The card holding device of claim 1, wherein said holding frame includes a connecting portion and a holding portion connected to each other, said connecting portion being mounted on said mounting base, two of said holding portions being provided at both ends of said connecting portion, respectively, said holding portion having a mounting cavity, said holding projection being movably mounted in said mounting cavity, said holding projection being partially protruded outside said mounting cavity.
5. The card holding device of claim 4, wherein said elastic member is disposed in said mounting cavity with one end connected to said holding projection and the other end abutting against said mounting cavity bottom wall.
6. The card holding device of claim 1, wherein two of said stop members are disposed at opposite ends of said first rail.
7. The card holding device of claim 1, wherein said card holding device includes a guide member and a mounting bracket, two of said guide members being mounted on said mounting bracket and being spaced apart from one another and being cooperatively retained on opposite sides of a card, said retaining mechanism being located between said two guide members, said first rail being fixedly mounted to said mounting bracket.
8. The card holding device of claim 7, further comprising a second rail, wherein said first rail is spaced apart from said second rail in height, and wherein said first rail extends at an angle to said second rail, said first rail being fixed to said mounting bracket, said mounting bracket being slidably mounted to said second rail by a slide.
9. The card holding device of claim 8, further comprising a first drive assembly and a second drive assembly, said first drive assembly driving said mount to slide reciprocally along said first rail, said second drive assembly driving said first rail to slide reciprocally on said second rail.
10. A card manufacturing apparatus, comprising an embossed character code printing module, a hot stamping module, a card feeding mechanism, and the card holding device of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the card holding device is mounted to the card feeding mechanism.
