In another embodiment, the second locking device may further be based on the above embodiment, and the second locking device further includes a locking portion 841 disposed at an end of the third driving member 84 facing away from the rider 3, and a third locking hole (not shown) disposed on the bracket 1, and under the action of the second elastic member 92, when the locking portion 841 is aligned with the third locking hole, the locking portion 841 of the third driving member 84 is inserted into the third locking hole, so as to further limit the horizontal rotation of the first connecting member 5 relative to the bracket 1, i.e. further ensure the stability of the seat 2 relative to the bracket 1. But also limits the collapsing of the frame 1.
In this embodiment, the side of the first linkage 81 remote from the swivel base 4 is connected to the carrier 712, so that when the first locking means is unlocked, movement of the carrier 712 towards the seat 2 pushes the first linkage 81 together to unlock the second locking means. If the first locking element is a gear, the side of the first linking element 81 away from the rotating base 4 is connected to the gear. The first linkage member 81 may be connected to the carrier 712/gear by any known and feasible structure, and it should be understood that the side of the first linkage member 81 remote from the rotary seat 4 abuts against the carrier 712/gear, but is one way of connection.
In still another embodiment, the second locking device may also be directly configured to include a third driving member 84 connected to the first connecting member 5 in a manner of being able to move left and right, a third locking hole provided on the bracket 1, and an elastic member provided between the third driving member 84 and the first connecting member 5, wherein one end of the third driving member 84 facing away from the rider 3 is provided with a locking portion 841, under the action of the elastic member, when the locking portion 841 is aligned with the third locking hole, the locking portion 841 of the third driving member 84 is inserted into the third locking hole, the second locking device is in a locking state, the first connecting member 5 cannot rotate horizontally relative to the bracket 1, and thus the rotating seat 4 of the first connecting member 5 cannot rotate relative to the bracket 1, that is, the seat 2 cannot rotate horizontally relative to the bracket 1.
The support 1 includes a pivot base 12, and the rotary base 4 is connected to the upper side of the pivot base 12 in a relatively horizontal rotatable manner. The second locking device may be disposed between the pivot seat 12 and the rotating seat 4 or/and the first connecting member 5. Specifically, the lower side of the second locking element 91 is connected to the pivot base 12 to move up and down relatively, and the second elastic element 92 is disposed between the second locking element 91 and the pivot base 12. In this embodiment, the pivot seat 12 is provided with an accommodating groove 121 having an upward opening, the lower side of the second locking element 91 is connected to the accommodating groove 121 in a manner of moving up and down relatively, the second elastic element 92 is a compression spring, the compression spring is disposed in the accommodating groove 121, the upper end of the compression spring abuts against the second locking element 91, and the lower end of the compression spring abuts against the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 121. So that the second locking member 91 always maintains the upward movement tendency under the action of the compression spring. When the upper side of the second locking member 91 extends into the second locking hole 93, the rotating base 4 and the pivoting base 12 cannot rotate horizontally relative to each other, so that the seat 2 and the frame 1 cannot rotate horizontally relative to each other, i.e. the seat 2 cannot be reversed back and forth relative to the frame 1.
The support 1 further comprises a moving member 13 which is connected to the pivot base 12 in a relatively vertically movable manner and extends vertically, and the rotating base 4 is sleeved outside the upper side of the moving member 13 in a relatively horizontally rotatable manner. Said second locking means can also be arranged between said mobile element 13 and the rotating seat 4 or/and the first connecting element 5. Specifically, the third locking hole is formed in the moving member 13, and when the locking portion 841 of the third driving member 84 is inserted into the third locking hole of the moving member 13, the first connecting member 5 and the rotary base 4 cannot horizontally rotate with respect to the moving member 13, so that the seat 2 cannot horizontally rotate with respect to the bracket 1.
The support 1 is configured to be convertible between a retracted state and an extended state, and the support 1 further includes a front leg 14 having a rear end pivotally connected to the pivot base 12, a front leg 15 having a front end pivotally connected to the pivot base 12, a front support member 16 having a rear end pivotally connected to the moving member 13, and a rear support member 17 having a front end pivotally connected to the moving member 13, wherein the front end of the front support member 16 is pivotally connected to the front leg 14, the rear end of the rear support member 17 is pivotally connected to the rear leg 15, and positions where the rear end of the front support member 16 and the front end of the rear support member 17 are pivotally connected to the moving member 13 are located at a lower side of the pivot base 12. With such an arrangement, when the moving member 13 moves upward relative to the pivot base 12, the rear end of the front support member 16 and the front end of the rear support member can be driven to move upward, so that the front leg 14, the rear leg 15, the front support member 16 and the rear support member 17 can be drawn together in the direction of the vertical extension of the moving member 13, and the support 1 can be folded like an umbrella.
The second locking hole is formed in the moving member 13, and when the locking portion 841 is engaged in the third locking hole of the moving member 13, the seat 2 cannot rotate horizontally relative to the bracket 1, and the moving member 13 cannot move up and down relative to the rotating base 4 or the pivot base 12, so that the bracket 1 cannot be folded. That is, when the locking portion 841 is engaged in the third locking hole of the moving member 13, the seat 2 and the bracket 1 are prevented from being horizontally rotated relative to each other, and the bracket 1 is also prevented from being folded. Similarly, through the above arrangement, the unlocking first locking device can not only unlock the locking device for limiting the horizontal rotation of the seat 2 relative to the support 1 in a linkage manner, but also unlock the locking device for limiting the folding of the support 1, namely, the operation of one unlocking first locking device can enable the driver 3 to rotate back and forth relative to the seat 2, further enable the seat 2 to rotate horizontally relative to the support 1, and enable the support 1 to be folded, thereby achieving multiple purposes.
In this embodiment, preferably, the lower end of a rotating drum 130 is horizontally and rotatably connected to the pivot base 12, the upper side of the rotating drum 130 extends into the rotating base 4, and the moving member 13 extends into the rotating drum 13; the drum 130 can be horizontally and rotatably connected with the pivot joint 12 through a bearing, and when the seat 2 rotates relative to the frame 1, the rotary seat 4 rotates relative to the frame 1 together with the drum 130. Thereby making the seat 2 rotate more smoothly with respect to the frame 1 and less prone to wear. A through hole is provided in the side wall of the drum 130 at a position corresponding to the locking portion 841, the locking portion 841 is inserted into the third locking hole after passing through the through hole, and the third driving member 84 is not disengaged from the locking portion 841 after being unlocked. So that the rotary base 4 rotates together with the drum 130 relative to the support 1.
The front lower part of the front leg 14 is connected with a front wheel 141, and the rear lower part of the rear leg 15 is provided with a rear wheel 151.
The lower side of the seat 2 is connected with a connecting seat 21, the connecting seat 21 is connected to the upper side of the rotating seat 4, so that the purpose of connecting the seat 2 and the rotating seat 4 is achieved, and one side of the connecting seat 21 is pivoted with the rotating seat 4. The connection between the seat 2 and the connection seat 21 can be any known and feasible structure, which is not the invention point of the present invention, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
Referring to fig. 21 to 23, the upper side of the moving member 13 passes through the rotating base 4 and is pivotally connected to the connecting base 21, the upper side of the moving member 13 and the rotating base 4 are pivotally connected to different positions of the connecting base 21, and the moving member 13 is further configured to horizontally rotate relative to the connecting base 21. With the arrangement, when the support 1 is not folded, the rotating seat 4, the connecting seat 21 and the seat 2 can horizontally rotate relative to the support 1, namely, the seat 2 can horizontally rotate relative to the support 1, so that the seat 2 can be arranged in a forward and backward reversing manner relative to the support 1; when the folding support 1 is folded, when the moving member 13 moves upward, the connecting seat 21 can be pushed to move upward from one side of the pin joint with the rotating seat 4 and rotate toward one side of the pin joint with the connecting seat 21, i.e. the seat 2 can rotate together along with the folding support 1 to move close to each component of the support 1, thereby making the whole folding operation of the stroller is more convenient.
In this embodiment, the moving member 13 is connected to the connecting base 21 through a second linkage device, the second linkage device includes a pivot member 131 connected to an upper side of the moving member 13 in a relatively horizontal rotation manner, and a second linkage member 132 having one end pivotally connected to the pivot member 131, the other end of the second linkage member 132 is pivotally connected to the connecting base 21, and the other end of the second linkage member 132 and the rotating base 4 are pivotally connected to different positions of the connecting base 21. With such an arrangement, when the moving member 13 moves upward, one side of the connecting seat 21 pivotally connected to the second linkage member 132 can be pushed upward by the moving member 13, so that the connecting seat 21 rotates about the pivot shaft pivotally connected to the rotating seat 4.
A T-shaped mating piece 133 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the moving piece 13, and a transverse part 1331 of the T-shaped mating piece 133 is positioned outside the upper end of the moving piece 13; the pivoting member 131 comprises a bottom member 1311 and a top member 1312 fixedly connected to one side of the bottom member 1311, the bottom member 1311 is connected to the T-shaped fitting member 133 or/and the moving member 13 in a relatively horizontally rotatable manner and is located below the transversal part 1331 of the T-shaped fitting member 133, and one side of the top member 1312 is located above the transversal part 1331 of the T-shaped fitting member 133 in a relatively horizontally rotatable manner; the second linkage member 132 has one end pivotally connected to the bottom member 1311. With this arrangement, the pivot member 131 can rotate horizontally relative to the moving member 13 and will not fall upward, and when the moving member 13 moves upward, the moving member pushes the top member 1312 to move upward, i.e. the pivot member 131 is driven to move upward, so as to drive the other end of the pivot member pivoted to the second link member 132 to move upward, so as to rotate the connecting base 21 pivoted to the other end of the second link member 132 relative to the rotating base 4.
Because the utility model discloses as above set up for when as long as adjust the fore-and-aft direction of the relative seat 2 of driver 3, the first locking device of the first unlocking device of accessible or second unlocking device unblock, behind the first locking device unblock, can rotate driver 3 around, after rotatory arriving, under the effect of first elastic component 72, setting element 711 inserts in the first locking hole 37 of corresponding position, thereby locks driver 3 in this relative angular position. Although the second locking device and the bracket locking device are also interlocked to be unlocked when the first locking device is unlocked, the moving member 13 cannot move upwards because of gravity because a child sits on the seat 2, so that the bracket 1 cannot be folded, and the safety of the child in the seat 2 cannot be influenced; further, if the horizontal rider 3, the first link 5 or the seat 2 is not rotated, the seat 2 is not rotated horizontally with respect to the frame 1, and thus the seat 2 is not reversed with respect to the frame 1. When the rider 3 is on the same side of the back of the seat 2, the child is seated in the seat 2 facing away from the parent of the stroller, and when the rider 3 is adjusted to the other side, the child is seated in the seat 2 facing the parent of the stroller.
When the front and rear direction of the seat 2 is to be adjusted, assuming that the seat 2 is in a forward setting state (i.e., the state shown in fig. 1) relative to the bracket 1, at this time, the rider 3 and the seat 2 are positioned on the same side by backing up, and when the front and rear direction of the seat 2 is to be adjusted, the first locking device is unlocked by the first unlocking device or the second unlocking device first, so that the rider 3 can rotate relative to the first connecting member, and at this time, the rider 3 can be rotated forward to a vertical state; and because the second locking mechanism is unlocked by the linkage of the unlocking first locking device, at the moment, the rotating seat 4, the connecting seat 21, the seat 2 and the rider 3 can rotate relatively horizontally, and at the moment, the rider 3 can rotate horizontally, so that the rider 3, the first connecting piece 5, the rotating seat 4, the connecting seat 21 and the seat 2 can rotate horizontally relative to the bracket 1; similarly, although the second locking device is unlocked, the moving member 13 will not move upwards due to gravity when the child sits on the seat 2, so that the support 1 will not be folded, and the safety of the child in the seat 2 will not be affected; when the seat 2 is rotated 180 degrees to be arranged backwards relative to the bracket 1, under the reset action of the second elastic piece 92, the second locking piece 91 moves upwards and extends into the second locking hole 93 corresponding to the position, the second locking device is in a locking state, the rotating seat 4 cannot horizontally rotate relative to the bracket 1, namely, the seat 2 is locked in a state arranged backwards relative to the bracket 1 and cannot horizontally rotate relative to the bracket 1, and the rider 3 is also in a vertical state (as shown in 19); meanwhile, the upward movement of the second locking member 91 pushes the second unlocking member to move upward, so that the third driving member 84 moves back to the side of the rider 3 by the cooperation of the third driven inclined surface 941 and the third driving inclined surface 840 until the locking portion 841 on the side of the third driving member 84 is inserted into the corresponding third locking hole of the moving member 13, and the bracket locking device is also in a locking state; and upon such movement of the third driving member 84, the first link member 81 moves toward the rider 3, thereby pressing the first elastic member 72 by pushing the carrier 712; at this time, the rider 3 can be rotated backward, and when the rider rotates to a certain angle, under the restoring force of the first elastic member 72, one side of the positioning member 711 extends into the corresponding first locking hole, the first locking device is in a locked state, and the rider 3 is locked at the angle position (as shown in fig. 20), so that the forward and backward directions of the seat 2 and the locking of the rider 3 are achieved again. In this state, the child is a parent facing the stroller when seated in the seat 2. That is, regardless of the orientation of the seat 2 with respect to the frame 1, the rider 3 can be adjusted to be in the same orientation as the rear wheel 151 of the stroller, so that the traveling convenience of the stroller is not affected regardless of the structure of the frame 1.
Preferably, the first unlocking device and the second unlocking device are also set to be not driven when the first unlocking device is operated to unlock the first locking device; when the second unlocking means is operated to unlock the first locking means, the first unlocking means is not driven. That is to say, the first unlocking device and the second unlocking device do not interfere with each other, so that the function of the other unlocking device is prevented from being influenced by operating one unlocking device, and the first locking device can be unlocked by operating the first unlocking device or the second unlocking device at any time.
In this embodiment, a space capable of avoiding the first steel wire 310 is provided between the second unlocking device and the handle 3, and specifically, an avoiding groove (not shown) is provided on a side of the push handle 34 facing the first steel wire 310, so that the push handle 34 does not interfere with the first steel wire 310 when moving up and down; an avoidance groove 332 (as shown in fig. 9) is also formed at a side of the lower side of the second driver 33 facing the first wire 310, so that the second driver 33 does not interfere with the first wire 310 even when moving up and down. Therefore, when the first unlocking device is operated, the second unlocking device cannot be driven, and similarly, when the second unlocking device is operated, the first unlocking device cannot be driven and does not interfere with each other.
The linkage member 333 is spaced apart from the first wire 310, and the avoiding groove 332 is provided on the side of the acting member 334 facing the first wire 310.
In this embodiment, the rider 3 includes a rider tube 35 and a second connecting member 36 fixedly connected to a lower end of the rider tube 35, and the second accommodating space 30 is disposed in the second connecting member 36. So set up, be convenient for each relevant subassembly equipment. In other embodiments, the second accommodating space 30 may be formed at the lower side of a single integral component.
The utility model discloses so set up for can only adjust the orientation of changing the child and the shallow father and mother who sit in seat 2 around the handlebar hand 3, also can change the orientation of sitting child and shallow father and mother in seat 2 through the rotation that the orientation combines handlebar hand 3 around the adjustment seat 2, adjustment mode is diversified promptly, so, than single adjustment mode, can guarantee the adjustment function of child and father and mother's orientation more.
In other operations, after the angle of the seat 2 is adjusted, the rider 3 may be rotated forward, and when the seat is rotated to a certain angle, one side of the positioning member 711 may also extend into the corresponding first locking hole by the restoring force of the first elastic member 72, but only in this state, the rider 3 is located on the same side as the backrest, that is, both sides are located on the front side with respect to the frame 1.
When the stroller of the present invention is to be folded, the child is firstly held from the seat 2, and the first locking device is unlocked by the first unlocking device or the second unlocking device to unlock the support locking device, and then the handle 3 is rotated toward the rear and the lower side, so that the positioning member 711 can not be inserted into the first locking hole, and the second locking device and the support locking device are all kept in the unlocking state, and then the seat 2 and the connecting seat 21 are moved upward and toward the relative pivoting seat 12 and the rotating seat 4 on one side, and the moving member 13 is driven by the second linkage device to move upward, thereby driving the front leg 14, the rear leg 15, the front support member 16, and the rear support member 17 to be folded in an umbrella shape, and the seat 2 is rotatable to one side of the support 1 after being folded.
The first unlocking device and the second unlocking device are arranged at the same time, so that the first locking device can be unlocked in different modes, the situation that the first locking device cannot be unlocked due to the fact that one unlocking device is broken is avoided, and the arrangement is also convenient to operate and more suitable for the operation habit of common people. Specifically, when only the front-rear direction of the rider 3 is to be adjusted individually or the front-rear direction of the seat 2 is to be adjusted, it is more appropriate to unlock by operating the first unlocking means, and because the first operating member 31 is to be moved upward, it is relatively more appropriate to rotate the rider 3 forward after this operation; and want to receive and close the utility model discloses during the children's shallow, it is more suitable to come the unblock through operation second unlocking device, because will be behind the unblock the rotatory handlebar hand 3 of below, and the unblock of operation second unlocking device just needs to push away the relative handlebar hand 3 of handle 34 and down remove to it is just more handy to continue the operation of the rotatory handlebar hand 3 of below behind again.
In this embodiment, a handle 1313 is connected to the bottom part 1311 or/and the top part 1312, so that when the stroller is folded, when the handle 3 rotates backward and downward, the handle 1313 is pulled upward again, so as to pull the moving member 13 to move upward, and through pushing of the second linkage member 132, the connecting seat 21 rotates upward and toward one side of the pivot of the rotating seat 4 to be close to the frame 1 after being folded, so that the frame 1 is folded, the seat 2 is close to the components of the frame 1 (as shown in fig. 24), and the backrest 22 is close to the seat 23.
Preferably, in order to further ensure the safety of the stroller in the using process, a fourth locking device capable of limiting the relative rotation between the other side of the rotary seat 4 and the connecting seat 21 is provided between the other side of the rotary seat and the connecting seat. In this embodiment, the fourth locking device includes a fourth locking member 41 having a lower end pivotally connected to the rotary base 4, a torsion spring (not shown) disposed between the fourth locking member 41 and the rotary base 4, and an engaging hole 211 disposed on the connecting base 21 and facing the upper side of the fourth locking member 41, wherein an engaging portion 411 is disposed on the upper side of the fourth locking member 41; under the action of the torsion spring, the engaging portion 411 on the upper side of the fourth locking member 41 is engaged into the engaging hole 211 of the connecting seat 21, the fourth locking device is in a locked state, and the side of the connecting seat 21 cannot rotate upward, so that the moving member 13 cannot move upward, and the bracket 1 cannot be folded.
The handle 1313 is connected to the bottom member 1311 and/or the top member 1312 by a pin 1314, and the pin 1314 is disposed such that when the engaging portion 411 of the upper side of the fourth locking member 41 is engaged with the engaging hole 211 of the coupling holder 21, the pin 1314 is located inside the fourth locking member 41, i.e., the side of the fourth locking member 41 facing the rotary holder 4/the coupling holder 21. When the fourth locking device is to be unlocked, the handle 1313 is pulled outwards, the pin 1314 connected with the handle 1313 is driven to move together to push the fourth locking element 41 outwards, so that the engaging portion 411 on the upper side of the fourth locking element 41 is disengaged from the engaging hole 211 of the connecting base 21, the side of the connecting base 21 can rotate upwards relative to the rotating base 4, and at this time, the moving element 13 can be pulled upwards by pulling the handle 1313 upwards.
Preferably, a tension spring (not shown) is disposed between the pin 1314 and the bottom piece 1311 or/and the top piece 1312, and the upper end of the fourth locking member 41 is provided with a driving slope 410; therefore, after the carrying handle 1313 is released, the carrying handle 1313 is automatically reset, that is, the pin 1314 is automatically reset, so that when the folded stroller is to be unfolded, the moving member 13 moves downwards to drive the components of the support 1 to move reversely to unfold, the seat 2 is also pulled to reset, and the reset before the pin 1314 enables the reset pin 1314 to be matched with the driving inclined surface 410 of the fourth locking member 41 to push the upper side of the fourth locking member 41 to rotate outwards in the resetting process of the seat 2, so that the interference between the pin 1314 and the fourth locking member 41 is avoided, and thus, the unfolding operation of the support 1 is simpler.
