Abstract

一种电连接器,包括基板及多个端子,基板设有多个容纳槽及位于容纳槽旁侧的一对固定槽。端子包括本体部、上下弹性臂及上下接触部。端子进一步包括收容且固定在对应固定槽内的固定部,固定部与本体部之间由一过渡部一体连接,所述固定部、过渡部及本体部位于同一竖直平面内,固定部向上凸伸有扣持头261,固定部向下凸伸有料带连接部262,料带连接部具有面向下的料带切割面。扣持头的侧边缘向外凸伸出固定部的侧边缘,如此,扣持头扣持在所述固定槽对应设有的扣持凹陷13内。本实用新型的端子借助固定部的干涉固定及扣持部的扣持固定,在满足基板薄形化需求的情况下,端子稳定地固持在基板。

本实用新型涉及一种电连接器。
【背景技术】
相关现有技术请参中国专利CN210111103U,该专利公开了一种电连接器,用于连接电路板和一芯片模组,其包括设置有容纳槽的基板、设置于容纳槽内的端子,端子两侧设置有向外侧凸伸的固持部,端子通过两侧的固持部与容纳槽的内壁面硬干涉而进行固定。然而,该电连接器在运输时,当端子受到挤压或碰撞而受力时,常常会发生端子从容纳槽内脱落的情况。随着传输速率的越高,现在芯片连接器的模式架构也在不断的变化,比如OIF协会开发的CPO,多个芯片模组不断扩展或者堆叠,导致薄形化需求,比如CN111029826A所揭示的连接器,这对电连接器的设计及制造带来极致的难度,塑胶体越来越薄,端子在满足弹性的前提下,还需要一定的固持力。
因此,确有必要提供一种具有改良结构的电连接器,以克服上述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种电连接器,其端子能够较好地固持于基板。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型可采用以下技术方案:一种电连接器,包括基板及呈矩阵排列的多个端子,所述基板设有相对的上表面及下表面、贯穿上下表面的多个容纳槽及位于容纳槽旁侧的一对固定槽;所述端子包括本体部、自所述本体部上边缘向前倾斜并穿过所述容纳槽的上弹性臂及自所述本体部下边缘向前倾斜延伸并穿过所述容纳槽的下弹性臂,所述上弹性臂的末端继续延伸有位于上表面上方的上接触部,所述下弹性臂的末端继续延伸有位于下表面下方的下接触部;所述端子进一步包括收容且固定在对应固定槽内的固定部,所述固定部与所述本体部之间由一过渡部一体连接,所述固定部、所述过渡部及所述本体部位于同一竖直平面内;所述固定部向上凸伸有扣持头,所述固定部向下凸伸有料带连接部,所述料带连接部具有面向下的料带切割面;所述扣持头的侧边缘向外凸伸出所述固定部的侧边缘,如此,所述扣持头扣持在所述固定槽对应设有的扣持凹陷内。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的端子借助固定部的干涉固定及扣持部的扣持固定,在满足基板薄形化需求的情况下,端子稳定地固持在基板。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1-图6,其为本实用新型所揭示的一种电连接器100,其为芯片连接器,包括基板10及呈矩阵排列的若干端子20,图面仅显示4*4的矩阵排列。基板10由绝缘材料注塑成型,其设有相对的上表面101和下表面102、贯穿上下表面的容纳槽11及位于容纳槽11旁侧的一对固定槽12,多个容纳槽11呈矩阵排列。
所述固定槽11自下表面102向上延伸,但未向上贯穿。基板10在其上表面101设有一对扣持凹陷13,扣持凹陷13自上表面101向下延伸,固定槽11与扣持凹陷13在左右方向彼此错开一定距离,直至两者交接处形成开口15。
所述端子20包括本体部21、自本体部21上边缘向前倾斜的上弹性臂22及自本体部下边缘向前倾斜延伸的下弹性臂23,上弹性臂22的末端继续延伸上接触部24,下弹性臂23的末端继续延伸有下接触部25。所述端子20进一步包括固定部26,固定部26与本体部21之间由一过渡部27一体连接,固定部26、过渡部27及本体部21位于同一竖直平面内。
所述端子20自下表面102组装至基板10,其中,固定部26收容且固定在对应固定槽11内,上弹性臂22穿过容纳槽13,上接触部24位于上表面101上方,下弹性臂23穿过容纳槽13,下接触部25位于下表面102的下方。本体部21与过渡部27贴覆在容纳槽11之位于两个固定槽12之间的内壁面。过渡部27提供了主体部与固定部之间的设计空间,使得具体产品存在允许的误差。
所述固定部26向上凸伸有扣持头261,向下凸伸有料带连接部262,料带连接部262具有面向下的料带切割面2621。在所述端子20向上组装至基板10时,其扣持头261穿过开口15而扣持在扣持凹陷13内,四个过渡部27设有缺口271,则用来提供固定部26的弹性变形空间。端子20借助固定部26的干涉固定及扣持头261的扣持固定,在满足基板10薄形化需求的情况下,端子20稳定地固持在基板。所述扣持头261的侧边缘2611向外凸伸出所述固定部26的侧边缘2601的距离为0.3毫米。
参图5所示,扣持头261同时向上向外侧凸伸,使得其侧边缘2611向外凸伸出固定部26的侧边缘2601,如此,使得扣持头261可以扣持在扣持凹陷13内。料带切割部262的侧边缘与固定部的侧边缘2601彼此平齐。本实施例中,本体部21在上下方向的宽度小于料带切割面2621在左右方向的宽度,如此,整个端子的高度比较小,符合基板10薄形化的需求。
所述上接触部24包括自上弹性臂22继续向上向前倾斜延伸的上连接部241及自上连接部向前向下倾斜延伸的丫状部242。下接触部25包括自下弹性部23向下向前倾斜延伸的下连接部251及自下连接部向上向前倾斜延伸的末端部252,在电连接器的上、下接触部被抵压接触时,上下弹性臂内缩至容纳槽11内,所述下接触部的末端252在插入丫状部242的空隙。在实施例中,上、下弹性臂的末端大致平齐上、下表面,或者略微高于对应的上、下表面,而上、下接触部则位于上、下表面的上方,上、下接触的自由末端则位于容纳槽内,如此,可起到导引作用。自前向后看,扣持头261向上凸伸处上接触部24的末端。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,包括基板及呈矩阵排列的多个端子,所述基板设有相对的上表面及下表面、贯穿上下表面的多个容纳槽及位于容纳槽旁侧的一对固定槽;所述端子包括本体部、自所述本体部上边缘向前倾斜并穿过所述容纳槽的上弹性臂及自所述本体部下边缘向前倾斜延伸并穿过所述容纳槽的下弹性臂,所述上弹性臂的末端继续延伸有位于上表面上方的上接触部,所述下弹性臂的末端继续延伸有位于下表面下方的下接触部;所述端子进一步包括收容且固定在对应固定槽内的固定部,所述固定部与所述本体部之间由一过渡部一体连接,所述固定部、所述过渡部及所述本体部位于同一竖直平面内;其特征在于:所述固定部向上凸伸有扣持头,所述固定部向下凸伸有料带连接部,所述料带连接部具有面向下的料带切割面;所述扣持头的侧边缘向外凸伸出所述固定部的侧边缘,如此,所述扣持头扣持在所述固定槽对应设有的扣持凹陷内。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:每一所述过渡部均设有缺口,以提供端子本体部及过渡部的弹性变形空间。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述本体部在上下方向的宽度小于所述料带切割面在左右方向的宽度。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述料带切割面的侧边缘与所述固定部的侧边缘彼此平齐。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固定槽自下表面向上延伸,所述扣持凹陷自上表面向下延伸,所述固定槽与所述扣持凹陷在左右方向彼此错开一定距离,直至两者交接处形成开口,所述固定部固定在所述固定槽内,所述扣持头穿过所述开口而扣持在所述扣持凹陷内。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述上接触部包括自所述上弹性臂继续向上向前倾斜延伸的上连接部及自所述上连接部向前向下倾斜延伸的丫状部。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述下接触部包括自下弹性部向下向前倾斜延伸的下连接部及自所述下连接部向上向前倾斜延伸的末端部,所述末端部在插入所述丫状部的空隙。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:自前向后看,所述扣持头向上凸伸处所述上接触部的末端。
9.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:自前向后看,所述缺口的下内缘低于所述上接触部的末端。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述扣持头的侧边缘向外凸伸出所述固定部的侧边缘的距离为0.3毫米。
