Description

本实用新型属于开关,特别是一种日光灯启辉转换开关。
现有市售的起辉器,市电压低于180伏时,很难起动,光管不断闪烁,致使光管的寿命缩短。另有电子起辉器,虽然低压起动快,但使用一段时间后光管两端易发黑,影响光管的亮度。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,克服了光管两端易发黑,在市电压140伏时,能瞬间起辉无闪烁的启辉转换开关。
本实用新型的解决技术方案是这样的:由按键开关、整流和升压电路构成,并串接在电路中。启辉转换开关是采用直流高压启辉后,有按键开关转换成交流工作。这样克服了直流工作易使灯管两端发黑现象。
以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作详细描述。

附图中,按键自锁开关AN1、按键转换开关AN2、并串接在电路中。二极管D1-D4构成桥式整流电路,电容C1、C2构成升压电路。电容C1与二极管D2并联后与D1串接在电路中,电容C2与二极管D4并联后与D3串接在电路中。
本实用新型的工作原理是:按动按键开关AN1、AN2接通电源,电压经桥式整流电路整流后,通过升压电路升压,激发光管气体电离导通而发亮。再按动按键开关AN2接通电感镇流器换成交流工作。
本实用新型的优点是低电压140伏能瞬间起辉闪烁,并克服了光管两端易发黑,延长光管使用寿命,能使烧坏(不漏气)光管正常发光。
本实用新型最佳实施例:参照附图,二极管D1-D4采用PN4007,电容C1、C2用0.33-0.47μF/160V,采用按键自锁开关,AN2用按键转换开关。把电路中的元件焊接在印刷电路板上,固定在盒体中,开关AN1、AN2安装在盒体内。引出4条线,输出端a、b端接光管两端,c、d端串接镇流器。

  1. 一种启辉转换开关,包括开关、整流和升压电路,其特征在于:二极管D1-D2构成桥式整流电路,电容C1、C2构成升压电路,电容C1、二极管D2并联后与D1串接在电路中,C2、D4并联后与D3串接在电路中,按键开关AN1、AN2串接在电路中,并实观直流起动转换交流工作。
