Abstract
The invention provides an electronic device and a support frame thereof. The supporting frame comprises a frame body, a clamping piece, a release piece, a connecting piece and a lining. The frame body is provided with a containing groove. The clamping piece is arranged in the containing groove. The unlocking piece is movably arranged on the frame body. The electronic unit is arranged on the connecting piece. The bushing is sleeved on the connecting piece and has an elastic structure. When the connecting piece and the lining are inserted in the containing groove, the elastic structure is clamped with the clamping piece. When the release member is pressed, the release member pushes the elastic structure, so that the elastic structure generates elastic deformation to separate from the engaging member. So as to facilitate assembly and disassembly.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an electronic device and a supporting frame thereof, and more particularly, to a supporting frame capable of being quickly disassembled and assembled and an electronic device having the supporting frame.
Background
Since the lcd has advantages of thin profile, light weight, low power consumption, no radiation pollution and compatibility with semiconductor process technology, the lcd has become an indispensable necessity in daily life. Generally, the lcd is fixed on the supporting frame, so that the lcd is supported on the supporting frame for users to see. The existing support frame is composed of a plurality of large and small components, so that the assembly process of the support frame is too complicated, the assembly efficiency cannot be effectively improved, and the overall manufacturing cost of the liquid crystal display is influenced. In addition, after the liquid crystal display is assembled with the support frame, the liquid crystal display is large in size and not easy to disassemble, and is not convenient to store and transport.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a supporting frame capable of being quickly disassembled and assembled and an electronic device having the supporting frame, so as to solve the above-mentioned problems.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides an electronic device, comprising: electronic unit and support frame, this support frame contains: the frame body is provided with a containing groove; the clamping piece is arranged in the accommodating groove; the unlocking piece is movably arranged on the frame body; the electronic unit is arranged on the connecting piece; the bushing is sleeved on the connecting piece and has an elastic structure; when the connecting piece and the lining are inserted in the accommodating groove, the elastic structure is clamped with the clamping piece; when the release piece is pressed, the release piece pushes the elastic structure, so that the elastic structure generates elastic deformation to separate from the clamping piece.
Preferably, the supporting frame further comprises an elastic member disposed between the release member and the engaging member.
Preferably, the bushing has at least one protruding structure, and when the connecting member and the bushing are inserted into the accommodating groove, the at least one protruding structure abuts against the inner surface of the accommodating groove.
Preferably, the support frame further comprises a fixing member, and the fixing member fixes the bushing to the connecting member.
Preferably, the engaging member has a head portion and a strip portion, the strip portion extends from the head portion, and the width of the head portion is greater than the width of the strip portion, so that the engaging member is T-shaped.
Preferably, the elastic structure has two engaging portions, when the connecting member and the bushing are inserted into the accommodating groove, the two engaging portions engage with the head portion, and the strip portion is located between the two engaging portions.
Preferably, the release member has a long groove, and the strip is located in the long groove.
To achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a supporting frame for supporting an electronic unit, the supporting frame comprising: the frame body is provided with a containing groove; the clamping piece is arranged in the accommodating groove; the unlocking piece is movably arranged on the frame body; the connecting piece is used for arranging the electronic unit; the bushing is sleeved on the connecting piece and has an elastic structure; when the connecting piece and the lining are inserted in the accommodating groove, the elastic structure is clamped with the clamping piece; when the release piece is pressed, the release piece pushes the elastic structure, so that the elastic structure generates elastic deformation to separate from the clamping piece.
Preferably, the supporting frame further comprises an elastic member disposed between the release member and the engaging member.
Preferably, the bushing has at least one protruding structure, and when the connecting member and the bushing are inserted into the accommodating groove, the at least one protruding structure abuts against the inner surface of the accommodating groove.
Preferably, the support frame further comprises a fixing member, and the fixing member fixes the bushing to the connecting member.
Preferably, the engaging member has a head portion and a strip portion, the strip portion extends from the head portion, and the width of the head portion is greater than the width of the strip portion, so that the engaging member is T-shaped.
Preferably, the elastic structure has two engaging portions, when the connecting member and the bushing are inserted into the accommodating groove, the two engaging portions engage with the head portion, and the strip portion is located between the two engaging portions.
Preferably, the release member has a long groove, and the strip is located in the long groove.
In summary, the present invention is to disassemble the supporting member into a two-piece assembly of the frame body and the connecting member. The connecting piece is sleeved with a lining with an elastic structure, and the accommodating groove of the frame body is provided with a clamping piece. The user only needs to insert the connecting piece and the bush into the containing groove of the frame body to clamp the elastic structure and the clamping piece, and the assembly of the support frame can be completed. In addition, the user only needs to press the release piece on the frame body to make the elastic structure generate elastic deformation to separate from the clamping piece, and then the connecting piece and the lining can be pulled out from the containing groove of the frame body, and the support frame is further disassembled. Therefore, a user can easily assemble the connecting piece provided with the electronic unit to the frame body to use the electronic device; the user can also easily detach the connecting piece with the electronic unit from the rack body to store or transport the electronic device.

Detailed Description
In order to further understand the objects, structures, features and functions of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, fig. 1 is a perspective view of an electronic device 1 according to an embodiment of the invention, fig. 2 is an exploded view of the electronic device 1 in fig. 1, fig. 3 is a perspective view of a supporting frame 12 in fig. 2 from another perspective, fig. 4 is a partially exploded view of the supporting frame 12 in fig. 3, fig. 5 is an exploded view of the supporting frame 12 in fig. 3, fig. 6 is an exploded view of the supporting frame 12 in fig. 3 from another perspective, fig. 7 is a combined view of a frame body 120, a snap-fit element 122 and a release element 124 in fig. 6, and fig. 8 is a top perspective view of the supporting frame 12 in fig. 3 with the frame body 120 removed.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the electronic device 1 includes an electronic unit 10, a supporting frame 12 and a base 14. The electronic unit 10 is disposed on the supporting frame 12, and the supporting frame 12 is disposed on the base 14, so that the electronic unit 10 is supported on a placing plane by the supporting frame 12 and the base 14 for a user to see. In practical applications, the electronic unit 10 may be a liquid crystal display, a plasma display, or other electronic devices that can be supported on the supporting frame 12. It should be noted that other objects can be disposed on the supporting frame 12 according to practical applications, and the electronic unit is not limited to be disposed.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the supporting frame 12 includes a frame body 120, an engaging member 122, a releasing member 124, a connecting member 126, a bushing 128, an elastic member 130, and three fixing members 132a, 132b, 132 c. The electronic unit 10 is disposed on the connecting member 126. In this embodiment, the supporting frame 12 may further include a hinge shaft 134, and the hinge shaft 134 may have a fixing seat 136. The connecting member 126 can be connected to the hinge shaft 134, and the electronic unit 10 can be detachably connected to the fixing seat 136, so that the electronic unit 10 is disposed on the connecting member 126 via the hinge shaft 134. It should be noted that the connecting member 126 can also be integrally formed with the fixing base 136 without the pivot shaft 134, depending on the application.
The frame body 120 has a receiving groove 1200. In this embodiment, the accommodating groove 1200 is located at the top end of the frame body 120. The engaging member 122 is disposed in the accommodating groove 1200 of the frame body 120. In this embodiment, the fastening member 122 may be fixed in the accommodating groove 1200 of the frame body 120 by a fixing member 132a, wherein the fixing member 132a may be a screw, but is not limited thereto. In addition, the engaging member 122 may have a head portion 1220 and a strip portion 1222, wherein the strip portion 1222 extends from the head portion 1220, and the width of the head portion 1220 is greater than the width of the strip portion 1222, so that the engaging member 122 is in a T shape. It should be noted that the engaging member 122 can be designed into other shapes according to practical applications, and is not limited to the T shape.
The release member 124 is movably disposed on the frame 120. The release member 124 may be inserted into the hole 1202 of the frame body 120 through the receiving groove 1200 of the frame body 120. In addition, one end of the release member 124 may have a position-limiting portion 1240, so that the position-limiting portion 1240 limits one end of the release member 124 in the accommodating groove 1200 of the frame body 120. Thus, the locking member 124 can move up and down relative to the frame 120 without falling off. The elastic element 130 is disposed between the release element 124 and the engaging element 122. In this embodiment, release 124 may have slot 1242. The elastic element 130 may be disposed in the long slot 1242 of the releasing element 124, and two ends of the elastic element 130 respectively abut against the releasing element 124 and the engaging element 122. In this embodiment, the engaging member 122 may have a positioning portion 1224. One end of the elastic element 130 can be sleeved on the positioning portion 1224 of the engaging element 122, so that the elastic element 130 is positioned between the release element 124 and the engaging element 122 by the positioning portion 1224. In this embodiment, the elastic member 130 may be a spring, but is not limited thereto. In addition, after the frame body 120, the engaging member 122 and the releasing member 124 are assembled, the strip portion 1222 of the engaging member 122 is located in the long slot 1242 of the releasing member 124 (as shown in fig. 7), so that the elastic member 130 abuts against the strip portion 1222 of the engaging member 122.
The bushing 128 is disposed on the connecting member 126, and the bushing 128 has an elastic structure 1280. In this embodiment, the bushing 128 may be sleeved on the connecting member 126, and the fixing members 132b and 132c may fix the bushing 128 on the connecting member 126 from two opposite sides of the bushing 128, wherein the fixing members 132b and 132c may be screws, but are not limited thereto. In this embodiment, the connecting member 126 may be a die-cast member, and the bushing 128 may be a plastic member, but not limited thereto. In this embodiment, the elastic structure 1280 may be an elastic cantilever and has two engaging portions 1282. When the connecting member 126 and the bushing 128 are inserted into the receiving groove 1200 of the frame body 120, the two engaging portions 1282 of the elastic structure 1280 engage with the head 1220 of the engaging member 122. Thereby, the connector 126 provided with the electronic unit 10 can be fixed on the frame body 10. In addition, when the connecting member 126 and the bushing 128 are inserted into the receiving groove 1200 of the frame body 120, the strip portion 1222 of the engaging member 122 is located between the two engaging portions 1282 of the elastic structure 1280. Thus, when the releasing member 124 is pressed to move relative to the frame 120, the releasing member 124 can push the two engaging portions 1282 of the elastic structure 1280, so that the elastic structure 1280 is elastically deformed to disengage from the engaging member 122.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, fig. 9 is a side view of the support frame 12 of fig. 3, and fig. 10 is a side view of the release member 124 of fig. 9 after being pressed.
As shown in fig. 9, when the connecting member 126 and the bushing 128 are inserted into the receiving groove 1200 of the frame body 120, the engaging portion 1282 of the elastic structure 1280 engages with the head 1220 of the engaging member 122, such that the connecting member 126 cannot move in the direction of the arrow a 1. Therefore, the user only needs to insert the connecting member 126 and the bushing 128 into the receiving groove 1200 of the frame body 120, and then the elastic structure 1280 is engaged with the engaging member 122, so as to complete the assembly of the supporting frame 12. In this embodiment, the bushing 128 may have at least one protruding structure 1284, wherein the protruding structure 1284 may be a rib, but not limited thereto. When the connecting member 126 and the bushing 128 are inserted into the receiving groove 1200 of the frame body 120, the protruding structure 1284 abuts against the inner surface of the receiving groove 1200, so that the connecting member 126 and the bushing 128 are more stably inserted into the receiving groove 1200 of the frame body 120 due to the friction between the protruding structure 1284 and the inner surface of the receiving groove 1200.
When the user wants to detach the connecting member 126 and the bushing 128 from the frame body 120, the user presses the release member 124 in the direction of arrow a 2. As shown in fig. 10, when the releasing element 124 is pressed, the releasing element 124 pushes the elastic structure 1280 of the bushing 128, so that the elastic structure 1280 is elastically deformed to separate from the engaging element 122. At this time, the user can pull the connecting member 126 and the bushing 128 out from the receiving slot 1200 of the frame 10 in the direction of the arrow a1, thereby completing the detachment of the supporting frame 12. In addition, when the release 124 is pressed, the elastic member 130 is compressed. Therefore, when the user releases the releasing element 124, the elastic force generated by the elastic element 130 will push the releasing element 124 to reset the releasing element 124.
In summary, the present invention provides a support member that is disassembled into a two-piece assembly of a frame and a connector. The connecting piece is sleeved with a lining with an elastic structure, and the accommodating groove of the frame body is provided with a clamping piece. The user only needs to insert the connecting piece and the bush into the containing groove of the frame body to clamp the elastic structure and the clamping piece, and the assembly of the support frame can be completed. In addition, the user only needs to press the release piece on the frame body to make the elastic structure generate elastic deformation to separate from the clamping piece, and then the connecting piece and the lining can be pulled out from the containing groove of the frame body, and the support frame is further disassembled. Therefore, a user can easily assemble the connecting piece provided with the electronic unit to the frame body to use the electronic device; the user can also easily detach the connecting piece with the electronic unit from the rack body to store or transport the electronic device.

Claims (10)
1. An electronic device, comprising:
an electronic unit; and
a support frame, comprising:
the frame body is provided with a containing groove;
the clamping piece is arranged in the accommodating groove;
the unlocking piece is movably arranged on the frame body;
the electronic unit is arranged on the connecting piece; and
the bushing is sleeved on the connecting piece and has an elastic structure;
when the connecting piece and the lining are inserted in the accommodating groove, the elastic structure is clamped with the clamping piece; when the release piece is pressed, the release piece pushes the elastic structure, so that the elastic structure generates elastic deformation to separate from the clamping piece;
the clamping piece is provided with a head part and a strip part, the strip part extends out of the head part, the width of the head part is larger than that of the strip part, so that the clamping piece is in a T shape, the elastic structure is provided with two clamping parts, when the connecting piece and the lining are inserted in the accommodating groove, the two clamping parts are clamped with the head part, and the strip part is positioned between the two clamping parts.
2. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the supporting frame further comprises an elastic member disposed between the release member and the engaging member.
3. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the bushing has at least one protrusion, and when the connecting member and the bushing are inserted into the receiving cavity, the at least one protrusion abuts against an inner surface of the receiving cavity.
4. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the support frame further comprises a fixing member, the fixing member fixing the bushing to the connecting member.
5. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the release member has an elongated slot, and the bar is located in the elongated slot.
6. A support frame for supporting an electronic unit, the support frame comprising:
the frame body is provided with a containing groove;
the clamping piece is arranged in the accommodating groove;
the unlocking piece is movably arranged on the frame body;
the connecting piece is used for arranging the electronic unit; and
the bushing is sleeved on the connecting piece and has an elastic structure;
when the connecting piece and the lining are inserted in the accommodating groove, the elastic structure is clamped with the clamping piece; when the release piece is pressed, the release piece pushes the elastic structure, so that the elastic structure generates elastic deformation to separate from the clamping piece;
the clamping piece is provided with a head part and a strip-shaped part, the strip-shaped part extends out of the head part, the width of the head part is larger than that of the strip-shaped part, the clamping piece is in a T shape, the elastic structure is provided with two clamping parts, when the connecting piece and the lining are inserted in the accommodating groove, the two clamping parts are clamped with the head part, and the strip-shaped part is positioned between the two clamping parts.
7. The support of claim 6, further comprising a resilient member disposed between the release member and the engagement member.
8. The support bracket of claim 6 wherein the bushing has at least one protrusion, the at least one protrusion abutting against an inner surface of the receiving slot when the connecting member and the bushing are inserted into the receiving slot.
9. The support of claim 6 further comprising a fastener, the fastener securing the bushing to the connector.
10. The support bracket of claim 6 wherein the release member has an elongated slot and the bar is located in the elongated slot.
