As shown in fig. 1-3, a tool handle includes a housing 200 and a holding structure 100, the housing 200 is provided with a first opening 2111 communicating with the interior of the housing 200, the holding structure 100 is disposed in the housing 200, the holding structure 100 is used for holding a brush head 300 partially extending into the housing 200 through the first opening 2111, the holding structure 100 includes a pushing assembly 130, an elastic member 140, a first holding member 110 and a second holding member 120, the middle portion of the first holding member 110 is hinged to the middle portion of the second holding member 120, the pushing assembly 130 respectively abuts against the first holding member 110 and the second holding member 120, the pushing assembly 130 is driven to move along the center line of the housing 200 toward or away from the first opening 2111 to drive the first holding member 110 and the second holding member 120 to open or close, so that the first holding member 110 and the second holding member 120 release the holding of the brush head 300 or hold the brush head 300, one end of the elastic member 140 abuts against the inner wall of the housing 200, the other end of the elastic member 140 abuts against the pushing assembly 130, and the elastic member 140 is used for applying an elastic force to the pushing assembly 130 to move in a direction away from the first opening 2111.
The pushing assembly 130 is driven to move along the center line of the housing 200 in a direction close to the first opening 2111 to open the first and second clamping members 110 and 120, and then the brush head 300 is partially inserted into the housing 200 through the first opening 2111, and the pushing assembly 130 is driven to move along the center line of the housing 200 in a direction away from the first opening 2111 to close the first and second clamping members 110 and 120, so that the first and second clamping members 110 and 120 clamp the brush head 300, because the elastic member 140 of the present application can apply an elastic force to the pushing assembly 130 in a direction away from the first opening 2111, when the first and second clamping members 110 and 120 clamp the brush head 300 for cleaning, the elastic member 140 of the present application applies an elastic force to the pushing assembly 130 without applying an external force, the pushing assembly 130 tends to move in a direction away from the first opening 2111, so that the first and second clamping members 110 and 120 are always maintained in a closed state, and the first and second clamping members 110 and 120 can always reliably clamp the brush head 300 so that the brush head 300 cannot fall off the tool handle.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, one end of the first clamping member 110 close to the first opening 2111 is a first clamping end 111, the other end of the first clamping member 110 is a first abutting end 112, one end of the second clamping member 120 close to the first opening 2111 is a second clamping end 121, the other end of the second clamping member 120 is a second abutting end 122, the pushing assembly 130 abuts against the first abutting end 112, and the pushing assembly 130 abuts against the second abutting end 122, the pushing assembly 130 is driven to move along the center line of the housing 200 toward the direction close to or away from the first opening 2111, so as to drive the first abutting end 112 and the second abutting end 122 to approach or separate from each other, and further to make the first clamping end 111 and the second clamping end 121 separate from or approach each other, so as to make the first clamping end 111 and the second clamping end 121 release the clamping of the brush head 300 or clamp the brush head 300, specifically, when the first clamping member 110 and the second clamping member 120 clamp the brush head 300, under the elastic force of the elastic member 140, the pushing assembly 130 tends to move away from the first opening 2111, so that the first abutting end 112 and the second abutting end 122 are kept at a relatively far distance, and the first clamping end 111 and the second clamping end 121 are kept at a relatively close distance, so that the first clamping member 110 and the second clamping member 120 can reliably clamp the brush head 300 through the first clamping end 111 and the second clamping end 121.
In the present embodiment, the elastic member 140 is always in a compressed state, so that the elastic member 140 can always apply an elastic force to the pushing assembly 130 to move in a direction away from the first opening 2111, and specifically, the elastic member 140 may be, but is not limited to, a spring.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the tool handle further includes a hinge shaft 215, the hinge shaft 215 is disposed on the inner wall of the housing 200, and the middle portions of the first clamping member 110 and the second clamping member 120 are both rotatably sleeved on the hinge shaft 215, so as to realize the hinge connection between the middle portions of the first clamping member 110 and the second clamping member 120.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, a first guide slot 1311 and a second guide slot 1312 are formed on the pushing assembly 130, and along a direction from an end of the pushing assembly 130 close to the first opening 2111 to an end of the pushing assembly 130 away from the first opening 2111, a distance between the first guide slot 1311 and the second guide slot 1312 gradually decreases, the first abutting end 112 of the first clamping member 110 is accommodated in the first guide slot 1311, the second abutting end 122 of the second clamping member 120 is accommodated in the second guide slot 1312, the pushing assembly 130 is driven to move along a center line of the casing 200 toward or away from the first opening 2111 to drive the first abutting end 112 to move along the first guide slot 1311, and simultaneously drive the second abutting end 122 to move along the second guide slot 1312, so that the first abutting end 112 and the second abutting end 122 approach or depart from each other, thereby making the first and second holding ends 111 and 121 move away from or close to each other to release the first and second holding ends 111 and 121 from holding the brush head 300 or the brush head 300.
Specifically, when the first clamping member 110 and the second clamping member 120 clamp the brush head 300, under the elastic force of the elastic member 140, the pushing assembly 130 tends to move away from the first opening 2111, so that the pushing assembly 130 cannot move close to the first opening 2111, and the first clamping member 110 and the second clamping member 120 are reliably maintained in the state of clamping the brush head 300 by the first clamping end 111 and the second clamping end 121.
