The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood in a specific case by those of ordinary skill in the art.
The embodiment of the present application provides a clothes dryer 100, which may be used to dry clothes. As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an overall structure of a clothes dryer 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and the clothes dryer 100 may include a cabinet 1, a door 2, a drying drum 3, and at least one fixing member 4.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a clothes dryer provided in an embodiment of the present application. The interior of the box body 1 is formed with an accommodating cavity 11, and the door body 2 is rotatably connected with the box body 1 and used for opening and closing the accommodating cavity 11. Drum 3 is mounted in accommodating chamber 11 (fig. 1 is referred to for a state in which drum 3 is mounted in accommodating chamber 11). Thus, when the user dries the laundry using the clothes dryer 100, the door 2 may be opened to put the laundry to be dried into the drum 3 in the cabinet 1.
It is understood that, in order to implement the drying function of the dryer 100, the dryer 100 may further include a driving device, a heating device, and a blower (none of which are shown in fig. 2) installed in the receiving chamber 11. Drive arrangement is connected with drying cylinder 3 for drive drying cylinder 3 rotates, and heating device is used for the heating to hold the air in the chamber 11, and the fan is used for blowing the air after the heating to drying cylinder 3 in, in order to dry the clothing.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the fixing element provided in the embodiment of the present application when the fixing element is mounted on the wall of the drying drum. The drying drum 3 has a drum wall 31, and a drying cavity 32 is enclosed by the drum wall 31. The wall 31 may be provided with a vent hole 311 to enable hot air to smoothly enter the drying cavity 32 under the blowing of the fan, so as to dry the clothes in the drying cavity 32. It can be understood that, when the cylinder wall 31 is provided with the vent hole 311, the fan can be disposed on the side of the vent hole 311 away from the drying cavity 32, so that the fan can smoothly blow hot air into the drying cavity 32 from the vent hole 311.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the fixing member 4 may be mounted on the wall 31 of the drying drum 3 for clamping a portion of the laundry between the fixing member 4 and the wall 31. Thus, when the dryer is operated, a part of the laundry is rotated along with the rotation of the drum 3. Because a part of the clothes is clamped between the fixing piece 4 and the cylinder wall 31, the clothes can be unfolded in the rotating process, so that the contact area of the clothes and hot air is increased, the time required by drying the clothes is reduced, and the drying efficiency of the clothes dryer is improved. Especially when a small amount of clothes are dried, the time spent on drying the clothes can be greatly reduced, and the drying efficiency is improved.
It is understood that the number of the fixing member 4 may be one or more. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, two fixing members 4 are disposed on the wall 31 of the drying drum 3, and the two fixing members 4 are disposed at different positions on the wall 31. Of course, the number of the fixing members 4 may be one.
Based on this, as shown in fig. 2, a clothes dryer 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a cabinet 1, a door 2, and a drying drum 3. An accommodating cavity 11 is formed in the box body 1, and the drying drum 3 can be installed in the accommodating cavity 11 (as shown in fig. 1 after installation). The door body 2 is rotatably connected to the cabinet 1 for opening and closing the accommodating chamber 11. The drying drum 3 is enclosed by a drum wall 31 to form a drying cavity 32, and clothes can be placed in the drying cavity 32 for drying. In this way, when the user dries the laundry using the clothes dryer 100, the door 2 may be opened to put the laundry to be dried into the drying drum 3 for drying.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3, the clothes dryer 100 provided by the embodiment of the present application further includes at least one fixing member 4, and the fixing member 4 is mounted on the wall 31 of the drying drum 3 and is used for clamping a part of the clothes between the fixing member 4 and the wall 31. In this way, in the process of drying the laundry, since a portion of the laundry is fixed on the wall 31 of the drying drum 3, the laundry is unfolded in the rotation process along with the rotation of the drying drum 3, so that the contact area between the laundry and the hot wind is increased, the time required for drying the laundry is reduced, and the drying efficiency of the dryer 100 is improved. Meanwhile, a part of the clothes is fixed on the wall 31 of the drying drum 3, and the clothes cannot fall frequently during rotation, so that the abrasion of the clothes caused by frequent falling is reduced. For clothes with zippers, the zipper-equipped part of the clothes can be fixed on the wall 31 of the drying drum 3, so that the noise generated by dropping the zipper in the drying process of the clothes can be reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of components of the fixing element provided in the embodiments of the present application, the fixing element 4 may include a magnetic block 41, and the magnetic block 41 is used for adsorbing a part of the laundry to the wall 31 (shown in fig. 3) of the drying drum 3 when the part of the laundry is clamped between the fixing element 4 and the wall 31 (shown in fig. 3). It is understood that the material of the wall 31 of the drying cylinder 3 can be selected to be a material capable of being attracted by the magnetic block 41.
From this, mounting 4 can be fixed on the section of thick bamboo wall 31 of a section of thick bamboo 3 of drying through the mode of magnetism, like this, has made things convenient for the installation and the dismantlement of user in the use to, the position of adjustment mounting 4 that the user can be nimble has satisfied user's multiple position demand. Of course, the fixing member 4 may be engaged with the barrel wall 31 of the drying barrel 3, and the barrel wall 31 and the fixing member 4 may be provided with corresponding engaging structures for engaging.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the fixing member 4 further includes a covering layer 42, and the magnetic block 41 is covered in the covering layer 42 (as shown in fig. 5 and 6). When the coating layer 42 is close to the wall 31 of the drying cylinder (fig. 3), the magnetic block 41 inside the coating layer 42 generates an adsorption force, and the coating layer 42 can be adsorbed on the wall 31 of the drying cylinder (the state shown in fig. 7).
Based on this, the fixing element 4 includes the coating layer 42 and the magnetic block 41 coated in the coating layer 42, the coating layer 42 is directly adsorbed on the cylinder wall 31 of the drying cylinder 3 (the state shown in fig. 7), the adsorption force between the magnetic block 41 and the cylinder wall 31 can be reduced to a certain extent, the user can more easily take the coating layer 42 off from the cylinder wall 31, and further, the user is prevented from taking off the coating layer 42 more difficultly due to too large adsorption force.
It is understood that the shape of the coating 42 can be designed according to actual requirements, and as an example, the coating 42 can be substantially cylindrical as shown in fig. 4. Of course, the covering layer 42 may have other shapes, and for example, the covering layer 42 may have a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape.
Of course, the fixing member may also be directly attached to the wall 31 of the drying cylinder 3 through the magnet 41. Thus, the magnetic body has a strong attraction force with the cylindrical wall 31, and the fixing member can be stably attracted to the cylindrical wall 31 of the drying cylinder 3.
In order to clamp a part of the laundry between the fixing member 4 and the wall 31 of the drying drum 3, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic view of an overall structure of the coating layer provided in the embodiment of the present application at another angle. The coating layer 42 has a first surface 413, and the first surface 413 is used for abutting against the wall 31 (fig. 7) of the drying cylinder under the adsorption of the magnetic block 41 (fig. 6). The first surface 413 is provided with a clamping groove 412, and the clamping groove 412 is used for accommodating a part of the clothes.
Therefore, the first surface 413 abuts against the wall 31 of the drying cylinder 3, the abutting area is large, the adsorption effect is good, and the adsorption effect can be stably adsorbed on the wall 31. Since the first surface 413 is provided with the clamping groove 412, a portion of the laundry may be located in the clamping groove 412. Thus, when the clothes are dried, a part of the clothes is located in the clamping groove 412, and then the clothes can be unfolded along with the rotation of the drying drum 3, so that the contact area between the clothes and hot air is increased, and the drying efficiency is improved.
In addition, for the clothes with the zipper, the zipper of the clothes can be placed in the clamping groove 412, so that the clothes can be fixed, when the clothes dryer 100 operates, the parts such as the zipper on the clothes can be prevented from colliding with the drying drum 3, the noise generated when the clothes dryer 100 works is effectively reduced, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In order to ensure the stability when the fixing element 4 and the wall 31 of the drying cylinder 3 are mutually adsorbed, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the coating layer provided in the embodiments of the present application, where the coating layer is close to the first surface, a mounting groove 411 is formed inside the coating layer, the mounting groove 411 is disposed around a circumference of the clamping groove 412, and the magnetic block 41 is located in the mounting groove 411 (as shown in fig. 6).
Therefore, as shown in fig. 6, the magnetic block 41 can be disposed around a circle of the clamping groove 412, so that a circle of the first surface 413 where the clamping groove 412 is located can generate an adsorption force to be adsorbed to the wall 31 (fig. 7) of the drying cylinder. Therefore, the stability of the fixing part when the fixing part is arranged on the wall 31 of the drying drum is ensured, and the clothes can be stably fixed on the wall 31 of the drying drum.
To facilitate removal of coating 42 from wall 31 of drum 3 by a user, as shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, coating 42 further comprises a second surface 414, second surface 414 being disposed opposite first surface 413. Mount 4 further includes a handle 415, and handle 415 is coupled to second surface 414.
Since the first surface 413 is opposite to the second surface 414, that is, as shown in fig. 7, when the coating 42 is attached to the wall 31 of the drying drum 3, the second surface 414 is far away from the wall 31 of the drying drum, and since the handle 415 is connected to the second surface 414, a user can operate the coating 42 by means of the handle 415 on the second surface 414 when mounting and dismounting the coating 42, so that the mounting and dismounting of the coating 42 is more convenient. The handle 415 may be integrally formed with the covering 42.
With continued reference to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the second surface 414 may be provided with an avoidance groove 416, the avoidance groove 416 having a groove bottom 4161 and a groove wall 4162 disposed about the groove bottom 4161. The handle 415 is in a bar shape and is connected with the groove bottom 4161, and two ends of the handle 415 are respectively connected with the groove walls 4162.
Thus, by providing the second surface 414 with the groove bottom 4161 and the escape groove 416 provided around the groove bottom 4161, an escape opening is formed at the end of the groove wall 4162 away from the groove bottom 4161, and the user can insert his or her hand into the escape groove 416 from this escape opening. In addition, the handle 415 is connected with the groove bottom 4161 of the avoiding groove 416, and two ends of the handle 415 are connected with the groove wall 4162 of the avoiding groove 416, so that when a user uses the fixing piece 4, the user can easily extend a hand into the avoiding groove 416 and hold the handle 415 in the avoiding groove 416 by the hand to operate, the fixing piece 4 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted, the use convenience of the user is greatly improved, and the satisfaction of the user in the using process of a product is high.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 10, fig. 10 is a top view of the fastener provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the handle 415 may be attached to an intermediate portion of the groove bottom 4161 such that the handle 415 divides the groove bottom 4161 into two portions having generally opposite areas.
To make it easier and less cumbersome for the user to hold the handle 415, in some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 11, FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view taken at A-A of FIG. 10. The groove bottom 4161 is recessed in a direction toward the first surface 413, near the portion of the handle 415. The handle 415 has a first holding surface 4151 and a second holding surface 4152 which are disposed opposite to each other, and the first holding surface 4151 and the second holding surface 4152 are disposed opposite to the groove wall 4162, respectively, and the first holding surface 4151 and the second holding surface 4152 are gradually closer to each other in a direction toward the first surface 413.
As shown in fig. 11, since the groove bottom 4161 is recessed in a direction toward the first surface 413 at a portion close to the handle 415, the handle 415 is connected to the recessed groove bottom 4161, and the handle 415 is located at a position opposite to the recessed position of the groove bottom 4161, so that a user can hold the handle 415 to perform an operation of installing or removing the fixing member 4, which is more convenient.
Since the grip 415 has the first holding surface 4151 and the second holding surface 4152 which are oppositely disposed, and the first holding surface 4151 and the second holding surface 4152 are oppositely disposed to the groove wall 4162. Thus, a user can grasp the first holding surface 4151 and the second holding surface 4152 to operate when attaching and detaching the cover 42. In addition, since the first holding surface 4151 and the second holding surface 4152 are gradually close to each other in the direction toward the first surface 413, so that the user can hold the first holding surface 4151 and the second holding portion close to the groove bottom 4161, when the covering layer 42 is removed from the cylinder wall 31 (fig. 7), the slope formed by the first holding surface 4151 and the second holding surface 4152 can provide a support for the user, so that the user can hold the handle 415 to install and remove the fixing element 4 without easily sliding the fingers off the handle 415, and the operation is more labor-saving.
Of course, the groove bottom 4161 of the escape groove 416 may be provided as a plane, and the first holding surface 4151 and the second holding surface 4152 may be parallel to each other.
In some embodiments, cladding 42 is made of a flexible material. Because the flexible material has the characteristics of good elasticity and strong plasticity, when the fixing piece is manufactured, the magnetic block can be easily coated in the coating layer 42, and the fixing piece 4 is easy to process. In addition, when the fixing member 4 is used, the coating layer 42 needs to be in direct contact with clothes, and the fixing block is made of a flexible material, so that the friction force between the fixing block and the clothes can be reduced, and further the wear of the clothes is reduced. In an exemplary embodiment, the coating layer and the handle may be integrally made of a flexible material (e.g., silicone), and of course, in some embodiments, the coating layer 42 may also be made of a hard material, which has characteristics of good wear resistance and high strength.
In order to place the fixing member 4 on the clothes dryer 100 when the clothes are not dried, as shown in fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic structural view of the door body shown in fig. 2, the door body 2 includes a door body 28, a first placing groove 21 is provided on one side of the door body 28 close to the accommodating cavity 11 (fig. 2), and the first placing groove 21 is used for placing the fixing member. Thus, as shown in fig. 13, fig. 13 is an overall schematic view of the fixing element when being placed in the first accommodating groove, and when the fixing element 4 is not used, the fixing element can be placed in the first accommodating groove 21. Further, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the door body 2 further includes a first iron piece 27, and the first iron piece 27 is mounted in the first placing groove 21 and used for being attracted to the magnetic block 41 (fig. 11).
Thus, as shown in fig. 16, fig. 16 is a cross-sectional view taken along a-a of fig. 13, when the fixing member 4 is not used, the fixing member 4 can be easily fixed in the first placement groove 21 by suction by the magnetic force generated between the fixing member 4 and the first iron piece 27 mounted in the first placement groove 21. In addition, the first placing groove 21 is hidden behind the door body 2, so that the fixing member 4 can be prevented from falling out of the dryer, and the overall appearance of the dryer can not be damaged.
