When the ventilation devices 2 of the front panel 11 are higher than the ventilation devices 2 on the rear panel 12, the height of the louvers 3 near the front panel 11 is higher than the height of the louvers 3 near the rear panel 12 for accelerating the ventilation of the corresponding ventilation devices 2.
Alternatively, two or more louvers 3 may be provided on each of the left and right side plates 15, 16.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4-5, a pull rod 24 is disposed on the inner side of the ventilation door 22, and an opening 231 corresponding to the pull rod 24 is disposed on the ventilation net 23.
The tie bar 24 is arranged perpendicular to the vent door 22, and the tie bar 24 is aligned with the opening 231 when the vent door 22 is closed. When the ventilation door 22 needs to be opened or closed, the hand of a worker or a tool pushes or pulls the pull rod 24 through the opening 231, and the pull rod 24 drives the ventilation door 22 to rotate outwards or inwards, so that the ventilation door 22 is opened or closed.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, a shielding plate 25 is provided on the opening 231. The shielding plate 25 is used for shielding the opening 231 and preventing mosquitoes from entering the interior of the box body 1 from the opening 231.
When the shielding plate 25 is made of a hard material, the shielding plate can be opened by rotating inwards or rotating and swinging; the shutter 25 is made of a flexible material and can be rolled open.
Alternatively, the tie rod 24 is made of a bolt welded or screwed to the inner side of the ventilation door 22.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the ventilation device 2 further includes a stay 26, and a stay fixing portion is provided on an inner side of the ventilation door 22;
when the air vent is opened, one end of the stay bar 26 is connected with the stay bar fixing part, and the other end of the stay bar is abutted against the lower edge of the air vent 21;
in the closed state, the stay 26 is separated from the stay fixing portion and the ventilation opening 21.
The stay 26 is supported between the vent door 22 and the vent 21 for keeping the vent door 22 in an open state.
When the vent door 22 is closed, the lower end of the stay 26 is separated from the vent door 22, and then the upper end of the stay 26 is detached from the stay fixing portion. After the ventilation door 22 loses the support of the brace 26, it rotates toward the ventilation opening 21 under the action of its own weight, and thus the ventilation opening 21 is closed.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the stay fixing portion includes a threaded rod 27, one end of the stay 26 is provided with an internal thread, and after one end of the stay 26 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 27, the other end of the stay 26 abuts against a lower edge of the ventilation opening 21 to prop open the ventilation door 22 toward the outside of the box body 1.
The length of the threaded rod 27 is shorter than that of the pull rod 24, the threaded rod 27 is perpendicular to the vent door 22, one end of the threaded rod 27 is welded to the inner side of the vent door 22, and the other end of the threaded rod 27 protrudes towards the inner side.
Alternatively, the supporting rod 26 can be connected with the supporting rod fixing part in a clamping manner or other detachable manners.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the ventilation device 2 further comprises a latch 28, the latch 28 is rotatably connected to the inner side of the ventilation door 22, and when the ventilation door 22 is closed, the latch 28 is rotated to lock the latch 28 with the edge of the ventilation opening 21, so as to lock the ventilation door 22.
Before opening the vent door 22, the latch 28 is rotated in a reverse direction so that the latch 28 is separated from the edge of the vent opening 21, and then the pull rod 24 is pushed to open the vent door 22.
The utility model discloses because the special setting of ventilation door and ventilation net can realize better rain-proof and mosquito-proof worm's effect.
