Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the labeling module 500 includes a label 510, a labeling robot 520, a stock 530, a first labeling rail 540, a first labeling slide 550, a second labeling rail 560, and a second labeling slide. First labeling guide 540 extends in a first direction, first labeling slide 550 is mounted on first labeling guide 540, and stock 530 is mounted on first labeling slide 550, and stock 530 is capable of reciprocating between stripping member 210 and labeling member 510. According to the labeling device of the embodiment of the application, at least the following functions can be realized by adopting the design: the conveying module provides the material area that has blank label, and writer 410 beats the identification code for the label, and labeling piece 510 will have the label of identification code to paste on electric core 900, and according to the difference of the product model of electric core 900, writer 410 can print different identification codes on the label, and labeling device can improve the adaptability to different model products.

Claims (10)

1. A labeling apparatus, comprising:
the conveying module comprises a discharging unit, a peeling unit and a receiving unit which are sequentially arranged, the discharging unit comprises a coil changing unit and two material trays, the material trays are used for mounting material coils, the material coils are used for providing a material belt, the coil changing unit is positioned at the downstream of the material trays and is used for switching the material coils, the peeling unit comprises a peeling piece, and the peeling piece is used for peeling labels from the material belt;
the writing module is positioned between the emptying unit and the peeling unit and comprises a writer;
labeling module, labeling module includes label piece and labeling manipulator, label piece is installed labeling manipulator is last, label piece can acquire the label, labeling manipulator can drive label piece removes in order to paste the label.

A labelling device according to claim 1, wherein: the labeling module comprises a material preparing part, a first suction hole is formed in the material preparing part, the material preparing part can be used for enabling the stripping part and the labeling part to move in a reciprocating mode so as to convey the label, and the material preparing part comprises an anti-sticking coating.

A labelling device according to claim 4, wherein: the first clamping part, the second clamping part, the third clamping part and the fourth clamping part are provided with a third suction hole, the third suction hole is used for adsorbing the material belt, the first clamping jaw comprises a first rubberizing part and/or the second clamping jaw comprises a second rubberizing part, the reel changing unit comprises a fourth suction hole, the fourth suction hole is formed in the first rubberizing part, the fourth suction hole is formed in the second rubberizing part, and the fourth suction hole is used for adsorbing the adhesive tape.

A labelling device according to claim 5, wherein: the first clamping jaw comprises a first adhesive part, the second clamping jaw comprises a second adhesive part, the reel changing unit comprises a first rotary table and a second rotary table, the first clamping jaw is installed on the first rotary table, the first adhesive part is arranged on the first clamping part, the first clamping part is arranged along the circumferential direction of the first clamping jaw, the second clamping jaw is installed on the second rotary table, and the second adhesive part is arranged on the third clamping part and the fourth clamping part is arranged along the circumferential direction of the second clamping jaw.

A labelling device according to claim 4, wherein: the first clamping jaw comprises a first base platform, the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are movably arranged on the first base platform, and the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion can be close to or far away from the first base platform to expose or hide the cutting knife.
8. A labelling device according to claim 1, wherein: the writer includes an RFID programmer, a laser marker, or an inkjet printer.

A labelling device according to claim 1, wherein: the writing module comprises a movable adjusting table, the writer is installed on the adjusting table, the writing module further comprises an adjusting screw rod, the adjusting screw rod is connected with the adjusting table, and the adjusting screw rod can drive the writer to be close to or far away from the material belt.
