In the specific embodiments provided by the present disclosure, the third limiting member 391 may be configured in any suitable manner. Alternatively, referring to fig. 9, the third limiting member 391 is configured as a third limiting member 3911, and a side of the third limiting member 3911 facing the third hinge shaft 38 forms a third limiting surface 3911 a. Here, the third stopper 3911 may be a cube, a semi-cylinder, a U-shaped column, and the like fixedly disposed on the outer side of the lower support 37, which is not limited by the disclosure, and the purpose of the disclosure can be achieved specifically.

In the particular embodiments provided by the present disclosure, the lower mount 37 may be configured in any suitable manner. Alternatively, the lower bracket 37 includes a base 371 and a lower bracket 37 body, the base 371 spans between two longitudinal beams of the subframe 1 in the width direction of the subframe 1 and is connected to the two longitudinal beams of the subframe 1, and the lower bracket 37 body is disposed on the base 371 and is hinged to the lower bracket 31. In this way, since the lower bracket 37 is connected to the subframe 1 by spanning between the two longitudinal members of the subframe 1, the lower bracket 31 is not limited to the installation position of the existing cross member in the subframe 1 when connected to the subframe 1 by the lower bracket 37, but can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual situation.
In the embodiment provided by the present disclosure, referring to fig. 3, the upper bracket 30 may be laid with a first reinforcing plate 302 along its length, which is provided to improve the structural strength of the upper bracket 30. Here, the first reinforcing plate 302 may be configured in any suitable manner, and the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the first reinforcing plate 302 may be a stainless steel plate laid on the surface of the upper bracket 30, for example.
In the embodiment provided by the present disclosure, referring to fig. 3, the lower bracket 31 may be laid with a second reinforcing plate 311 along the length direction thereof, which is provided to improve the structural strength of the lower bracket 31. Here, the second reinforcing plate 311 may be configured in any suitable manner, and the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the second reinforcing plate 311 may be a stainless steel plate laid on the surface of the lower bracket 31, for example.
In the embodiment provided by the present disclosure, referring to fig. 3, the first reinforcing plate 302 is laid on the upper bracket 30 along the length direction thereof, and the second reinforcing plate 311 is laid on the lower bracket 31 along the length direction thereof, which are provided to improve the structural strength of the upper bracket 30 and the lower bracket 31, thereby improving the overall structural strength of the protection device 3 for the dump truck. The arrangement of the first reinforcing plate 302 and the second reinforcing plate 311 has already been described in the foregoing, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted here.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the self-dumping truck also comprises a truck body, wherein the truck body is provided with a cargo compartment 2 and an auxiliary frame 1, the cargo compartment 2 is rotatably arranged on the auxiliary frame 1, the self-dumping truck also comprises the protection device 3 for the self-dumping truck, and the protection device 3 for the self-dumping truck is connected between the cargo compartment 2 and the auxiliary frame 1.

when the protection device for the dump truck is switched between the folding position and the unfolding position, an included angle is formed between the first limiting surface and the first plane, and the first limiting surface presses towards the first plane so as to force the first hinged shaft to rotate around the central axis of the first hinged shaft until the first plane is in surface contact with the first limiting surface.
2. The protection device for the dump truck according to claim 1, wherein a hinge seat is fixedly arranged on the upper bracket, the first hinge shaft is arranged on the hinge seat in a penetrating manner, and the first limiting member is arranged on the hinge seat.

6. The protection device for the dump truck according to claim 5, wherein the second stopper is configured as a second stopper, and a side of the second stopper facing the second hinge shaft forms the second stopper surface.

The protection device for the dump truck according to claim 5, wherein the second limiting structure further comprises a second cotter pin, a second through hole is formed in an end portion of the second hinge shaft, the second through hole penetrates through the second hinge shaft along a radial direction of the second hinge shaft, and the second cotter pin is inserted into the second through hole.

The protection device for the dump truck according to claim 1, wherein the protection device for the dump truck further comprises a lower support, the lower support is hinged to the lower support through a third hinge shaft, a third limiting structure is arranged between the lower support and the lower support, the third limiting structure comprises a third limiting member, the third limiting member is fixedly arranged on the lower support and has a third limiting surface, the third hinge shaft is provided with a third plane for matching with the third limiting surface,
