The present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described below, and various other embodiments may be implemented or applied, and various modifications and changes may be made to the specific contents in the present specification without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. The drawings are for simplicity of illustration only and are not drawn to scale, nor are the actual dimensions of the structures shown and described. To facilitate understanding, identical reference numerals have been used, where possible, to designate identical elements that are common to the figures. The figures are not drawn to scale and may be simplified for clarity. Elements and features of one embodiment may be beneficially incorporated in other embodiments without further recitation.
Hereinafter, the fixing device 100 according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fixation device 100 may include a wire separation assembly 110 and a retention assembly 120.
Wire separator assembly 110 may be used to separate power wires 210, signal wires 220, and water tubes 230 of charging pile harness 200, and holder assembly 120 may be used to hold and secure charging pile harness 200.
The wire separating assembly 110 may include a first body portion 111 and a second body portion 112. The wire separating assembly 110 may be constructed by the first body part 111 and the second body part 112 being fitted to each other. It is shown in fig. 1 and 2 that the holding member 120 is constituted by the first assembling portion 111 and the second assembling portion 112 by fitting in parallel to each other, and the first assembling portion 111 and the second assembling portion 112 have an approximately trapezoidal section. However, without being limited thereto, the wire separating assembly 110 may be composed of three or more body portions, the wire separating assembly 110 may be formed by fitting a plurality of body portions to each other by other fitting means (such as screw-nut connection, pin fitting, adhesion, screw connection, welding, slider-runner fitting, etc.), and/or the assembled portions may be of other shapes in cross section (for example, rectangular, circular, triangular, etc.).
A gap 113 for passing the water pipe 230 may be formed between the first and second body portions 111 and 112. Thus, the position of the water pipe 230 may be restricted from being mixed with other lines.
The fixture 110 may have one or more power line guides 114. The one or more power line guides 114 serve to guide the power line 210 such that the power line 210 is separated from other lines, such as the signal line 220 and the water pipe 230, etc. By way of example, the power wire guide 114 shown in FIG. 2 is an opening disposed between the wire separating assembly 110 and the retaining assembly 120. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the power wire guide 114 included in the fixing device 110 may be provided as two or more openings provided between the wire separation unit 110 and the holding unit 120. In addition, without being limited thereto, the power line guide portion 114 may also be one or more holes provided on the line separating assembly 110, or the power line guide portion 114 may also be one or more holes provided on the holding assembly 120 described in detail later. In the example shown in fig. 2, the power line guide 114 may be traversed by the power line 210 and thereby guide the power line 210 from the interior of the retention assembly 120 toward the exterior of the fixation device 110.
Preferably, the first and second body portions 111 and 112 may include first and second conductive portions 115 and 116, respectively, connected to the power line 210. The first conductive portion 115 and/or the second conductive portion 116 are in planar contact with and make electrical connection with a charging plate (not shown) inside a charging post (not shown). Thus, the charging post may transmit power from the charging plate to the power line 210 through the first and/or second conductive portions 115, 116. As an example, the first and second conductive portions 115 and 116 may be plate-shaped copper plates.
Optionally, the first and/or second body portions 111, 112 may include vents 117 for cooling the power line 210. Wind generated for cooling by an external fan or the like (not shown) may be transmitted to the power line 210 via the vent 117, thereby cooling the power line 210. In this manner, it is ensured that the temperature of the power line 210 is not excessively high.
The holding assembly 120 may include a first through hole 121 for receiving the charging post harness 200 and a signal wire opening 122 for passing a signal wire 220 therethrough. The shape of the first through hole 121 is preferably matched to the cross-sectional shape of the charging post harness 200 (for example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cross-section of the charging post harness 200 is circular, and the shape of the first through hole 125 is also circular), but the shape of the first through hole 121 may be other shapes (for example, an oval shape, a rectangular shape, a square shape, a hexagonal shape, or the like) as required. Also, the position where the signal line opening 122 of the holding member 120 is located is not limited to the position shown in fig. 2, but may be any position on the holding member 120.
The holder assembly 120 may be formed of a plurality of assembling portions 123, 124 by being fastened to each other. It is shown in fig. 1 and 2 that the holding member 120 is formed by a first assembling portion 123 and a second assembling portion 124 fastened to each other by connection of a bolt 125 and a nut 126, and the first assembling portion 123 and the second assembling portion 124 are cylinders having a semi-arc shape in cross section complementary to each other. However, without being limited thereto, the holding member 120 may be composed of three or more assembling portions, the holding member 120 may be formed by fastening a plurality of assembling portions to each other by other connecting means (for example, pinning, bonding, screwing, welding, etc.), and/or the plurality of assembling portions may be a column having a cross section of other shapes (for example, in the case of two assembling portions, the outer contour of the cross section of two assembling portions may be rectangular, in the case of three assembling portions, the cross section of each assembling portion may be arc-shaped with a central angle of 120 °, in the case of three assembling portions, two of the assembling portions may be arc-shaped with a central angle of 100 ° and the remaining one may be arc-shaped with a central angle of 160 °, etc.).
As an example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the plurality of assembling portions may be fastened to each other in a circumferential direction of the first through hole 121, but may also be fastened to each other in other directions (e.g., in a direction at an angle to the circumferential direction of the first through hole 121) or in different directions (e.g., a part of the assembling portions in one direction and another part of the assembling portions in another direction).
As an illustrative advantage of fastening the assembling portions to each other by the connection of the bolt 125 and the nut 126, the degree of movability of the charging post harness 200 along the extended length thereof may be adjusted by adjusting the degree of tightening between the bolt 125 and the nut 126.
In the case where the holding member 120 is formed by fastening the first assembly portion 123 and the second assembly portion 124 to each other by connecting the bolts 125 and the nuts 126, the number of the bolts 125 and the nuts 126 is not limited to four shown in fig. 1 and 2, and any other number (for example, three or less or five or more) may be used.
Although the holding member 120 is shown in fig. 1 and 2 as a cylinder having a circular cross section, the holding member 120 may have other shapes, for example, a cylinder having a rectangular or square cross section, a drum-shaped body having an elliptical cross section, a cone having a triangular cross section, or the like.
Alternatively, a boss 127 may be provided on an inner surface of the first through-hole 121 to protrude inward therefrom, and the boss 127 may have a height such that the charging pile harness 200 held by the holding assembly 120 may be restricted from moving in the extending direction of the charging pile harness 200. The boss 127 is shown in fig. 2 as an annular boss 127 formed extending in the circumferential direction of the first through hole 121, but the boss 127 may also have an arc shape extending in the circumferential direction of the first through hole 121. Fig. 2 shows that three bosses 127 are distributed in parallel with each other in the axial direction of the first through hole 121, but the bosses 127 may not be parallel with each other, and/or the number of the bosses 127 may be two or less or four or more. As one illustrative example of restricting the movement of the charging pile harness 200 in the extending direction thereof, by constituting that the difference between the diameter of the first through hole 121 and the height of the boss 127 is smaller than the diameter of the charging pile harness 200, an interference fit between the holding member 120 and the charging pile harness 200 can be achieved, so that it can be ensured that the charging pile harness 200 can be fixed without being pulled out when being pulled by an external force.
As an example, the retaining assembly 120 may be disposed within a not shown securing assembly (e.g., a flange) that is secured to a not shown charging post panel. The securing assembly may limit movement of the retaining assembly 120 in the direction of extension of the charging post harness 200 such that the retaining assembly 120 does not disengage from the securing assembly. The securing assembly may be secured to the charging post panel by various connection means (e.g., bolt and nut connections, pinning, adhesives, screw connections, welding, etc.). In such a case, line disconnect 110 may penetrate into the charging post panel.
Further, it is preferable that the wire detaching assembly 110 is slidably coupled with the holding assembly 120 such that the wire detaching assembly 110 is slidable in a lateral direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the holding assembly 120. For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first and second main body portions 111 and 112 have first and second slide slots 118 and 119, respectively, and the first and second assembling portions 123 and 124 have first and second sliders 128 and 129 slidably engaged with the first and second slide slots 118 and 119, respectively. The depths of the first and second slide grooves 118 and 119 may be set not to cross the heights of the first and second body portions 111 and 112, so that when the thread separating assembly 110 and the holding assembly 120 are slidably coupled to each other by fitting the first slide groove 118 to the first slider 128 and fitting the first slider 119 to the second slider 129, the limit length of the lateral movement of the thread separating assembly 110 may be limited so that the thread separating assembly 110 does not disengage from the holding assembly 120.
In addition, as an example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first conductive portion 115 and the second conductive portion 116 are fastened and connected to the charging plate by bolts 310 and 320, respectively. As an example, the first conductive portion 115 and the second conductive portion 116 are fixed to the first main body portion 111 and the second main body portion 112 by bolts 1110, 1120, respectively. However, the connection method between the first and second conductive portions 115 and 116 and the charging plate, and the connection method between the first and second conductive portions 115 and 116 and the first and second main bodies 111 and 112 may be other connection methods (for example, pin connection, adhesion, screw connection, welding, or the like).
Based on the utility model discloses a fixing device 100 can separate power line 210, signal line 220 and the water pipe 230 that fill electric pile pencil 200 each other, can guarantee with fill the plane contact between first conductive part 115 and/or second conductive part 116 and the charging panel that electric pile pencil 200's power line 210 is connected and do not produce deformation or warpage etc. moreover can guarantee to fill electric pile pencil 200 and fill the connection between the electric pile reliable, firm.
Additionally, there is provided herein a charging system (not shown) comprising a fixture 100, comprising: a charging gun (not shown); a fixture 100; and a charging pile harness 200, one end of the charging pile harness 200 being connected to the charging gun, and the other end of the charging pile harness 200 being connected to the fixing device 100. The term "charging gun" herein covers any kind of charging interface or charging device for providing power to an electrical device or equipment, such as a dc or ac charging gun which may be used for providing power to an electric vehicle, a plug which may be used for providing power to a high power appliance, etc. Optionally, the charging system further comprises a charging pile.
