According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the left leg restraining interlining 302 is provided with a second left perforation 307 (the number may be one or more, for example two, three, etc.) on one end near the middle leg restraining interlining 304; the right leg restraining bush 303 is provided with a second right perforation 308 (the number may be one or more, for example two, three, etc.) on one end close to the middle leg restraining bush 304; the third steel wire rope 306 passes through the second left perforation 307 and the second right perforation 308 after passing out of the third BOA knob 305, and then enters the third BOA knob 305.
For example, one end of each of the left leg restraining padding 302 and the right leg restraining padding 303 may be sewn to the support 2, and the other end of each of the left leg restraining padding 302 and the right leg restraining padding 303 may be provided with a second left perforation 307 and a second right perforation 308 through which a third wire rope 306 may be conveniently inserted, and the entire structure thereof may be formed in a structure similar to a shoelace, so that the tightness among the left leg restraining padding 302, the right leg restraining padding 303, and the middle leg restraining padding 304 may be adjusted by using the adjustment structure of the third BOA knob 305 and the third wire rope 306, and thus, when the leg needs to be inserted into and separated from the leg, the leg may be fixed or released by adjusting the tightness (degree of tightness).
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the third steel wire rope 306 is further provided with a third middle sleeve (in a cross shape at the intersection and in a straight shape at the bottom end) at the intersection 309 and/or the bottom end 310, and the third middle sleeve is fixed on the middle leg constraint lining 304; the leg fixing portion 300 is provided with a puncture hole (not shown) on the inner side of the right leg.
For example, the third steel cables 306 may be circularly threaded through the left leg restraining padding 302 and the right leg restraining padding 303 (similar to a shoelace structure), and at this time, sleeves or rope fasteners may be arranged at the mutual crossing positions and/or the bottom ends of the third steel cables 306, so as to fix and thread the third steel cables 306. For example, the leg fixing portion 300 may be different from the arm fixing portion 200 in that the second left and right through holes 307 and 308 are different in number from the first left and right through holes 207 and 208 (the leg fixing portion 300 may be provided with more through holes). In addition, an operation hole can be reserved on the inner side of the right leg, so that operation puncture is facilitated.

Claims (16)

1. A DSA operation table head and four limbs fixing device, characterized in that, including can dismantle the formula and fix to the supporting part of DSA operation table, be provided with on the supporting part:
a head fixing part which is sleeved on the head of a patient; the head fixing part is provided with a first BOA adjusting device; the first BOA adjusting device adjusts the tightness state of the head fixing part when the head of the patient is sleeved in the head fixing part;
an arm fixing part which is fitted over an arm of the patient; a second BOA adjusting device is arranged on the arm fixing part; the second BOA adjusting device adjusts the tightness state of the arm fixing part when the arm of the patient is sleeved in the arm fixing part; and
a leg fixing part fitted over the leg of the patient; a third BOA adjusting device is arranged on the leg fixing part; the third BOA adjusting device adjusts the tightness state of the leg fixing part when the leg of the patient is sleeved in the leg fixing part.

The DSA surgical bed head and limb fixation device according to claim 1, wherein the head fixation portion comprises a left head restraint lining, a right head restraint lining, and a middle head restraint lining; the first BOA adjusting device comprises a first BOA knob located on the middle head restraining lining cloth and a first steel wire rope penetrating through the left side head restraining lining cloth and the right side head restraining lining cloth.

The DSA surgical bed head and limb fixation device of claim 2, wherein the left head restraint backing is secured to the support at an end distal from the medial head restraint backing; the right side head restraining lining cloth is fixed on the supporting part at one end far away from the middle head restraining lining cloth; the middle head restraint lining cloth is fixed on the supporting part at one end close to the top of the head.

The DSA surgical bed head and limb fixation device according to claim 3, wherein the left head restraint lining is provided with a first left cannula at one end near the middle head restraint lining; the right side head restraining lining cloth is provided with a first right sleeve at one end close to the middle head restraining lining cloth; and the first steel wire rope penetrates out of the first BOA knob, then penetrates through the first left sleeve and the first right sleeve, and then enters the first BOA knob.
5. The DSA surgical bed head and limb fixation device according to any one of claims 2-4, wherein the first wire rope is further provided with a first middle sleeve at the intersection and/or the bottom end, and the first middle sleeve is fixed on the middle head restraining lining.

The DSA surgical bed head and extremity restraint device according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the arm securing portion includes a left arm restraint backing, a right arm restraint backing, and a middle arm restraint backing; the second BOA adjusting device comprises a second BOA knob located on the middle arm constraint lining cloth and a second steel wire rope penetrating through the left side arm constraint lining cloth and the right side arm constraint lining cloth.

The DSA surgical bed head and limb fixation device according to claim 6, wherein the left side arm restraining lining is fixed on the support at an end distal from the middle arm restraining lining; the right side arm restraining lining cloth is fixed on the supporting part at one end far away from the middle arm restraining lining cloth; the upper end and the lower end of the middle arm constraint lining cloth are not fixed on the supporting part.

The DSA surgical bed head and limb fixation device of claim 7, wherein said left side arm restraining liner is provided with a first left perforation on one end proximal to said middle arm restraining liner; the right side arm constraint lining cloth is provided with a first right perforation at one end close to the middle arm constraint lining cloth; and the second steel wire rope penetrates out of the second BOA knob, then penetrates through the first left through hole and the first right through hole, and then enters the second BOA knob.
9. The DSA surgical bed head and limb fixation device according to claim 8, wherein the second wire rope is further provided with a second middle sleeve at the intersection and/or bottom end, the second middle sleeve being fixed on the middle arm constraint lining.

The DSA surgical bed head and limb fixation device of any one of claims 1-4, 7-9, wherein the leg fixation portion comprises a left leg restraining lining, a right leg restraining lining, and a mid leg restraining lining; the third BOA adjusting device comprises a third BOA knob located on the middle leg restraining lining cloth and a third steel wire rope penetrating through the left side leg restraining lining cloth and the right side leg restraining lining cloth.
11. The DSA surgical bed head and limb fixation device of claim 10, wherein said left leg restraining patch is secured to said support at an end distal from said medial leg restraining patch; the right leg restraining lining cloth is fixed on the supporting part at one end far away from the middle leg restraining lining cloth; the upper end and the lower end of the middle leg constraint lining cloth are not fixed on the supporting part.
12. The DSA surgical bed head and extremity immobilization device of claim 11 wherein said left leg restraining insert is provided with a second left perforation on an end proximate to said middle leg restraining insert; the right leg restraining lining cloth is provided with a second right perforation at one end close to the middle leg restraining lining cloth; and the third steel wire rope penetrates out of the third BOA knob, then penetrates through the second left through hole and the second right through hole, and then enters the third BOA knob.
13. The DSA surgical bed head and limb fixation device according to claim 12, wherein the third wire rope is further provided with a third middle sleeve at the intersection and/or bottom end, the third middle sleeve being fixed on the middle leg constraint lining; and an operation hole for puncture is reserved on the inner side of the right leg position of the leg fixing part.
14. The DSA surgical bed head and limb fixation device according to any one of claims 1-4, 7-9, 11-13, wherein the support portion further has disposed thereon at least one of:
first traction belts arranged at both side positions corresponding to the head fixing part;
second traction belts arranged at both sides corresponding to the arm fixing part;
and third traction belts arranged at both sides corresponding to the leg fixing parts.
15. The DSA surgical bed head and limb fixation device of claim 14, wherein the first, second, and third traction bands are wrapped around the dorsal face of the DSA surgical bed and fixed to each other, respectively.
16. The DSA surgical bed head and limb fixation device of claim 15, wherein the first traction straps are fastened to each other by a button, male and female buttons, or a strap buckle; the second traction belt is buckled with each other through a Chinese character 'mu' buckle, a male buckle, a female buckle or a belt buckle; the third traction belt is buckled with each other through a mesh buckle, a male buckle and a female buckle or a belt buckle.
