Claims (10)

1. A brush cleaning mechanism, comprising:
a support frame;
the first brush assembly comprises a first brush frame and a first brush roller, the first brush frame is arranged on the supporting frame, the first brush roller is arranged on the first brush frame, and the first brush roller can be far away from or close to the second brush assembly;
the second brush assembly comprises a second brush frame and a second brush roller, the second brush roller is arranged on the second brush frame, the first end of the second brush frame is installed on the supporting frame, and the second end of the second brush frame can swing around the first end, so that the second end is far away from or close to the first brush assembly.
2. The brush cleaning mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the first end of the second brush holder is mounted to the support frame via a swivel, the brush cleaning mechanism further comprising an actuating rod configured as a telescopic rod and disposed on a side of the second brush holder away from the first brush assembly, one end of the actuating rod being mounted to the support frame, and the other end of the actuating rod being connected to the second brush holder.

The brush cleaning mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the supporting frame is further provided with a supporting base, the supporting base is provided with an anti-collision block, the anti-collision block has an anti-collision inclined surface, and an inclination angle of the anti-collision inclined surface is consistent with a maximum inclination angle of the second brush holder.
4. The brush cleaning mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the driving rod is one of a nitrogen spring, a cylinder, and a hydraulic cylinder.

The brush cleaning mechanism according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein a retaining buckle is further disposed on the second brush holder, the retaining buckle is adapted to be locked to or unlocked from the support frame, and when the retaining buckle is locked to the support frame, the second end of the second brush holder is closest to the first brush assembly.

The brush cleaning mechanism of any one of claims 1-4, wherein each of the first and second brush holders includes a base frame mounted on the support frame and a traverse plate to which each of the first and second brush rolls is mounted, the brush cleaning mechanism further comprising an opening and closing driving device for driving the traverse plate to move laterally on the corresponding base frame.

The brush cleaning mechanism according to claim 6, wherein the opening and closing driving means includes an opening and closing knob, an opening and closing lead screw, and a nut, the opening and closing lead screw being mounted to the base frame, the opening and closing knob being used to drive the opening and closing lead screw to rotate, the nut being screwed with the opening and closing lead screw, and the nut being fixed to the traverse plate, or the nut being formed as a part of the traverse plate.

The brush cleaning mechanism of claim 6, wherein each of the first and second brush assemblies includes a main driving shaft, one end of each brush roller is detachably connected to the corresponding main driving shaft, the other end of each brush roller is mounted to the corresponding traverse plate through a connecting assembly, the connecting assembly includes an elastic element, a bushing, a connecting shaft, and a locking screw, the connecting shaft is in insertion fit with the corresponding brush roller, the elastic element is suitable for applying an elastic force to the connecting shaft toward the brush roller, the bushing is mounted to the corresponding traverse plate, the connecting shaft penetrates the bushing, the locking screw is connected to the connecting shaft, and the locking screw is used for preventing the connecting shaft from being separated from the corresponding traverse plate.

The brush cleaning mechanism of claim 8, wherein one end of the brush roller has a U-shaped slot, the other end of the brush roller has a spline slot, the connecting shaft is a spline shaft and is in plug-in fit with the spline slot, the main driving shaft is connected with the U-shaped slot by a bayonet lock, the elastic element is a compression spring, and when the compression spring is compressed, the main driving shaft is separated from the corresponding brush roller.

The brush cleaning mechanism of claim 8, wherein the traverse plate has a mounting hole, the bushing is mounted to the mounting hole, the connecting shaft has a retaining flange adapted to be retained at an end of the bushing facing the brush roller, and a head of the locking screw is adapted to be retained at an end of the bushing facing away from the brush roller.
