Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is an exploded view of an electronic device 10 according to an embodiment of the disclosure. Electronic devices including a display screen 2, such as smart phones, tablet PCs, notebook PCs, and PDAs, may also be used as an embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1, an electronic device 10 according to an exemplary embodiment may include a cover plate 1, a display screen 2, a middle frame 3, and a rear case 4. Wherein the power supply can be arranged between the display screen 2 and the middle frame 3. The display screen 2 may be electrically connected to a printed circuit board provided on the center frame via a flexible printed circuit. Note that the electronic device 10 shown in fig. 1 is not limited to the above.
Wherein the cover plate 1 is mounted to the display screen 2 and disposed in front of the display screen 2 to cover the display screen 2. The cover plate 1 and the display screen 2 can be compounded into an assembly through processing. The cover 1 may be a clear glass cover so that the display screen is transparent to the light 6 for display. In some embodiments, the cover plate 1 may be a glass cover plate made of a material such as sapphire. In some embodiments, the display screen 2 is mounted in a middle frame 3. The display screen 2 comprises a display panel and a circuit board, and the circuit board is arranged in the middle frame so as to be contained in a closed space formed by the display screen 2 and the middle frame 3. The circuit board may be a motherboard of the electronic device 10. The circuit board is provided with a grounding point so as to realize the grounding of the circuit board. Functional components such as a camera and a processor can be integrated on the circuit board. Meanwhile, the display screen 2 may be electrically connected to the circuit board.
Furthermore, a control circuit is arranged on the circuit board. The control circuit can output an electric signal to the display screen to control the display screen to display information.
Specifically, the display screen 2 is mounted in the center frame 3 such that the display screen 2 is electrically connected to a control circuit formed by a circuit board provided on the center frame 3 to form a display surface of the electronic apparatus 10. The display screen 2 is in a regular shape, such as a rectangular parallelepiped structure, the top end or/and the bottom end of the electronic device 10 forms a non-display area, that is, the electronic device 10 forms a non-display area on the upper portion or/and the lower portion of the display screen 2, and the electronic device 10 may mount a front camera, a rear camera, and the like on the non-display area.
In some embodiments, the middle frame 3 may include a plastic part and a metal part, and the middle frame 3 may be a housing structure in which metal and plastic are matched with each other, specifically, the metal part may be formed first, for example, a magnesium alloy substrate is formed by injection molding, and then plastic is injected on the magnesium alloy substrate to form a plastic substrate, so as to form a complete housing structure. The material and process of the middle frame 3 are not limited to these.
In some embodiments, the rear housing 4 may be a metal housing, such as a metal such as magnesium alloy, stainless steel, and the like. It should be noted that the material of the rear case 4 in the embodiment of the present application is not limited to this, and other manners may also be adopted, such as: the rear housing 4 may be a plastic housing. Further, the middle frame 3 may further include a Radio Frequency (RF) circuit, a memory including one or more computer-readable storage media, an input unit, a display unit, a sensor, an audio circuit, a Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) module, a processor including one or more processing cores, a control circuit, a battery, a front camera, a rear camera, and a fingerprint unlocking module antenna structure.
The control circuit is installed in the middle frame 3, the control circuit may be a main board of the electronic device 10, and one, two or more functional components of a motor, a microphone, a speaker, an earphone interface, a universal serial bus interface, a front camera, a rear camera, a distance sensor, an ambient light sensor, a receiver, a processor, and the like may be integrated on the control circuit.
In some embodiments, the control circuit may be fixed within the middle frame 3. Specifically, the control circuit can be screwed to the middle frame 3 through screws, and can also be clamped to the middle frame 3 in a buckling manner. It should be noted that, the way in which the control circuit is specifically fixed to the middle frame 3 according to the embodiment of the present application is not limited to this, and other ways such as a way of jointly fixing through a snap and a screw may also be used.
In some embodiments, the middle frame 3 may include a plastic part and a metal part, and the middle frame 3 may be a housing structure in which metal and plastic are matched with each other, specifically, the metal part may be formed first, for example, a magnesium alloy substrate is formed by injection molding, and then plastic is injected on the magnesium alloy substrate to form a plastic substrate, so as to form a complete housing structure. The material and process of the middle frame 3 are not limited to these. Such as: the middle frame 3 can be a plastic shell. Also for example: the middle frame 3 is a ceramic shell. Based on the middle frame 3 in the electronic device 10, please refer to fig. 2 to 7 together, an embodiment of the present application provides a side key structure, the side key structure is disposed on the middle frame sidewall 31 of the middle frame 3, the side key structure includes a side key main body 5, one end of the side key main body 5 is provided with a first abutting portion 51, the other end of the side key main body 5 is provided with a second abutting portion 52, one side of the first abutting portion 51 is provided with a first buckling portion 53, one side of the second abutting portion 52 is provided with a second buckling portion 54, a height of a buckling extension 541 of the second buckling portion 54 is greater than a height of the second abutting portion 52, and one side of the first abutting portion 51 and one side of the second abutting portion 52 are the same side; an extension portion 55 is disposed on one side of the side key main body 5, the extension portion 55 is located between the first accommodating portion 56 formed by the first buckling portion 53 and the second buckling portion 54, and a pressing portion 551 is fixedly disposed at one end of the extension portion 55; the middle frame side wall 31 is provided with a first groove 311, and the first groove 311 is used for accommodating the side key main body 5; the first groove 311 includes a first side wall 3111 and a second side wall 3112, the second side wall 3112 is provided with a second groove 31121, the second groove 31121 is configured to accommodate the second fastening portion 54, when the side key main body 5 is accommodated in the first groove 311, the first side wall 3111 is configured to abut against the first abutting portion 51, the second side wall 3112 is configured to abut against the second abutting portion 52, and the second fastening portion 54 is in snap fit with the second groove 31121.

Further, in order to enhance the versatility of the side key so that one side key main body 5 can control a plurality of key functions, a plurality of extending portions 55 may be provided on one side of the side key main body 5, and the heights of the plurality of extending portions 55 may be the same or different.
The side key structure further includes a Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) corresponding to the key, and the FPC is correspondingly disposed on the side of the pressing portion 551 according to the position of the pressing portion 551.
