that each mounting space may have an opening at a different position.
When the opening is formed at the top of the limiting space, if the horn 140 is located in the limiting space, the horn 140 has only the freedom to move upward, that is, the horn 140 can only move in the positive direction of the Z axis in fig. 7, so that the displacement of the horn 140 in the left-right direction, the front-back direction, and the downward direction of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner is restricted. In the drawings of the embodiments of the present application, the X axis, the Y axis, and the Z axis respectively refer to the left and right direction, the front and back direction, and the up and down direction of the air conditioner indoor unit 100, and the positive direction of the X axis is the right direction of the air conditioner indoor unit 100, the positive direction of the Y axis is the back of the air conditioner indoor unit 100, and the positive direction of the Z axis is the top of the air conditioner indoor unit 100.
With such a design, compared with the opening disposed on the left side or the right side of the spacing space, the speaker 140 in this embodiment is not easy to be released out of the spacing space through the opening. For example, when the horn 140 is placed in a limited space for transportation, if the air conditioner indoor unit 100 is tilted due to bumping during transportation, the horn 140 is not easily separated from the opening on the top, compared with the opening on the left side or the right side.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of a mounting cover 120 in the present embodiment, and fig. 9 is a front view of the mounting cover 120 in the present embodiment. More specifically, referring to fig. 7 to 9, in one embodiment, a first limiting plate 121 and a second limiting plate 122 may be protrudingly disposed on an outer surface of the mounting cover 120, the first limiting plate 121 and the second limiting plate 122 are perpendicularly connected to the mounting cover 120 and are spaced apart from each other in a left-right direction of the indoor unit 100, the horn 140 is located between the first limiting plate 121 and the second limiting plate 122, and the first limiting plate 121 and the second limiting plate 122 may limit displacement of the horn 140 in the left-right direction of the indoor unit 100.
On the basis of this embodiment, the outer surface of the mounting cover 120 may further be provided with a third limiting plate 123 in a protruding manner, the third limiting plate 123 is perpendicularly connected to the mounting cover 120, when the speaker 140 is located in the limiting space, the bottom of the speaker 140 abuts against the third limiting plate 123, and then the third limiting plate 123 is used for preventing the speaker 140 from moving downwards, so that the downward displacement of the speaker 140 is limited.
Here, the abutting of the bottom of the horn 140 against the third limiting plate 123 should be understood in a broad sense, that is, the bottom of the second protrusion 143 of the horn 140 abuts against the third limiting plate 123, or, as shown in fig. 7, the bottom wall of the horn 140 abuts against the third limiting plate 123, and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
Wherein, it is realizable that the third position limiting plate 123 may be designed to be located below the first position limiting plate 121 and the second position limiting plate 122. Alternatively, in other realizable solutions, the third position-limiting plate 123 may also be located between the first position-limiting plate 121 and the second position-limiting plate 122. In this example, at least one of two ends of the third limiting plate 123 may be connected to the first limiting plate 121 and the second limiting plate 122, or the third limiting plate 123 may be designed such that two ends of the third limiting plate are not connected to the first limiting plate 121 and the second limiting plate 122.
The third limiting plate 123 may also be provided in plurality, and the plurality of third limiting plates 123 are arranged at intervals along the left-right direction of the air conditioner indoor unit 100. For example, in the example shown in fig. 8 and 9, two third stopper plates 123 are provided, one end of one third stopper plate 123 is connected to the first stopper plate 121, one end of the other third stopper plate 123 is connected to the second stopper plate 122, and a distance is provided between the other ends of the two third stopper plates 123. Here, the two third position-limiting plates 123, the first position-limiting plate 121 and the second position-limiting plate 122 each form a step, and the step can receive the horn 140.
The air conditioner indoor unit 100 may further include a blocking member 124, the blocking member 124 is connected to an outer surface of the mounting cover 120, a blocking surface is formed on the blocking member 124, the blocking surface is disposed opposite to the outer surface of the mounting cover 120, and the horn 140 is located between the outer surface of the mounting cover 120 and the blocking surface of the blocking member 124. In this way, the outer surface of the mounting cover 120 is used to limit the displacement of the horn 140 to the front side of the air conditioner indoor unit 100, and the blocking member 124 is used to limit the displacement of the horn 140 to the rear side of the air conditioner indoor unit 100, so that the mounting cover 120 cannot move along the front-rear direction of the air conditioner indoor unit 100.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of another mounting cover 120 in this embodiment. Optionally, as shown in fig. 10, the blocking member 124 may have a plate-shaped structure, that is, the blocking member 124 is a blocking plate 1241, the blocking plate 1241 is connected to one end of the first limiting plate 121, the second limiting plate 122, or the third limiting plate 123, which is away from the outer surface of the mounting cover 120, and the blocking plate 1241 is vertically connected to the first limiting plate 121, the second limiting plate 122, or the third limiting plate 123. In fig. 10, when the third position-limiting plate 123 is connected to the first position-limiting plate 121 or the second position-limiting plate 122, the blocking plate 1241 may be connected to the first position-limiting plate 121 and the third position-limiting plate 123 at the same time, or the blocking plate 1241 may be connected to the second position-limiting plate 122 and the third position-limiting plate 123 at the same time.
Alternatively, with continued reference to fig. 7 to 9, the blocking member 124 may be designed to include a cantilever arm 1242 and a hook 1243, one end of the cantilever arm 1242 extends in the front-rear direction of the air conditioner indoor unit 100 and is connected to the outer surface of the mounting cover 120, and the other end of the cantilever arm 1242 is connected to the hook 1243, so that the hook 1243 can prevent the horn 140 from moving to the rear side of the air conditioner indoor unit 100.
Further, the blocking member 124 may further include a rib 1244, one end of the rib 1244 is connected to the outer surface of the mounting cover 120, and the other end of the rib 1244 is connected to the suspension arm 1242. By providing the rib 1244, the rib 1244 is used to support the suspension arm 1242, which is beneficial to improving the structural strength of the blocking member 124, thereby being beneficial to improving the installation stability of the horn 140. The number of the rib plates 1244 may be plural, and the plural rib plates 1244 are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction of the air conditioner indoor unit 100. Therefore, the number of the rib plates 1244 is increased, so that the supporting function of the cantilever 1242 is enhanced, and the structural strength of the blocking member 124 is further improved, thereby being beneficial to improving the installation stability of the horn 140.
In this example, the stopper 124 may be provided in plural. Therefore, the number of the blocking pieces 124 is increased, and the limiting effect of the horn 140 in the front-back direction of the air conditioner indoor unit 100 is enhanced, so that the horn 140 is less prone to being separated from the limiting space. Wherein, when the blocking member 124 is mainly composed of the cantilever 1242 and the hook 1243, a plurality of blocking members 124 may be disposed at intervals around the limiting space. For example, in fig. 7, four blocking members 124 are provided, and two of the blocking members 124 respectively engage with the first connecting plate 144 to block the movement of the horn 140, and the other two blocking members 124 respectively engage with the second connecting plate 145 to block the movement of the horn 140.
It should be noted that, when the blocking member 124 mainly comprises the cantilever 1242 and the hook 1243, a fourth limiting plate 125 may be further protruded from the outer surface of the mounting cover 120, the fourth limiting plate 125 is vertically connected to the mounting cover 120, and the fourth limiting plate 125 abuts against the top of the horn 140. So designed, first limiting plate 121, second limiting plate 122, third limiting plate 123, fourth limiting plate 125, cantilever 1242, coupler body 1243 and installation cover 120 enclose into spacing space jointly, and fourth limiting plate 125 blocks loudspeaker 140 and moves up for the ascending displacement of loudspeaker 140 is also restricted, then loudspeaker 140 is more difficult to deviate from spacing space, in order to do benefit to the installation stability who improves loudspeaker 140. Also, in this example, the suspension arm 1242 has elasticity, and the suspension arm 1242 can be deformed, and accordingly, the opening is formed at the rear side of the limit space instead in this embodiment. Thus, during installation, the cantilever 1242 can be pulled to bend towards the outside of the limiting space, so that the cantilever 1242 and the hook 1243 are away from the first limiting plate 121 and the second limiting plate 122, and then the horn 140 can move from the rear side to the front side to be placed between the first limiting plate 121 and the second limiting plate 122, and the bottom of the horn 140 is in contact with the third limiting plate 123, and the top of the horn 140 is in contact with the fourth limiting plate 125; then, the suspension arm 1242 is released, the suspension arm 1242 recovers to deform under the action of the elastic force, and the blocking member 124 can block the horn 140, so that the horn 140 cannot escape from the limiting space along the front-rear direction of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner along the horn 140.
The contact between the fourth limiting plate 125 and the top of the speaker 140 can be understood broadly, that is, the top wall of the speaker 140 contacts the fourth limiting plate 125, or the top of the first connecting plate 144 of the speaker 140 contacts the fourth limiting plate 125, as long as the speaker 140 cannot move upward.
Wherein, the fourth limiting plate 125 can be connected with the cantilever 1242 to improve the stability of the cantilever 1242. Here, the fourth restriction plate 125 extends in the left-right direction of the air conditioner indoor unit 100, and the fourth restriction plate 125 and the third restriction plate 123 are disposed at intervals in the up-down direction of the air conditioner indoor unit 100.
Fig. 11 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a mounting cover 120 and a horn 140 of the present embodiment, and fig. 12 is a partial enlarged view of a portion a in fig. 11. In the above embodiment, referring to fig. 11 and 12, in the left-right direction of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner, the distance between the first limiting plate 121 and the second limiting plate 122 may be designed to be slightly greater than the distance between the left sidewall 141 and the right sidewall of the horn 140, so that the horn 140 is in clearance fit with the first limiting plate 121 and the second limiting plate 122, the horn 140 is conveniently installed in the limiting space, and deformation caused by extrusion when the horn 140 is placed in the limiting space is favorably avoided. For example, the distance between the left side wall 141 and the right side wall of the horn 140 may be designed to be 30.5mm, and the distance between the first stopper plate 121 and the second stopper plate 122 may be 31 mm.
Similarly, the distance between the front sidewall and the rear sidewall of the speaker 140 is slightly smaller than the distance between the outer surface of the mounting cover 120 and the blocking surface of the blocking member 124, so that the speaker 140 is in clearance fit with the mounting cover 120 and the blocking member 124, the speaker 140 is conveniently mounted in the limiting space, and the deformation caused by extrusion when the speaker 140 is placed in the limiting space is avoided. For example, the distance between the left sidewall 141 and the right sidewall of the horn 140 may be designed to be 15.4mm, and the distance between the front sidewall of the mounting cover 120 and the blocking surface of the blocking member 124 may be 15.58 mm.
When the opening is formed on the left side of the limiting space, if the horn 140 is located in the limiting space, the horn 140 has only a degree of freedom to move leftward, that is, the horn 140 can only move in the negative direction of the X axis, so that the displacement of the horn 140 in the front-back direction, the up-down direction, and the right direction of the air conditioner indoor unit 100 is limited.
Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of another mounting cover 120 in this embodiment. Specifically, in this example, as shown in fig. 13, a fifth limiting plate 126 and a sixth limiting plate 127 may be protruded from the outer surface of the mounting cover 120, the fifth limiting plate 126 and the sixth limiting plate 127 are vertically connected to the outer surface of the mounting cover 120 and are spaced apart from each other in the up-down direction of the air conditioner indoor unit 100, and the horn 140 is located between the fifth limiting plate 126 and the sixth limiting plate 127, so that the fifth limiting plate 126 and the sixth limiting plate 127 can limit the displacement of the horn 140 in the up-down direction of the air conditioner indoor unit 100.
Furthermore, a seventh limiting plate 128 may be protruded from the outer surface of the mounting cover 120, and the seventh limiting plate 128 is located at the right side of the fifth limiting plate 126 and the sixth limiting plate 127, and is used for limiting the displacement of the horn 140 to the right side of the air conditioner indoor unit 100. In fig. 13, both ends of the seventh stopper plate 128 may be connected to the fifth stopper plate 126 and the sixth stopper plate 127, respectively.
With continued reference to fig. 13, the indoor air conditioner 100 may further include an eighth limiting plate 129, the eighth limiting plate 129 is opposite to the outer surface of the mounting cover 120, and the eighth limiting plate 129 is connected to the fifth limiting plate 126 and one end of the sixth limiting plate 127 away from the mounting cover 120. Thus, the outer surface of the mounting cover 120 serves to limit the displacement of the horn 140 to the front side of the air conditioner indoor unit 100, and the eighth restriction plate 129 serves to limit the displacement of the horn 140 to the rear side of the air conditioner indoor unit 100, so that the mounting cover 120 cannot move in the front-rear direction of the air conditioner indoor unit 100.
Fig. 14 is a schematic structural diagram of another mounting cover 120 in the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 14, in other embodiments of the present application, the mounting cover 120 may be recessed to form a spacing space. Specifically, the edge of the mounting cover 120 may be recessed to form a groove 1200, the mounting cover 120 is further connected with a blocking plate 1201, and the blocking plate 1201 and the left side wall 141, the right side wall, and the bottom wall of the groove 1200 together define a limiting space. In this embodiment, the left side wall 141 of the groove 1200 and the right side wall of the groove 1200 can limit the displacement of the horn 140 along the left-right direction of the air conditioner indoor unit 100, the bottom wall of the groove 1200 can limit the displacement of the horn 140 downward, and the baffle 1201 can limit the displacement of the horn 140 rearward of the air conditioner indoor unit 100.
In summary, the mounting cover 120 in the example shown in fig. 14 forms a limiting space by being recessed, and the limiting space is formed by providing a limiting plate or the like on the outer surface of the mounting cover 120 in the example shown in fig. 7 to 13 by being protruded. In contrast, the mounting cover 120 in the example shown in fig. 7 to 13 has higher structural strength because no recess needs to be formed, and is advantageous in avoiding reduction of the cavity in the mounting cover 120, and the mounting cover 120 in the example shown in fig. 14 has a simpler structure.
So far, the technical solutions of the present application have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present application is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the present application, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions will fall into the protection scope of the present application.
