The upper housing 31 and the lower housing 32 can be butted, the upper telescopic shaft 41 and the lower telescopic shaft 42 are fixedly connected through the second clamping piece 421, and the lower telescopic shaft 42 can be driven by the telescopic upper telescopic shaft 41 to drive the first clamping piece 50 to clamp or release the brush head 10.
The disposable cleaning brush in the embodiment of the application, the brush handle 20 is split into an upper part and a lower part, wherein the upper part is an upper shell 31 and an upper telescopic shaft 41 which can be stretched in the upper shell 31, the lower part is a lower shell 32 and a lower telescopic shaft 42 which can be stretched in the lower shell 32, when the disposable cleaning brush is used, the upper part and the lower part are butted, the upper shell 31 and the lower shell 32 can be connected together in a plugging and buckling mode, and the upper telescopic shaft 41 and the lower telescopic shaft 42 are fixedly connected through a second clamping piece 421, so that when a user pulls or pushes down the upper telescopic shaft 41 to extend in the upper shell 31, the lower telescopic shaft 42 can be synchronously driven to stretch in the lower shell 32, and further the first clamping piece 50 is driven to move to clamp or release the brush head 10.
Optionally, when the first clamping member 50 is operated by the upper telescopic shaft 41, the control logic is not limited, that is, when the upper telescopic shaft 41 is pulled up, the first clamping member 50 can be driven to perform the clamping action or the releasing action, and when the upper telescopic shaft 41 is pushed down, the first clamping member 50 can be driven to perform the reverse action corresponding to the above. This may be achieved by a particular design or selection of the first clamping member 50.
Compared with the prior art, the disposable cleaning brush in the embodiment of the application is not limited to the shell, and is also correspondingly disassembled for the telescopic shaft inside the shell, and can be fixedly connected with the second clamping piece 421, so that the first clamping piece 421 can be controlled by the upper telescopic shaft 41 after the connection is realized, and therefore a user can control the upper part of the brush handle 20. Compared with the prior art, when the brush head 10 needs to be released after the cleaning brush is used, a user does not need to move the hand to the lower part of the brush handle 20 to control the telescopic shaft, so that the use convenience of the user is improved; meanwhile, the hand of the user is always positioned at the upper part of the brush handle 20 and keeps a certain distance from the brush head 10, so that the hand is not easily splashed by dirt on the brush head 10 when the brush head 10 is released, thereby ensuring the use sanitation and the health of the user.
As mentioned above, the user can operate the upper telescopic shaft 41 to make the first clamping member 50 clamp or release the brush head 10, which can be realized by: the upper telescopic shaft 41 may be extended to extend to the upper end surface of the upper housing 31, and a user may grip the extended end of the upper telescopic shaft 41 to extend and retract the upper telescopic shaft 41 inside the upper housing 31 in a manner similar to a hand-held pump, thereby causing the first clamping member 50 to perform a corresponding clamping or releasing action.
Alternatively, a strip-shaped groove is formed in the side wall of the upper housing 31, the upper telescopic shaft 41 is bent and then extends out of the strip-shaped groove, and a user holds the bent portion of the upper telescopic shaft 41 to extend and retract the upper telescopic shaft 41 inside the upper housing 31 in a manner similar to the operation of loading a bolt, so that the first clamping member 50 performs corresponding clamping or releasing actions.
Alternatively, the structures of the upper housing 31 and the lower housing 32 may be a cylindrical closed structure, a frame-shaped structure with a hollow portion, or a hollow frame-shaped structure. Further, the sectional shapes of the upper and lower housings 31 and 32 may be circular, elliptical, rectangular, trapezoidal, and the like.
Optionally, the upper housing 31 and the lower housing 32 may be connected by a snap 321, a magnetic attraction connection, a screw connection, an adhesive, a hot melt connection, or the like.
Fig. 4 is an enlarged view of a point a in fig. 3. Fig. 5 is a schematic view of fig. 4 with the upper telescopic shaft 41 and the lower telescopic shaft 42 connected.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in one embodiment, a second clamping member 421 is provided on one of the upper telescopic shaft 41 and the lower telescopic shaft 42, and a connecting head 411 is provided on the other of the upper telescopic shaft and the lower telescopic shaft; the second clamping member 421 includes a plurality of clamping jaws 421a movably disposed, and when the connecting head 411 extends between the plurality of clamping jaws 421a, the clamping jaws 421a can clamp the connecting head 411 so as to fixedly connect the upper telescopic shaft 41 and the lower telescopic shaft 42.
In the present embodiment, the specific structure of the second clamping member 421 is defined: the second clamping member 421 includes a plurality of clamping jaws 421a movably disposed, and when the connecting head 411 extends between the plurality of clamping jaws 421a, the clamping jaws 421a can clamp the connecting head 411 so as to fixedly connect the upper telescopic shaft 41 and the lower telescopic shaft 42.
Furthermore, the base of the arrangement of the second clamping piece 421 and the connection head 411 can be interchanged, i.e. the upper telescopic shaft 41 has the connection head 411, while the lower telescopic shaft 42 is provided with the second clamping piece 421; it is also possible that the upper telescopic shaft 41 is provided with a second clamping member 421 and the lower telescopic shaft 42 is provided with a coupling head 411.
Alternatively, the connection head 411 and the upper telescopic shaft 41 or the lower telescopic shaft 42 may be integrally formed, that is, the connection head 411 is a part of the upper telescopic shaft 41 or the lower telescopic shaft 42.
In addition, the movable clamping jaw 421a in this embodiment means that the plurality of clamping jaws 421a can move relatively or away from each other, for example, when the connector 411 is inserted between the plurality of clamping jaws 421a, the clamping jaw 421a is opened by the connector 411 and moves away from each other, and after the connector 411 is inserted, the clamping jaw 421a moves relatively by means of external force or self elastic restoring force, so as to embrace the connector 411, thereby forming the purpose that the clamping jaw 421a clamps the connector 411.
Alternatively, the second clamping member 421 may include two hinged clamping jaws 421a and a torsion spring, where the hinged part of the clamping jaw 421a has the torsion spring, and the elastic restoring force of the torsion spring causes the clamping jaw 421a to clamp the connecting head 411.
In addition, there are various ways in which the second clamping member 421 clamps the connecting head 411, and the connecting head 411 may be clamped only by the elastic restoring force of the clamping jaw 421a itself; when the elastic restoring force of the clamping jaw 421a is not enough to clamp, the inner wall of the upper shell 31 or the lower shell 32 can assist in abutting against the clamping jaw 421a to clamp the connecting head 411; it is also possible to clamp the connection head 411 by pressing the jaw 421a against the inner wall of the upper case 31 or the lower case 32 in a state where the jaw 421a does not have elastic restoring force at all. The details will be described in the following examples.
Alternatively, the cross-sectional shape of the connection head 411 may be a triangle, trapezoid, circle, ellipse, or the like. The three-dimensional structure of the connecting head 411 may be a polygonal pyramid.

As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, the two clamping jaws 421a include two connecting heads 411 having a pie-shaped structure, and the opposite surfaces of the two clamping jaws 421a have positioning grooves 421b corresponding to the pie-shaped structure.
As mentioned above, the second clamping member 421 has a plurality of ways for clamping the connecting head 411, specifically, in this embodiment, the second clamping member 421 includes two clamping jaws 421a formed integrally, the connecting head 411 is in a pie structure, the opposite surfaces of the two clamping jaws 421a have positioning grooves 421b corresponding to the pie structure, the distance between the ends of the two clamping jaws 421a is smaller than the width of the connecting head 411, and when the upper telescopic shaft 41 is abutted to the lower telescopic shaft 42, the connecting head 411 opens the two clamping jaws 421a and slides into the positioning grooves 421b.
At this time, the clamping jaw 421a is in a deformed state, and clamps the connector 411 by the elastic restoring force of the clamping jaw; alternatively, when the holding jaw 421a is in the deformed state, the connecting head 411 is prevented from being removed by the frictional resistance of the positioning groove 421b to the connecting head 411.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, the front end of the clamping jaw 421a has a first guiding inclined surface 421c for the connection head 411 to slide, and the first guiding inclined surface 421c gradually inclines towards the positioning slot 421b along the insertion direction of the connection head 411.
In order to smoothly insert the connection head 411 between the two jaws 421a when the upper telescopic shaft 41 and the lower telescopic shaft 42 are butted against each other, in the present embodiment, the front end of the jaw 421a is provided with a first guide slope 421c, and the first guide slope 421c gradually inclines toward the positioning groove 421b along the insertion direction of the connection head 411.
In one embodiment, the upper housing 31 is plugged into the lower housing 32.
As mentioned above, the upper housing 31 and the lower housing 32 can be connected by means of a buckle 321, a magnetic attraction, a thread, an adhesive, a hot melt, etc., and the upper housing 31 and the lower housing 32 can be inserted.
Alternatively, the upper housing 31 and the lower housing 32 may be plugged in various ways, and a stud and a slot may be respectively disposed on the connection end surfaces of the upper housing 31 and the lower housing 32 to plug in a manner similar to a power plug.
Fig. 7 is an enlarged view at B in fig. 3. Fig. 8 is a schematic view of fig. 7 after the upper case 31 and the lower case 32 are coupled. Fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the handle 20 provided by an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 10 is an enlarged view at C in fig. 9.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, in one embodiment, the outer diameter of the upper end of the lower housing 32 is smaller than the inner diameter of the lower end of the upper housing 31 so that the upper end of the lower housing 32 can be inserted into the upper housing 31; the second clamping piece 421 is arranged on the lower telescopic shaft 42, and the connecting head 411 is arranged on the upper telescopic shaft 41; the upper end of the lower housing 32 is provided with an avoiding groove 322 for extending the outer end of the clamping jaw 421a, when the upper housing 31 is inserted into the lower housing 32 and the clamping jaw 421a clamps the connector 411, the inner wall of the upper housing 31 tightly supports the clamping jaw 421a, thereby preventing the connector 411 from being pulled out from between the two clamping jaws 421 a.
As described above, when the elastic restoring force of the clamping jaw 421a is not enough to clamp the connecting head 411, the clamping jaw 421a may be assisted by the inner wall of the upper housing 31 or the lower housing 32 to clamp the connecting head 411. That is, in this embodiment, the second clamping member 421 is disposed on the lower telescopic shaft 42, the connector 411 is disposed on the upper telescopic shaft 41, the upper end of the lower housing 32 can be inserted into the upper housing 31, the upper end of the lower housing 32 is further provided with an avoiding groove 322 for extending the outer end of the clamping jaw 421a, when the upper housing 31 is inserted into the lower housing 32 and the clamping jaw 421a clamps the connector 411, the outer end of the clamping jaw 421a is now flush with the notch of the avoiding groove 322, the clamping jaw 421a is tightly supported by the inner wall of the upper housing 31, and the connector 411 is further prevented from being disengaged from between the two clamping jaws 421 a.
In this embodiment, the clamping connection head 411 of the clamping jaw 421a provides a further guarantee, and the inner wall of the upper shell 31 limits the clamping jaw 421a to prevent the clamping jaw 421a from opening and the connection head 411 from being disengaged, so that the connection strength between the upper telescopic shaft 41 and the lower telescopic shaft 42 is improved, and the working stability of the operating device is ensured.
In addition, the plug structure of the lower shell 32 and the upper shell 31 is simple and easy to process, the upper shell 31 and the lower shell 32 can have enough connection area, and the connection strength of the upper shell 31 and the lower shell 32 is also ensured.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, the outer end of the clamping jaw 421a has a second guiding inclined plane 421d for sliding the lower end of the upper shell 31, and the second guiding inclined plane 421d gradually protrudes out of the outer wall surface of the lower shell 32 along the insertion direction of the connecting head 411.
As described above, in the case where the clamping jaw 421a does not have the elastic restoring force at all, the connecting head 411 is clamped by pressing the clamping jaw 421a by the inner wall of the upper housing 31 or the lower housing 32. That is, in this embodiment, the outer end of the clamping jaw 421a has a second guiding inclined surface 421d for the lower end of the upper housing 31 to slide, and the second guiding inclined surface 421d gradually protrudes outward from the outer wall surface of the lower housing 32 along the insertion direction of the connecting head 411. Before butt joint assembly, the outer ends of the clamping jaws 421a extend out of the avoiding groove 322 and protrude out of the outer wall surface of the lower shell 32, the lower end of the upper shell 31 is sleeved towards the upper end of the lower shell 32, and the upper shell 31 presses the two clamping jaws 421a to move relatively along the second guide inclined surface 421d, so that the two clamping jaws 421a tightly hold the connecting head 411.
In one embodiment, the lower housing 32 is further snap-fit connected by a snap-fit assembly after being plugged into place with the upper housing 31.
In this embodiment, on the basis of the insertion structure of the upper housing 31 and the lower housing 32, a snap assembly is further added to enhance the connection strength of the upper housing 31 and the lower housing 32.
Specifically, the snap assembly can axially limit the insertion position of the upper shell 31 and the lower shell 32, so as to prevent the upper shell 31 and the lower shell 32 from being separated in the axial direction; the snap assembly also circumferentially limits the connection between the upper shell 31 and the lower shell 32, and prevents relative rotation between the upper shell 31 and the lower shell 32.
In the present embodiment, the specific structure of the snap assembly is not limited as long as the joint of the upper housing 31 and the lower housing 32 can be reinforced.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in an embodiment, the fastening assembly includes a fastening 321 and a fastening slot 311, the fastening 321 is disposed on the lower shell 32, the fastening slot 311 is opened on the upper shell 31, and a front end of the fastening 321 is fastened in the fastening slot 311 to fasten the fastening assembly.
