Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of plate glass loading and unloading, and particularly relates to a substrate loading device.
Background
Before ultrasonic cleaning, tempering or other required processes are carried out on the substrate glass for flat panel display, the substrate glass needs to be loaded in a special substrate loading device which is used as a loading carrier for carrying and conveying the substrate glass.
According to different processing requirements, the substrate mounting device is made of metal materials and also made of nonmetal materials, and the conventional scheme is mainly a special substrate mounting device made of metal materials. The substrate mounting device generally realizes mounting and clamping by a left limiting rod, a right limiting rod and a bottom limiting rod, an operator carries out substrate mounting operation in a top-down mode, and during mounting, the substrate mounting device is firstly aligned to be inserted into the left limiting rod clamping groove and the right limiting rod clamping groove and then aligned to be inserted into the bottom limiting rod clamping groove.
The design of a clamping groove for contacting a substrate and a substrate loading device and slight impact during loading are main reasons for causing the edge breakage defect of substrate glass, the currently used substrate is usually ultrathin or ultrathin large-size glass, the ultrathin large-size substrate is easy to deform to cause adjustment and collision during alignment, the ultrathin large-size substrate is large and heavy, and edge breakage or cracks at the contact part of the substrate glass are easy to cause or recessive damage is easy to generate edge breakage, cracks or breakage in subsequent processing due to the contact with a left limiting rod and a right limiting rod during loading and the impact when touching a bottom limiting rod.
In view of the above problems in the production, how to prevent the mounted substrate from being broken and improve the yield and production efficiency of the mounted substrate is an important issue in the art.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In order to solve the cracked problem of base plate clashing with when the base plate mounting, this application provides a base plate mounting device, can promote base plate yields and production efficiency greatly.
The application provides a base plate mounting device, base plate mounting device is frame structure, and the bottom surface has the gag lever post, has frame structure at two relative sides at least, and the top surface has the gag lever post. The other two side surfaces may be of a plate-like structure or a frame structure, which is not limited herein. The surfaces are mutually fixedly connected into a frame body through a limiting rod, a frame structure or a plate-shaped structure, and the limiting rod on the top surface has the effect of facilitating the disassembly and assembly of the base plate.
The limiting rod is provided with a clamping groove, at least the clamping groove on the top surface is designed in an omega shape, so that when the substrate is mounted, the substrate and the omega-shaped clamping groove are changed into point contact clamping grooves by surface contact clamping grooves, and the collision damage probability of substrate glass and the clamping groove in the mounting process and after the substrate is mounted is reduced.
The application provides a base plate loading device, the draw-in groove design of top surface is the omega type, can avoid the base plate to collapse limit, cracked under the stable condition of guaranteeing the base plate loading, effectively promotes the efficiency of loading and the yields of base plate.
