The embodiment of the utility model provides a mechanical coin be one kind have mechanical structure to can accomplish the commemorative coin of certain predetermined action through its mechanical structure. As shown in fig. 4, the mechanical coin of this embodiment can drive the accommodating chamber 2 by toggling the shift lever 34, so that the accommodating chamber 2 can be opened and closed, and the mechanical coin can take on two different forms. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the mechanical coin according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 1, a containing bin 2, and a transmission assembly 3. The shell 1 can be in a cake shape with the diameter not more than 20cm and the thickness not more than 5cm, is convenient for people to hold and carry, is more attractive, and accords with the knowledge of people on commemorative coins. The containing bin 2 is mounted inside the casing 1 and partially protrudes outside the casing 1. The transmission assembly 3 is arranged inside the shell 1 and is linked with the containing bin 2. The transmission assembly 3 includes a fixed member 31, a rotating member 32, a driving rod 33, and a shift lever 34. The fixing member 31 is cylindrical, is fixedly installed in the housing 1, and has a slide groove 311 on a side surface. The rotating member 32 is movably connected with the fixed member 31 and is fixedly connected with the accommodating chamber 2, the rotating member 32 is provided with a sliding block 321, and the sliding block 321 is slidably connected with the sliding groove 311. One end of the drive lever 33 is rotatably mounted inside the housing 1, and the side surface abuts against the end of the rotating member 32. The shift lever 34 is movably connected with the other end of the driving rod 33 inside the housing 1, and one end thereof extends out of the housing 1. When the driving lever 34 is pulled by an external force, the driving lever 34 drives the driving rod 33 to rotate around the rotation axis thereof, and during the rotation, the side surface of the driving rod 33 pushes the rotating member 32 to move along the axial direction of the rotating member 32, i.e. to slide along the axial direction of the fixing member 31 relative to the fixing member 31. Specifically, one surface of the driving rod 33 facing the rotating part 32 is a concave arc surface, so that an included angle between the thrust direction of the driving rod 33 to the rotating part 32 and the moving direction of the rotating part 32 in the process of pushing the rotating part 32 by the driving rod 33 can be reduced, and the transmission efficiency is increased. Meanwhile, the sliding block 321 on the rotating element 32 is matched with the sliding slot 311 on the fixed element 31, and as the rotating element 32 slides forwards relative to the fixed element 31, the sliding block 321 slides in the sliding slot 311, and the extending direction of the sliding slot 311 is not parallel to the axis of the fixed element 31, therefore, as the sliding block 321 slides in the sliding slot 311, the rotating element 32 also rotates relative to the fixed element 31. Meanwhile, the rotating part 32 can drive the accommodating chamber 2 fixedly connected with the rotating part to rotate, so that the accommodating chamber 2 is opened or closed. And because hold storehouse 2 by some to stretch out with the casing 1 outside, consequently hold opening or closing of storehouse 2 and will lead to the outside form of mechanical coin to change commemorative coin problem just died, make commemorative coin can take place the motion through mechanical structure, improved commemorative coin's interest, increased the variety of the content that commemorative coin can demonstrate.
In a particular embodiment, the housing 1 comprises a lower housing 11 and an upper housing 12. The containing bin 2 and the transmission assembly are arranged on the lower shell 11, and the upper shell 12 is covered on the lower shell 11. The upper case 12 is provided with a first through hole 121 and a second through hole 122. The first through hole 121 is an arc-shaped hole, the shift lever 34 penetrates through the first through hole 121, and the shift lever 34 can be shifted along the first through hole 121 by the aid of the arc-shaped first through hole 121, so that the mechanical coin can realize the actions. The second through hole 122 is arranged above the accommodating bin 2, the shape of the second through hole corresponds to that of the accommodating bin 2, the part of the accommodating bin 2 extending out of the shell 1 extends out of the second through hole 122, the accommodating bin 2 can be seen when the accommodating bin 2 is closed through the second through hole 122, and the inside of the accommodating bin 2 can be seen when the accommodating bin 2 is opened, so that the appearance of the mechanical coin is changed.
In a particular embodiment, the containing bin 2 comprises a bin body 21 and a bin cover 22. The bin 21 is fixedly mounted on the housing 1. The bin cover 22 is fixedly connected with the rotating part 32, the size of the bin cover 22 is smaller than that of the bin body 21, the bin cover 22 enters the bin body 21 when being opened, and the opening of the bin body 21 is covered when being closed. When the dial 34 is toggled and the rotating member 32 is driven by the driving rod 33 to rotate relative to the fixed member 31, the bin cover 22 fixedly connected to the rotating member 32 also rotates along with the rotating member 32, so that the bin body 21 is rotated to open the accommodating bin 2, and as the rotating member 32 continues to rotate, when the rotating member 32 returns to the original position, the bin cover 22 returns to the original position to close the accommodating bin 2. Specifically, the bin body 21 and the bin cover 22 may be in the shape of a hemisphere or any other shape, as long as the maximum rotation radius of the bin cover 22 is smaller than the minimum radius of the bin body 21. In the embodiment, the bin cover 22 rotates along with the rotating part 32, and the bin body 21 is fixed, so that the accommodating bin 2 is opened or closed along with the shifting of the shifting lever 34, and the appearance of the mechanical coin is changed by opening and closing the accommodating bin 2.
In one particular embodiment, the rotating member 32 includes a main body 322, a connecting member 323, and a connecting rod 324. The main body 322 is connected to the fixing member 31 in an axial sliding manner and in a circumferential rotating manner, and the sliding blocks 321 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the main body 322. The connecting member 323 and the main body 322 are spaced along the same rotation axis, and the connecting member 323 is fixedly connected to the accommodating chamber 2. The connecting rod 324 is located between the main body 322 and the connecting member 323, one end of the connecting rod 324 is fixedly connected to the connecting member 323, the other end is slidably connected to the main body 322, and the connecting rod 324 is not located on the rotation axis of the main body 322 and the connecting member 323. Since the rotation member 32 is rotated and slid simultaneously with respect to the fixed member 31 by the pushing of the driving lever 33 and the guiding of the slide groove 311, the bin cover 22 accommodating the bin 2 only needs to be rotated without being slid. Therefore, the rotating member 32 is divided into three parts, namely, a main body 322, a connecting member 323 and a connecting rod 324, the main body 322 and the connecting member 323 are connected through the connecting rod 324, and the connecting rod 324 and the main body 322 are in sliding connection, so that the connecting rod 324 and the connecting member 323 can not move back and forth along with the main body 322. Meanwhile, since the position of the connecting rod 324 is not located on the rotation axis of the main body 322 and the connecting member 323, when the main body 322 rotates, the connecting rod 324 also rotates around the rotation axis of the main body 322, so as to drive the connecting member 323 and the bin cover 22 to rotate along with the main body 322, thereby achieving the purpose that the bin cover 22 of the accommodating bin 2 only rotates and does not move back and forth.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a connecting hole 3221 is disposed on an end surface of the main body 322 facing the connecting member 323, the connecting hole 3221 is not aligned with a rotation axis of the main body 322, and the connecting rod 324 is in clearance fit with the connecting hole 3221. In this embodiment, the sliding connection between the main body 322 and the connecting rod 324 is achieved through the above arrangement, so that the bin cover 22 and the connecting member 323 only rotate and do not move back and forth, and the structure is simple and easy to implement.
In some alternative embodiments, the transmission assembly 3 further comprises a support 35 and a bearing 36. Wherein, a supporting piece 35 is arranged at one end of the fixed piece 31 facing the driving rod 33, and the rotating piece 32 is connected with the supporting piece 35 in a sliding way in the axial direction and is connected with the supporting piece 35 in a rotating way in the rotating direction. A bearing 36 is provided at the other end of the fixed member 31, and the rotating member 32 is rotatably coupled to the bearing 36. The support 35 is used to provide support for the movement of the body 322, and the body 322 can move and rotate on the support 35. The bearing 36 is used to limit the rotation position of the connecting member 323, and since the connecting rod 324 is in clearance fit with the connecting hole 3221, theoretically, relative rotation between the connecting rod 324 and the connecting hole 3221 may occur in addition to relative sliding. On the other hand, if the connecting member 323 and the main body 322 rotate synchronously around the same axis, the connecting member 323 and the main body 322 cannot rotate relatively, that is, the connecting rod 324 and the connecting hole 3221 only need to slide relatively and cannot rotate relatively. Therefore, in the embodiment, the bearing 36 coaxial with the main body 322 is arranged, and the connecting member 323 is rotatably connected with the bearing 36, so that the position of the connecting member 323 can be limited to the position of the bearing 36, that is, the connecting member 323 can only rotate coaxially with the main body 322, thereby avoiding the occurrence of relative rotation between the connecting rod 324 and the connecting hole 3221, and enabling the connecting member 323 to keep synchronous with the rotation of the main body 322.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in a specific embodiment, the sliding slot 311 includes two forward slots 3111 and two backward slots 3112. Two advance grooves 3111 are provided on opposite sides of the fixed member 31, respectively, two retreat grooves 3112 are provided between the two advance grooves 3111, respectively, and each retreat groove 3112 is communicated from a front end of one advance groove 3111 to a rear end of the other advance groove 3111. In this embodiment, when the lever 34 is moved, the slider 321 moves forward along the forward slot from the start point of the forward slot 3111, and when the lever 34 is moved to the other end of the first through hole 121, the slider 321 moves to the end point of the forward slot 3111 and is also located at the start point of the backward slot 3112. Then, the shift lever 34 is shifted in the reverse direction, and the slider 321 starts to move from the start point of the backward slot 3112 along the backward slot 3112 until the shift lever 34 returns to the initial position, and the slider 321 slides to the end point of the backward slot 3112, that is, the start point of another forward slot 3111. Since the two advance grooves 3111 are oppositely disposed on both sides of the fixed member 31, the rotating member 32 rotates just 180 ° at the completion of the above-mentioned operation process, so that the bin cover 22 accommodating the bin 2 can be completely opened. When the lever 34 is moved again to repeat the above-mentioned actions, the slider 321 will repeat the above-mentioned tracks along the second forward groove 3111 and the second backward groove 3112, and the rotating member 32 will rotate 18 ° again, so that the bin cover 22 can be closed again. Through the arrangement, the position of the deflector rod 34 is easier to control when the bin cover 22 is opened and closed, and meanwhile, the actions of opening and closing the bin cover 22 can be circularly reciprocated, so that the mechanical coin is more convenient to operate.
In some optional embodiments, the rotating member 32 further comprises a spring 325, the spring 325 is sleeved on the connecting rod 324, the spring 325 is a compression spring, and two ends of the spring 325 abut against the main body 322 and the connecting member 323 respectively. The spring 325 is in a compressed state, and the elastic force of the spring 325 can make the main body 322 always be at the farthest position from the connecting member 323 when not being acted by an external force, that is, the slider 321 is at the starting point of the forward groove 3111 and the end point of the backward groove 3112, that is, the shift lever 34 is at the initial position of the end point of the first through hole 121. When the shifting lever 34 is shifted by external force, the sliding block 321 moves forward along the forward slot 3111, the spring 325 is further compressed, and when the sliding block 321 reaches the end point of the forward slot 3111, the external force applied to the shifting lever 34 is only cancelled, and the main body 322 automatically rebounds under the elastic force of the spring 325, that is, the sliding block 321 moves to the end point along the backward slot 3112. In the embodiment, the spring 325 is arranged, so that a user only needs to dial the shifting lever 34 once in the process of opening or closing the bin cover 22, the shifting lever 34 does not need to be dialed back, the operation of the mechanical coin is more convenient, and the problem that the bin cover 22 is not in the optimal position after being opened or closed is avoided.
As shown in fig. 1, in some optional embodiments, the mechanical coin further includes a limiting member 4, the limiting member 4 is fixedly installed inside the housing 1, a limiting groove 41 is formed on the limiting member 4, and the other end of the shift lever 34 passes through the driving rod 33 and then is slidably connected to the limiting groove 41. In this embodiment, the limiting member 4 with the limiting groove 41 is arranged, so that the shifting lever 34 can be guided and limited in the shifting process, the movement of the shifting lever 34 is more stable, and the action process of the whole mechanical coin is more stable.
In a particular embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the mechanical coin further comprises a movable member 5, the movable member 5 is placed inside the containing compartment 2 and is exposed from the second through hole 122 when the containing compartment 2 is opened. Specifically, the movable member 5 may be a ball-shaped craft such as a soccer ball, or may be other small parts with various shapes, as long as the small parts can be placed in the accommodating chamber 2 without affecting the opening of the chamber cover 22. In some cases, the movable member 5 may also be a small part that can be removed from the second through hole 122 for play or replacement. As shown in fig. 4, when the bin cover 22 is closed, the appearance of the mechanical coin is that the bin cover 22 is exposed from the second through hole 122, and when the bin cover 22 is opened, the appearance of the mechanical coin is changed to that the movable element 5 is exposed from the second through hole 122, so that the external form of the mechanical coin is not changed any more, and can be changed along with the opening and closing of the bin cover 22, thereby changing the problem that the memorial coin is dead and monotonous. Meanwhile, the movable piece 5 can be taken out to improve the interest of the mechanical coin and increase the richness of the content which can be displayed by the mechanical coin.
To sum up, the utility model discloses mechanical coin is through setting up including mounting 31 in casing 1, rotate the piece 32, actuating lever 33 and driving lever 34's drive assembly 3, can drive actuating lever 33 through stirring driving lever 34, promote to rotate a piece 32 forward movement by actuating lever 33 again, the rethread rotates the cooperation of slider 321 on the piece 32 and the spout 311 on the mounting 31, make to rotate a piece 32 and take place to rotate for mounting 31, and then the drive holds storehouse 2, the realization holds opening and closing of storehouse lid 22 of storehouse 2, and change with this outside form that makes mechanical coin, thereby the monotonous problem of commemorative coin death board has been changed, make commemorative coin can take place the motion through mechanical structure, commemorative coin's interest has been improved, the content that commemorative coin can demonstrate has been richened.
