under the speed limiting state, the manual trigger mechanism drives the limiting ring (11) to be far away from the centrifugal block (13), and the centrifugal block (13) and the speed limiter shell (17) are attached to each other to realize mutual friction.

The manual constant-speed descending speed limiting mechanism for the construction elevator as claimed in claim 2, wherein the manual trigger mechanism comprises a hand brake, a pulling transmission rod, a rotating shift lever (1), a linkage round rod (2), a transmission piece (3), an eccentric shift wheel A (4) and an eccentric shift wheel B (7), the hand brake is in transmission connection with the pulling transmission rod, the eccentric shift wheel A (4) and the eccentric shift wheel B (7) are both mounted on the governor housing (17) and can push the limiting ring (11) to be relatively far away from the centrifugal block (13), the linkage round rod (2) can make reciprocating rotation movement relative to the governor housing (17), the two ends of the linkage round rod (2) are respectively connected with the rotating shift lever (1) and the pulling transmission rod, the rotating shift lever (1) and the pulling transmission rod are both connected with the transmission piece (3), the transmission piece (3) is respectively connected with the eccentric thumb wheel A (4) and the eccentric thumb wheel B (7).
