Referring to fig. 1-4, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a mounting base provided in the present application; FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the mounting base of FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the mount shown in FIG. 1 at section A-A'; fig. 4 is an enlarged view of a portion of the mount shown in fig. 3 in area II.
The mount 10 includes: a base 100, a mounting rod 200, and a locking assembly 300.
Wherein, one end of the mounting rod 200 is inserted into the base 100 and is rotatably connected with the base 100; the other end of the mounting rod 200 is provided with a mounting part 201, and the mounting part 201 can be used for mounting electronic equipment; the locking assembly 300 includes a locking member 310 and a first elastic member 320, the locking member 310 is sleeved on the mounting pole 200, opposite ends of the first elastic member 320 respectively abut against or connect the mounting pole 200 and the locking member 310, the first elastic member 320 is used for applying an elastic force to the locking member 310, so that the locking member 310 tends to move towards the mounting part 201; wherein, retaining member 310 is provided with stop gear towards installation department 201 one side and electronic equipment between to it is spacing to electronic equipment.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, by inserting one end of the mounting rod 200 into the base 100 and rotatably connecting with the base 100, and mounting the electronic device on the mounting portion 201 at the other end of the mounting rod 200, by rotating the mounting rod 200 relative to the base 100, the orientation of the electronic device mounted on the mounting portion 201 can be adjusted; wherein, it is spacing to carry out the position to electronic equipment through retaining member 310 and the stop gear between the electronic equipment, can lock the position between electronic equipment and installation pole 200 to can be when stirring electronic equipment in order to adjust electronic equipment's orientation, can be so that stir the electronic equipment and install the installation department 201 position relatively fixed of pole 200, thereby can avoid electronic equipment and installation pole 200 to take place to be connected not hard up.
Please also participate in fig. 2, 5 and 6. FIG. 5 is a schematic view of the mounting base of FIG. 1 in engagement with an electronic device when mounted; fig. 6 is an enlarged view of a portion of the mounting block shown in fig. 5 in the area III.
The limiting mechanism comprises a limiting groove 331 and a limiting protrusion 332 which are matched in an inserted manner, and the limiting groove 331 and the limiting protrusion 332 are respectively arranged on the locking member 310 and the electronic device.
In this embodiment, the limiting protrusion 332 is disposed on the locking member 310.
Wherein, retaining member 310 is the sleeve, and retaining member 310 can overlap and establish at installation pole 200, can set up anti-rotation mechanism between retaining member 310 and the installation pole 200, can carry out spacingly to retaining member 310 through anti-rotation mechanism to can avoid retaining member 310 to rotate on installation pole 200.
Specifically, the anti-rotation mechanism includes a groove 341 and a protrusion 342, and the groove 341 and the protrusion 342 are respectively provided on the mounting lever 200 and the locker 310; when the locker 310 is fitted to a predetermined position of the mounting pole 200, the protrusion 342 is at least partially inserted into the groove 341, wherein the groove 341 and the protrusion 342 are matched in the circumferential direction of the mounting pole 200, so that the locker 310 cannot be rotated in the circumferential direction of the mounting pole 200. Therefore, the locking member 310 can move synchronously with the mounting rod 200, and therefore, when the electronic device is limited in position by the limiting mechanism through the locking member 310, the mounting rod 200 and the electronic device can be synchronized in position, so that when the electronic device is stirred, the locking member 310, the mounting rod 200 and the electronic device can be moved in position, and therefore, the electronic device can be prevented from being connected with the mounting rod 200 loosely.
The stopper projection 332 is provided on the surface of the locker 310 toward the mounting part 201, and the stopper groove 331 may be provided on the electronic device. When the electronic device is fixedly mounted on the mounting portion 201, the limiting protrusions 332 provided on the locking member 310 may be at least partially inserted into the limiting grooves 331.
After the electronic device is fixedly mounted on the mounting portion 201, elastic pressure can be applied to the locking member 310 through the first elastic member 320, so that the locking member 310 tends to move towards the mounting portion 201, and therefore the limiting protrusion 332 on the locking member 310 can be inserted into the limiting groove 331, and limitation of the electronic device is achieved.
In this embodiment, the first elastic member 320 may be a spring, the first elastic member 320 is sleeved on the mounting rod 200, and two opposite ends of the first elastic member 320 may be connected to the locking member 310 and the mounting rod 200, respectively. Therefore, the locking member 310 can be moved back and forth in the axial direction of the mounting pole 200 by providing the first elastic member 320.
When the first elastic member 320 is in an initial state, elastic pressure is applied to the locking member 310, so that the limiting protrusion 332 on the locking member 310 can be inserted into the limiting groove 331, thereby limiting the electronic device.
When the electronic device needs to be detached for maintenance, the locking member 310 can be moved away from the mounting portion 201 along the axial direction of the mounting rod 200, so that the limiting protrusion 332 on the locking member 310 can be moved away from the limiting groove 331 on the electronic device, and at this time, the electronic device can be separated from the limiting of the locking member 310, and the electronic device can be detached for maintenance.
In some embodiments, the mounting portion 201 may be provided with threads, and the electronic device may be provided with a threaded hole, so that the electronic device is mounted on the mounting portion 201 by screwing the mounting portion 201 with the threaded hole of the electronic device.
