Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below based on the drawings. It should be understood that the description herein of embodiments of the utility model is not intended to limit the scope of the utility model.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a pallet 1 with a safety mechanism; the pallet 1 is shown to have a horizontal upper surface for carrying any suitable cargo placed thereon, and a plurality of spaced apart foot pads 2 may be provided on the bottom surface of the pallet 1, and optionally pads 3 may be provided under each foot pad 2. The pad 3 may be a horizontal surface as shown on the upper surface, or may be a strip-shaped body as shown in fig. 1.

It should be noted that in the pallet 1 with a safety mechanism provided in an embodiment of the present invention, at least two opposite sides thereof are provided with at least one or a plurality of (or not) opposite grooves 4; a guard plate 5 is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall surface of each groove 4. The guard plates 5 are accommodated in the corresponding grooves 4 and can extend from the corresponding grooves 4 to the outside of the grooves 4. In one embodiment of the utility model, it can be seen that the guard 5 is composed of a plurality of sheets 51 pivoted to each other; it can be seen from this composition that, since the sheet bodies 51 are connected in a pivot manner, they are stored in the corresponding grooves 4 when not in use, and when in use, the required number of sheet bodies 51 can be extended according to the requirement and extended out from the side of the pallet 1.

Referring to fig. 3, the user can use the auxiliary sheet 7 as shown in the drawing when necessary. The auxiliary plate 7 is basically composed of a right-angled component, when in use, a user can place the auxiliary plate 7 above the article (or directly below the article without using the protective plate 5), and since the cable 6 is used for fixing the article and passes through the article, and since the upper side of the article is partially covered by the auxiliary plate 7, the cable 6 can not cause any damage or injury to the side edge of the article when reinforcing the article, thereby achieving the purpose of protecting the side edge of the article. Of course, in operation, the user can also use the auxiliary tab 7 only to protect the side edges of the articles positioned above the stacked pallet 2 when the dimension of the articles in the length or width does not exceed the dimension of the pallet 1.

As can be seen from the above description, the protective plate 5 and the auxiliary plate 7 located in the groove 4 on the side of the pallet 1 can be used together with or alternatively to protect the side of the article, in view of the integrity of the side of the article to be protected. Whether used in combination or individually, the sheet body 51 and the auxiliary sheets 7 are disposed at the side of the article, and particularly, the auxiliary sheets 7 can be not only disposed above the articles stacked on the pallet 1, but also protect the side of the articles above; at the same time, the auxiliary sheet 7 can also be placed on the bottom side of the pallet 1 to protect the integrity of the sides of the objects stacked under the pallet 1.

Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, before the pallet 1 with the safety device is used, the goods (goods) to be fixed are firmly placed on the pallet 1; in this embodiment, it can be seen that when the length and/or width of the object carried by the pallet 1 exceeds (or is less than) the length and/or width of the pallet 1, in order to prevent the object from being damaged or damaged by the edge of the object after the cable 6 is used, the user can extend (or not extend) the blade body 51 beyond the length/width edge of the object and turn over the blade body upward to protect the edge of the object; the cable 6 can then be reused to pass outside the sheets 51 and secure the sheets 51, thereby completing the securing and protection of the article. Claims (13)

1. A pallet with a safety mechanism is characterized in that the pallet is provided with an upper surface and a lower surface, at least one groove is arranged on two opposite sides of the upper surface, a telescopic protection plate is fixed on one side of the groove, and the protection plate can extend towards the outside of the groove from the corresponding groove.

2. The pallet with safety mechanism of claim 1 wherein there is further a cable which is a groove on opposite sides across said upper surface.

3. The pallet with safety mechanism of claim 1 wherein said guard plates have an extended total length beyond one side of the pallet.

4. The pallet with safety mechanism of claim 1 wherein the guard plates in the safety mechanism are foldable.

5. The pallet with safety mechanism of claim 1 wherein the length of at least one guard plate in said safety mechanism is different from the length of another guard plate.

6. The pallet with safety mechanism as claimed in claim 1 wherein the height of at least one groove in said safety mechanism on the pallet side is different from the height of another groove on the pallet side.

7. The pallet with safety mechanism of claim 1 wherein said guard plates in said safety mechanism are received in said recesses after folding.

8. The pallet with safety mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the guard plate in said safety mechanism is comprised of a plurality of sheets.

9. The pallet with safety mechanism according to claim 1 or 7 wherein the guard plates in the safety mechanism are made of a plurality of pieces, and the pieces are pivotally connected.

10. The pallet with safety mechanism of claim 1 wherein said safety mechanism includes a right angle shaped auxiliary tab.

11. The pallet with safety mechanism as claimed in claim 7, wherein said safety mechanism includes an auxiliary piece having a right angle shape.

12. The pallet with safety mechanism of claim 1 wherein the upper surface area is greater than the lower surface area.

13. The pallet with safety mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein said grooves have a length/depth of 20-200 mm and a width of 5-20 mm.
