A slip roller comprises a shaft body (1) and is characterized in that the shaft body (1) is sleeved with a plurality of rolling sleeves (2), the rolling sleeves (2) are attached to each other in pairs, each rolling sleeve (2) comprises an outer ring (21) and an inner ring (22) which is positioned in the outer ring (21) and can rotate relative to the outer ring (21), the inner ring (22) is tightly assembled on the shaft body (1), the outer ring (21) is circumferentially provided with a plurality of positioning lugs (3) which can slide along the radial direction, the inner ring (22) is circumferentially provided with a plurality of guide blocks (221) which protrude outwards, the guide blocks (221) are provided with arc-shaped surfaces (2211), the arc-shaped surfaces (2211) protrude outwards in the radial direction, and when the outer ring (21) rotates relative to the inner ring (22), the inner ring (22) pushes the positioning lugs (3) outwards through the arc-shaped surfaces (2211) to enable the outer ends of the positioning lugs (3) to protrude out of the outer ring (21), the outer ring (21) is provided with a plurality of limiting pieces (6) which can stretch and contract along the radial direction and protrude out of the outer peripheral surface of the outer ring (21).

A slip roller according to claim 1, wherein the arc-shaped surfaces (2211) are located at one ends of the guide blocks (221) in the circumferential direction of the inner ring (22), and the distance between one end to the other end of each arc-shaped surface (2211) and the outer ring (21) is gradually reduced.

A slip roller according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the positioning lug (3) comprises a limiting portion (31) and a projection (32) connected to the limiting portion (31), the limiting portion (31) is slidable on the arc-shaped surface (2211), the projection (32) is threaded on the outer ring (21) and is slidable in the radial direction of the outer ring (21), and the limiting portion (31) is capable of abutting against the outer ring (21).
