The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood according to specific situations by those of ordinary skill in the art.
As shown in figures 1-3, the utility model provides a water absorption of first embodiment is taken off subassembly and is used for assembling on cleaning device. The water absorption rake assembly comprises: the water absorption rake comprises a first mounting bracket 1, a water absorption rake body 2, a second connecting piece 4, a first connecting assembly 3 and a second rotating pin 21. The water absorption rake body 2 is used for absorbing dirt on the surface layer of the ground, and it can be understood that the water absorption rake body 2 is in contact with the ground (when the surface to be cleaned is the ground), and the water absorption rake body 2 rubs against the ground, so that dirt on the ground can be scraped off or can be recycled and adsorbed together. The second connector 4 is connected (which can be understood as a fixed or rotatable connection) to the first mounting bracket 1. The first connecting component 3 comprises a first rotating pin 31, a first connecting component 32 and a pressure elastic component 33, wherein the first rotating pin 31 is arranged along a direction perpendicular to a first direction (taking the reader facing the attached drawings of the specification as an example, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the reader looking down on the water absorbing rake component, namely the direction of the reader facing the specification is the surface to be cleaned, and when the surface to be cleaned is a flat ground, the first direction can be understood as the direction of a horizontal line, namely the state in fig. 2), the first connecting component 32 is located above the second connecting component 4, and is rotatably connected with the second connecting component 4 through the first rotating pin 31 to form a lever structure. It is understood that the first pivot pin 31 is a fulcrum, and the first connecting member 32 is rotatable around the axis of the first pivot pin 31 and can be raised or lowered a certain distance in the first direction while rotating. The elastic pressure member 33 is located on one side of the first pivot pin 31 close to the first mounting bracket 1, and two ends of the elastic pressure member 33 abut against the second connecting piece 4 and the first connecting piece 32 respectively. It will be appreciated that the force of the pressure spring 33 on the first link 32 is perpendicular to the first link 32 and is directed upwards. That is, the pressure elastic element 33 always generates an upward acting force on the end of the first connecting element 32 away from the body 2, so that the end of the first connecting element 32 close to the body 2 always bears a downward acting force (i.e. towards the surface to be cleaned) due to the action of the first rotating pin 31. Wherein the second pivot pin 21 and the first pivot pin 31 are parallel to each other. The second pivot pin 21 is provided at an intermediate position of the body 2 in the extending direction thereof. The first connecting piece 32 is connected with the body 2 through the second rotating pin 21, and the second rotating pin 21 is used for transmitting acting force applied to the first connecting piece 32. The acting force of the first connecting piece 32 is uniformly transmitted to the water absorption rake body 2, the two ends of the water absorption rake body 2 are stressed simultaneously as far as possible, the stress is balanced, and the problem that the two ends of the water absorption rake body 2 are deformed due to unbalanced stress is solved.
In an optional scenario, when the cleaning device is in a normal operation state, the first direction is a plumb line direction, and the second rotating pin 21 and the first rotating pin 31 are parallel to each other and are both perpendicular to the plumb line direction, or may be considered to be parallel to a horizontal plane direction, so as to cooperate with each other to provide an acting force in a direction towards the cleaning surface for the water absorption rake body 2. Furthermore, no matter whether the surface to be cleaned is flat or not, the elastic pressure piece 33 can be used for well elastically adjusting the water absorption rake body 2 so as to ensure that the surface to be cleaned can keep good contact, thereby achieving the purpose of good cleaning.
Specifically, the first rotating pin 31 is disposed at one end of the second connecting member 4 far from the first mounting bracket 1, so that a portion of the first connecting member 32, which is located at a position where the first rotating pin 31 is close to the first mounting bracket 1, is located above the second connecting member 4, a portion of the first connecting member 32, which is located at a position where the first rotating pin 31 is far from the first mounting bracket 1, is a free end, and the second rotating pin 21 is disposed at one end of the first connecting assembly 3, which is far from the second connecting member 4, i.e., is located at the free end.
It can be understood that both ends of the first connecting member 32 are moment arms, and the first pivot pin 31 is a fulcrum. It can be understood that the first connecting member 32 will make the first connecting member 32 rotate around the axis of the first rotating pin 31 under the action of the pressure elastic member 33, that is, the first connecting member 32 can drive the water absorption rake body 2 to rotate vertically around the first mounting bracket 1, and at the same time, lift or lower a certain distance. That is, the first connecting member 32 floats upward or downward around the axis of the first rotating pin 31, so that a certain obstacle crossing function (that is, when the cleaning surface is uneven) can be realized, and the damage of the water absorption rake assembly can be avoided. Alternatively, the shape of the body 2 may be an arc shape, a structure extending in a straight direction, or other shapes.
As a further limitation of this embodiment, the water sucking pickoff assembly includes a third rotating pin 12, the second connecting member 4 is rotatably connected to the first mounting bracket 1 via the third rotating pin 12, and the third rotating pin 12 extends along the first direction. Further, it can be known that the second connecting member 4 can drive the water absorption scraper body 2 to move horizontally relative to the first mounting bracket 1. It can be understood that the water absorption rake body 2 rotates horizontally with the first mounting bracket 1 through the third rotation pin 12, that is, the water absorption rake body 2 rotates left and right around the axis of the third rotation pin 12 (taking the reader facing the drawings of the specification as an example, the left and right direction of the reader is the left and right direction of the axis of the third rotation pin 12), so as to avoid the impact of obstacles on the left and right sides or assist turning.
As a further limitation of the present embodiment, the second connecting member 4 is provided with two supporting arms 121 which are oppositely arranged, the number of the first pivot pins 31 and the elastic pressure members 33 is two, the first pivot pins 31 and the elastic pressure members 33 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the supporting arms 121, and the two first pivot pins 31 are coaxially arranged. It will be appreciated that the second connector 4 may be straight, arcuate or "V" shaped. Correspondingly, the first connecting member 32 may also be shaped like a straight rod, an arc or a "V", i.e. there may be two support arms that are connected to the two support arms 121 of the second connecting member 4. One first pivot pin 31 is provided on each support arm 121, and two first pivot pins 31 are coaxially provided. Alternatively, the number of the first rotating pins 31 is one, and the first rotating pins 31 are long rotating pins having a certain length, and two ends of the long rotating pins are respectively connected to the two supporting arms 121. When the length of the body 2 is long and the volume is heavy, the two support arms 121 can support the first connecting piece 32 at the same time. Correspondingly, two sets of lever structures are respectively disposed on the two supporting arms 121, and the two sets of lever structures are respectively disposed on the supporting arms 121.
As a further limitation of this embodiment, the absorbing rake assembly includes a first inclined plane portion 111, the first inclined plane portion 111 is disposed at an end portion of the first mounting bracket 1 near the second connecting member 4 and is disposed toward two sides of the second connecting member 4, the first inclined plane portion 111 is used for limiting a swing angle of the second connecting member 4 in a horizontal direction, so as to avoid a large amount of steering, and thus a cleaning effect of the absorbing rake body 2 is reduced (when the absorbing rake body 2 rotates left and right, scraped and absorbed garbage is easily thrown out of a recycling area of the absorbing rake body 2, and the recycling area is an area swept when the absorbing rake body 2 moves).
Optionally, the first mounting bracket 1, the water absorbing rake body 2, the second connecting piece 4, and the first connecting assembly 3 are all symmetrically arranged along the same symmetry axis (the symmetry axis is the connection line between the middle of the first mounting bracket 1 and the middle of the water absorbing rake body 2), the first inclined plane portion 111 is symmetrically arranged along the symmetry axis, that is, the first inclined plane portion 111 controls the rotation angle of the water absorbing rake body 2 in the horizontal direction to be the same, so that the two ends of the water absorbing rake body 2 are stressed simultaneously as much as possible, and the stress is balanced to avoid the problem of deformation caused by unbalanced stress at the two ends of the water absorbing rake body 2.
As a further limitation of this embodiment, the water absorbing assembly includes a second inclined surface portion 41, the second inclined surface portion 41 is disposed at an end of the second connecting member 4 and is disposed toward the first connecting member 32, and the second inclined surface portion 41 is used for limiting a swing angle of the second connecting member 4 in a vertical direction. The pressure elastic member 33 always generates an upward acting force on the end of the first connecting member 32 away from the body 2 of the suction rake, so that the end of the first connecting member 32 close to the body 2 of the suction rake always bears a downward acting force in one direction, that is, the first connecting member 32 floats downward for a certain distance around the axis of the first rotating pin 31 in the direction between the body of the suction rake.
As a further limitation of the present embodiment, the water sucking and raking assembly includes a first inclined surface portion 111, and the first inclined surface portion 111 is disposed on the first mounting bracket 1 and surrounds the third rotating pin 12, so as to provide a margin range for the rotation of the first connecting member 32 in the vertical direction, avoid the generation of rotation damping between the first connecting member 32 and the first rotating pin 31, and prolong the service life.
As a further limitation of this embodiment, the suction assembly includes a first guide wheel 221 and a second guide wheel 222, and the first guide wheel 221 and the second guide wheel 222 are respectively installed at two ends of the suction body 2 and located at two sides of the first connecting member 32. The first guide wheel 221 and the second guide wheel 222 are installed on one side, close to the ground, of the water absorption rake body 2, can provide a support for the water absorption rake body 2, and can also generate a traction effect when the left side and the right side of the water absorption rake body 2 are impacted by obstacles, so that the friction force between the water absorption rake body 2 and a surface to be cleaned is reduced, the mutual contact between the water absorption rake body and the ground is ensured, and meanwhile, the water absorption rake body 2 is also ensured not to cause large pressure on the surface to be cleaned.
Optionally, by respectively arranging the first guide wheel 221 and the second guide wheel 222 at two ends of the water absorption rake body 2, in the process that the cleaning device travels along a straight line, the guide force of the first guide wheel 221 and the second guide wheel 222 is the same or similar, so that the water absorption rake body 2 is driven to rotate around the third rotating pin 12 and gradually rotates to an angle consistent with the traveling direction of the cleaning device. The alignment will be automatically performed.
As a further limitation of this embodiment, the water scooping assembly includes a third guide wheel 223, and the third guide wheel 223 is installed at an intermediate position in the extending direction of the water scooping body 2. Alternatively, the third guide wheel 223 is disposed at a middle position of the second rotating pin 21, and the first guide wheel 221 and the third guide wheel 223, and the second guide wheel 222 and the third guide wheel 223 form an equal arm structure. Therefore, the shapes and the stress conditions of the two ends of the water absorption rake body 2 are basically the same (under the condition that the ground conditions of the ground where the water absorption rake body 2 is located are not different), the two ends of the water absorption rake body 2 are subjected to traction forces with the same magnitude, so that the water absorption rake body 2 is in a balanced state, can automatically return to the right state, and reduces the cost of manual maintenance.
As a further limitation of the present embodiment, the water absorption rake body 2 is provided with the leakage preventing portions 24, and the leakage preventing portions 24 are located at both ends of the water absorption rake body 2. It can be understood that when the water absorption scraper body 2 moves forward along with the cleaning device, the water absorption scraper body 2 contacts with the ground, and dirt such as dirt and garbage on the ground is scraped by utilizing the friction force between the water absorption scraper body 2 and the ground. When the cleaning equipment turns or collides with surrounding obstacles, the water absorption rake body 2 can swing left and right, and when the first guide wheel 221 and the second guide wheel 222 drive the water absorption rake body 2 to automatically return, the leakage-proof parts 24 at the two ends can gather dirt wrapped by the water absorption rake body 2 together, so that the dirt is prevented from being scattered from the two side edges of the water absorption rake body 2, and the cleaning efficiency is improved. Alternatively, the leakage preventing portion 24 may be arc-shaped, or the leakage preventing portion 24 and the leading body 2 form a right angle or an obtuse angle.
As the further definition of this embodiment, the water absorption rake body 2 contains scraper blade 23, and scraper blade 23 extends the setting from water absorption rake body 2 to ground, and scraper blade 23 is used for contacting with ground, drives scraper blade 23 and removes when cleaning device moves, gathers together subaerial rubbish etc. the clean subassembly of being convenient for on artifical or the cleaning device is retrieved. Optionally, the scraping plate 23 extends along the shape direction formed by the water absorption scraper body 2 and the leakage-proof part 24, and the scraping plate 23 has certain elasticity, so as to avoid the uneven ground surface from completely contacting with the ground surface.
As a further limitation of this embodiment, the water absorption rake body 2 further includes a reversing wheel, the reversing wheel is disposed at the water absorption rake body 2 at intervals and uniformly along the extending direction of the water absorption rake body 2, the wheel axle of the reversing wheel is disposed perpendicular to the ground, that is, the tire side wall of the reversing wheel can contact with surrounding objects, the reversing wheel can preferably contact with an obstacle before the water absorption rake body 2 collides with the obstacle, during the movement process, the obstacle will touch the reversing wheel, the reversing wheel rotates, and then a forward trend is generated for the water absorption rake body 2, the impact of the obstacle on the water absorption rake body 2 can be reduced to a certain extent, and the water absorption rake body 2 can restore balance more quickly under the driving of the first guide wheel 221 and the second guide wheel 222.
As a further limitation of this embodiment, the absorbing rake body 2 further comprises a first positioning member 25, a second positioning member 26 and a second mounting bracket 27, the second mounting bracket 27 connects the absorbing rake body 2 and the third rotating pin 12, and it can be understood that the third rotating pin 12 is directly connected to the second mounting bracket 27 and the first connecting member 32. The first positioning element 25 is disposed in the middle of the second mounting bracket 27, and the second positioning elements 26 are mounted at two ends of the second mounting bracket 27 to fix the water absorption rake body 2 together. Alternatively, the first positioning element 25 may be a guide pin, and the second positioning element 26 may be a snap, so as to quickly complete the detachment of the suction rake body 2, which is convenient for the user to clean and maintain.
As shown in fig. 6, it shows a schematic perspective structure diagram of a second embodiment of the armrest assembly of the present invention. The second embodiment has the following differences compared with the first embodiment.
As a further limitation of this embodiment, the suction assembly includes a first guide wheel 221 and a second guide wheel 222, and the first guide wheel 221 and the second guide wheel 222 are respectively installed at two ends of the suction body 2 and located at two sides of the first connecting member 32. The first guide wheel 221 and the second guide wheel 222 are installed on one side, close to the ground, of the water absorption rake body 2, so that a support can be provided for the water absorption rake body 2, a traction effect can be generated when the left side and the right side of the water absorption rake body 2 are impacted by obstacles, friction force between the water absorption rake body 2 and the ground is reduced, the water absorption rake body is ensured to be in contact with a surface to be cleaned, and meanwhile, the water absorption rake body 2 is also ensured not to generate large pressure on the ground.
Compared with the first embodiment, the second embodiment has the same structure except that the above structure is different, and the description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 7, a schematic perspective view of a third embodiment of the armrest assembly of the present invention is shown. The third embodiment has the following differences compared with the first embodiment.
As a further limitation of this embodiment, the water absorption rake assembly includes two tension springs 28, the number of the tension springs 28 is two, the two tension springs 28 are symmetrically disposed along the first axis, one end of each tension spring 28 is connected to the end of the water absorption rake body 2, the other end of each tension spring 28 is connected to the first mounting bracket 1, and the two tension springs 28 reduce the left-right shaking of the water absorption rake body 2, so that the water absorption rake body 2 can be restored to balance. Meanwhile, when the water absorption rake body 2 rotates around the third rotating pin 12, the two tension springs 28 can restore the balance of the water absorption rake body 2, so that the phenomenon that the water absorption rake body 2 rotates suddenly is avoided.
Compared with the first embodiment, the second embodiment has the same structure except that the above structure is different, and thus the description thereof is omitted.
According to the utility model discloses a another side provides a cleaning device, and cleaning device contains chassis and foretell water absorption and takes off the subassembly, and the one end of keeping away from cleaning device walking direction on the chassis is taken off in the subassembly (absorb water promptly and take off the afterbody position that the subassembly is located cleaning device). That is, the wiper assembly is towed by the cleaning apparatus to travel forward. Alternatively, the shape of the body 2 is arc-shaped and is curved towards the cleaning device, i.e. the area between the inner circle of the arc and the cleaning device is the waste recovery area and the outer area of the arc is the area already cleaned. Or, the shape of the water absorption rake body 2 is straight rod-shaped, the two ends of the water absorption rake body 2 are provided with the leakage-proof parts 24, the leakage-proof parts 24 extend towards the cleaning equipment, the garbage at the two ends of the water absorption rake body 2 has a tendency of containing, and the garbage such as sewage is prevented from falling from the two ends of the water absorption rake body.
