In the turntable 10 of the embodiment of the present application, the turntable 10 is configured to be rotatably installed in the cooking chamber 210 of the cooking appliance 1000 and the steam holes 11 are formed on the turntable 10. Like this, carousel 10 still has the function of letting in steam simultaneously when rotatable, and then carousel 10 can be applicable to cooking device 1000's different modes simultaneously, and need not to change different furnace plates under different modes, has realized the multiplexing of function.
Specifically, the turntable 10 may be made of a metal material, such as copper, iron, or some alloys, so that the turntable 10 can be used in a high-temperature environment and has a good heat conductivity, so as to better carry food. Preferably, the shape of the turntable 10 can be circular, and the circular turntable 10 is convenient to rotate in the cooking chamber 210, and the bearing area is larger when the turntable rotates in the effective space. Of course, in some other embodiments, the turntable 10 may have other shapes such as a square shape, a polygon shape, and the like. The application is not limited to the specific material and shape of the disk 10.
The steam holes 11 are formed through the turntable 10, and the steam holes 11 can guide the steam generated at the bottom of the turntable 10 into the cooking chamber 210 through the steam holes 11 to cook the food with the steam. The shape of the steam hole 11 may be provided as a circle, a square, a triangle, other polygonal or irregular shape, or the like. The diameter of the steam hole 11 should not be too large to prevent the food with small volume from leaking into the bottom of the turntable 10 from the steam hole 11 when carrying the food; the aperture of the steam hole 11 should not be too small, and the too small aperture will cause the amount of steam introduced into the cooking chamber 210 to become small, thereby indirectly prolonging the cooking time and affecting the cooking effect.
The cooking appliance 1000 may be an integrated kitchen appliance, and the cooking appliance 1000 may have a plurality of functional modes, for example, a microwave mode, a steam mode, a grill mode, and the like. The turntable 10 can rotate in the cooking chamber 210 to enable the turntable 10 to be used in a barbecue mode or a microwave mode, so that food on the turntable 10 can be heated more uniformly during microwave or barbecue heating cooking, thereby avoiding food from being burnt and improving cooking effect. The steam holes 11 are formed on the turntable 10 so that the turntable 10 can also be used in a steam mode, and the steam holes 11 can introduce steam into the cooking chamber 210 to heat and cook food.
It can be understood that, when the cooking appliance 1000 performs food processing in different modes, the rotary table 10 can be used, and the rotary table 10 used in different modes does not need to be replaced in different modes, so that the function reuse of the rotary table 10 is realized, and the functionality is increased. The rotary table 10 can be matched with various modes of cooking equipment, so that the same cooking equipment is prevented from being matched with various different types of stove plates, the manufacturing cost is saved, and the storage is convenient.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, the number of the steam holes 11 is multiple, and the multiple steam holes 11 are uniformly spaced. Thus, the plurality of steam holes 11 can increase the amount of steam to be introduced.
