As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an easily assembled building exterior wall system includes a wall module 100 fixed to a surface of an exterior wall 300 by bolts 8 and a foamed insulation layer 200 filled between the wall module 100 and the exterior wall 300.
The wall module 100 includes a square outer frame 2, a square sealing frame 3, an exterior decorative panel 1, a composite panel 6, and a hooking member 9.
The outline dimension of the square outer frame 201 is preferably 800-1000mm, and the square outer frame 201 is made of non-porous angle steel with the thickness of 1 mm. The front of the square outer frame 2 is provided with a front retainer ring 2.2, and the outer surface of each side wall is symmetrically provided with two hook parts 2.1. When two wall modules 100 are adjacent to each other, one of the tenon structures 4 is connected to a corresponding one of the mortise structures 5, and the two square frames 2 are aligned in at least one direction, so that all the wall modules 100 can be aligned up and down, left and right.
The composite board 6 comprises a bearing layer 6.1, an aluminum foil reflecting layer 6.2, a fireproof layer 6.3 and a protective layer 6.4 which are sequentially arranged from back to front, and the layers are fixed by gluing. The protective layer 6.4 and the bearing layer 6.1 are PVC plates, and the protective layer 6.4 is used for protecting and avoiding damaging the inner layer material. The pressure bearing layer 6.1 is used for bearing the expansion force generated by the foaming material and dispersing to other positions of the board surface. The fireproof layer 6.3 is a calcium silicate board and has the functions of fire prevention and moisture prevention. The aluminum foil reflecting layer 6.2 is an aluminum foil bubble film and is used for heat insulation. The foaming heat-insulating layer 200 is a polyurethane foaming heat-insulating layer and is formed by heat insulation, on-site foaming and filling. The thicknesses of the protective layer 6.4, the fire-proof layer 6.3, the aluminum foil reflecting layer 6.2 and the pressure-bearing layer 6.1 are respectively 4mm, 8mm, 2mm and 4 mm. The filling thickness of the foaming heat-insulating layer 200 is 4-8 cm.
The hooking part 2.1 is a protruding structure or a straight groove which obliquely extends to the back of the square outer frame 2, the hooking piece 9 is a metal strip or an elastic rope with hooks at two ends, and the hooks are hooked with the hooking part 2.1.
Before installation, the wall surface module 100 is assembled at a construction site, specifically, the exterior finishing panel 1 and the square sealing frame 3 are fixed to corresponding portions of the square outer frame 2, then the composite panel 6 is installed in the square outer frame 2, and finally the hooking members 9 are installed at four corners of the square outer frame 2, thereby fixing the composite panel 6 in the square outer frame 2. So far, the wall module 100 is assembled, and the assembly process is simple and efficient.
The assembled wall surface module 100 is installed on the outer wall 300 through the bolt 8, and during installation, the gasket used by the bolt 8 is a nylon gasket, so that a cold bridge formed by contact between the bolt 8 and the supporting leg 7 can be avoided, and the heat insulation capacity of the system is improved. Then, a second wall surface module 100 is taken, the tenon structural part 4 is inserted into the corresponding mortise structural part 5, after positioning connection, a certain compression amount is formed between the square sealing frames 3, meanwhile, a gap of about 4mm is formed between the outer decorative panels 1, after the wall surface modules 100 are installed in sequence, a foaming material is filled into the gap between the wall surface modules 100 and the outer wall 300 to form a heat insulation layer 200, and after solidification, the gap between the outer decorative panels 1 is subjected to seam beautifying treatment. The formed heat insulation layer 200 can be complete through the construction mode, so that the outer wall 300 and the wall surface module 100 are hardly contacted, cold bridges are reduced, and the heat insulation effect is improved. The cost of the single wall surface module 100 can be controlled within 100 yuan, and the cost is low. Meanwhile, the construction steps are optimized, and the construction efficiency is improved.
