Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
A cap 1 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a cap 1 according to an embodiment of the present application includes an upper cap body 10 and a lower cap body 20 coupled together.
Specifically, the lower cover 20 includes a horizontal extension 21 and a vertical extension 22, the horizontal extension 21 is formed by extending the lower edge of the upper cover 10 in a direction away from the central axis of the upper cover 10, and the vertical extension 22 is formed by extending the outer edge of the horizontal extension 21 downward. Wherein, vertical extension 22 is equipped with at least one joint piece 221, and joint piece 221 is upwards and along the inclined extension formation of the direction of the central axis of lid 20 down, and has the predetermined clearance between the upper end of joint piece 221 and the lower surface of horizontal extension 21.
In the embodiment of the present application, the radial dimension and the height dimension of the upper cover body 10 and the lower cover body 20 may be specifically set according to actual situations, for example, may be set according to the size of the cup mouth, and this is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Illustratively, the horizontal extension portion 21 is formed by extending a lower side edge of the upper cover 10 in a direction away from a central axis of the upper cover 10, may extend obliquely upward in the direction away from the central axis of the upper cover 10, may extend obliquely downward in the direction away from the central axis of the upper cover 10, and may extend horizontally in the direction away from the central axis of the upper cover 10, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Accordingly, the vertical extension portion 22 extends downward from the outer edge of the horizontal extension portion 21, may be formed by extending downward and obliquely toward the central axis of the lower cover body 20, may be formed by extending downward and obliquely away from the central axis of the lower cover body 20, and may also extend downward along the vertical direction, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In a specific example, the horizontal extension 21 is formed by extending the lower side edge of the upper cover 10 horizontally in a direction away from the central axis of the upper cover 10, and the vertical extension 22 is formed by extending the outer side edge of the horizontal extension 21 downward in a vertical direction. More specifically, the horizontal extension 21 may be annular, and the vertical extension 22 may be cylindrical. The inner edge of the horizontal extension 21 is connected to the lower edge of the upper cover 10, and the outer edge of the horizontal extension 21 is connected to the upper edge of the vertical extension 22.
For example, the upper cover 10 and the lower cover 20 may be integrally formed, that is, the upper cover 10 and the lower cover 20 are formed by an integral forming process. The upper lid 10 and the lower lid 20 together define an open-bottomed cavity adapted to receive the top of the cup body, so that the lid 1 is snapped onto the top of the cup body. In other examples of the present application, the upper cap body 10 and the lower cap body 20 may be a separate body, that is, the upper cap body 10 and the lower cap body 20 are formed separately and then connected to each other to form the cap 1.
Illustratively, the clip member 221 and the vertical extension 22 may be an integral molding, that is, the clip member 221 is formed by a portion on the vertical extension 22, and the clip member 221 may be made of an elastic soft material. The clamping member 221 is adapted to be elastically deformed by an external force and can rotate relative to the vertical extension portion 22, so that a distance between an upper end of the clamping member 221 and a lower surface of the horizontal extension portion 21 is greater than a preset gap or smaller than the preset gap. In the case where the external force is released, the catching piece 221 is restored, and the distance between the upper end of the catching piece 221 and the lower surface of the horizontal extension portion 21 is restored to the preset gap.
In other examples of the present application, the clip 221 and the vertical extension 22 may be separate pieces, and the clip 221 is fixedly connected to the vertical extension 22.
It can be understood that the top of the cup body is provided with an outward convex cup edge, when the lid 1 is fastened on the top of the cup body, the cup edge is fastened in a preset gap between the top end of the fastening piece 221 and the lower surface of the horizontal extension portion 21, so that the lid 1 is not easy to fall off from the cup body, and fastening performance and reliability of fastening the lid 1 on the cup body are improved.
According to lid 1 of the embodiment of this application, including horizontal extension 21 and vertical extension 22's lower lid 20 through the setting, and be provided with at least one joint spare 221 on the vertical extension 22, joint spare 221 upwards just extends the formation along the direction slope of the central axis of lid 20 down, so that form between the upper end of joint spare 221 and the lower surface of horizontal extension 21 and predetermine the clearance, therefore, under the condition that the cup was located to lid 1 lid, can locate predetermineeing clearance department along the card with the cup at cup top, thereby make lid 1 lid fasten in the cup, the fastening nature and the reliability of lid 1 lock on the cup have been improved, the probability that lid 1 drops from the cup has been reduced. In addition, when the user takes the cover 1 off the cup body, the cover 1 can be taken off from the cup body by directly applying proper external force to the cover 1, and the convenience of taking off the cover 1 by the user is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in one embodiment, the snap members 221 are plural and arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the vertical extension 22.
Illustratively, the plurality of clamping pieces 221 are arranged at the same height of the vertical extension portion 22, and the plurality of clamping pieces 221 are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the vertical extension portion 22.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the shapes and sizes of the snap pieces 221 may be specifically set according to the circumferential size and the height size of the lid 1, and the number of the plurality of snap pieces 221 may be correspondingly set according to the fastening degree of the lid 1 to be fastened on the cup body, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Through above-mentioned embodiment, can make a plurality of joint spare 221 more even to the joint effect on cup edge, improve the inseparable degree of lid 1 lock on the cup, further reduce the probability that lid 1 drops from the cup.
In one embodiment, the fastening member 221 and the lower cover 20 are integrally formed, and the fastening member 221 is formed by a punching process.
It is understood that the blanking process refers to a stamping process using a die to separate the sheet material, and includes blanking, punching, notching, cutting, trimming, and the like. It can be used to make parts or to prepare blanks for bending, drawing and shaping. Punching a part (or blank) with a required shape from a plate material is called blanking, and punching a hole (punched by waste material) with a required shape on a workpiece is called punching. The gasket is completed by two procedures of blanking and punching.
In the embodiment of the present application, a die may be used to punch a predetermined area on the vertical extension portion 22 of the lower cover 20, and after the punching, a portion of the clamping member 221 is separated from the vertical extension portion 22, and another portion of the clamping member is connected to the vertical extension portion 22, so that the punched clamping member 221 extends obliquely upward and inward relative to the vertical extension portion 22.
Through the embodiment, the processing difficulty of the clamping piece 221 is reduced, and the processing efficiency of the clamping piece 221 is improved.
In one embodiment, the angle of inclination of the snap member 221 with respect to the vertical direction is 15 to 45 degrees.
It can be understood that, under the condition that the inclination angle of the clamping member 221 relative to the vertical direction is smaller than 15 degrees, although the clamping member 221 only needs relatively small deformation to clamp the cup edge at the preset gap in the process of fastening the cover 1 to the cup body, in the process of taking the cover 1 off the cup body, the deformation of the clamping member 221 is relatively large, which easily causes the clamping member 221 to break. Under the condition that the inclination angle of the clamping piece 221 relative to the vertical direction is greater than 45 degrees, although the deformation of the clamping piece 221 is relatively small in the process of taking the cover 1 off the cup body, in the process of buckling the cover 1 on the cup body, the deformation of the clamping piece 221 is relatively large, and the clamping piece 221 is easily broken.
Therefore, in order to take into account that the deformation of the snap member 221 occurring during the process of removing and fastening the cover 1 is relatively small, the inclination angle of the snap member 221 with respect to the vertical direction is suitably set between 15 degrees and 45 degrees.
Preferably, the inclination angle of the snap 221 with respect to the vertical direction may be 30 degrees.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in one embodiment, the upper cover 10 has a top wall 11 and an annular side wall 12, the top wall 11 has a recess 111 recessed downward, and the cross-sectional shape of the recess 111 is circular.
Illustratively, the outer contour of the top wall 11 is circular, and the annular side wall 12 is formed by extending downward from the outer edge of the top wall 11. The recess 111 is formed by recessing a central region of the top wall 11 downward such that the recess 111 defines an open-topped receiving space in which a straw, a spoon, etc. can be placed.
Further, in a case where the lid 1 is fastened to the cup body, a sealing film is provided on an outer surface of the lid 1 to close the opening of the top of the concave portion 111, thereby forming a closed space in the accommodating space.
It is understood that the recess 111 has a side circumferential wall and a bottom wall, and the side circumferential wall of the recess 111 extends obliquely in a direction toward the central axis of the upper lid body 10 in a direction from top to bottom or extends downward in a vertical direction in a direction from top to bottom. Thus, as shown in fig. 4, in the process of stacking a plurality of covers 1, at least a part of the concave portion 111 of the cover 1 located above can be fitted in the concave portion 111 of the cover 1 located below.
Optionally, the side peripheral wall of the concave portion 111 is provided with an inwardly recessed positioning groove 112, and an included angle between an inner wall of the positioning groove 112 and the bottom wall of the concave portion 111 is an acute angle.
Illustratively, the positioning groove 112 is concavely formed by a side peripheral wall of the recess 111 in a direction away from the central axis of the upper cover 10, and the depth of the positioning groove 112 in the vertical direction is the same as the depth of the recess 111.
Through the above embodiment, when the plurality of lids 1 are stacked, the positioning groove 112 of the lid 1 located above corresponds to the positioning groove 112 of the lid 1 located below, and thus, the plurality of lids 1 are mutually matched, so that relative rotation between the lids 1 is avoided, and the stability of stacking and placing the plurality of lids 1 is improved.
Further, the acute angle is 45 to 75 degrees. Preferably, an acute angle formed between an inner wall of the positioning groove 112 and a bottom wall of the recess 111 is 60 degrees.
Thus, as shown in fig. 4, the bottom of the positioning groove 112 of the upper cover 1 does not fit into the inside of the positioning groove 112 of the lower cover 1, and complete adhesion between the covers 1 is avoided, thereby facilitating the taking of the cover 1 on the upper side from among the stacked plurality of covers 1.
Alternatively, the positioning groove 112 is plural and is arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the upper cover body 10. Wherein, a plurality of positioning grooves 112 are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the upper cover body 10.
In one embodiment, the cross-sectional diameter of the annular sidewall 12 increases in a downward direction, as shown in FIG. 3.
Illustratively, in a cross-section of the upper cap body 10 along its central axis, the annular sidewall 12 is arcuate in shape. In other words, the annular sidewall 12 is arc-shaped, and the diameter of the annular sidewall 12 increases in the direction from the top to the bottom.
Thereby, the aesthetic appearance of the lid 1 is improved.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is also provided a cup, which includes a cup body and the lid 1 according to the above embodiments of the present application, wherein the lid 1 is disposed on the top of the cup body.
