Examples
In order to improve the lubricating performance of the existing pantograph slide plate in a working state, corresponding lubricating layers are usually additionally arranged on two sides or the middle part of the slide plate. For example, chinese patent publication No. CN214355546U discloses a carbon sliding plate having a lubricating layer, in which the lubricating layer is added on both sides of the sliding plate to improve the lubricating performance; further, as disclosed in chinese patent publication No. CN2162379, a mechanical composite pantograph pan is disclosed, which has improved lubrication performance by filling a solid lubricant material in the middle of the pan.
However, through the actual verification discovery, because the connected mode between the lubricated layer of pantograph slide and the slide among the prior art is fixed connection, consequently, no matter set up the lubricated layer in the both sides of slide or set up the middle part at the slide, all there is lubricated inhomogeneous, lubricated effect is not good and the connected condition between lubricated layer and the slide is disturbed, is connected effective area and reduces the scheduling problem. The reason is that: the abrasion rate of a material playing a lubricating role in the lubricating layer is different from that of the sliding plate, so that in the practical application process, as the abrasion rate of the lubricating material is higher, the lubricating material is abraded too fast, so that the contact pressure between the lubricating layer and the contact network cable is gradually reduced after a certain time till the lubricating layer is not contacted with the contact network cable any more, and the problems of insufficient lubrication, poor lubricating effect and the like can occur in the process; meanwhile, due to the reduction of the lubricating material and the influence of factors such as high temperature, high-frequency vibration and abrasion when the sliding plate rubs with the contact network cable, the problems that the connection condition between the lubricating layer and the sliding plate is disturbed, the effective connection area is reduced and the like can also occur.
Therefore, the embodiment provides a pantograph slide plate, which is used for overcoming a series of problems in the prior art, so that the contact pressure between the lubricating structure 1 and the contact network cable is maintained within a certain range in the continuous running process of a railway vehicle, and the lubricating effect is ensured to be good.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the pantograph pan includes a bracket 2, a pan body 3 fixedly disposed on the bracket 2, and at least one lubricating structure 1. Wherein, lubricating structure 1 sets up in the side end face of slide body 3, sets up one respectively in the bottom both sides of bracket 2 and is the mount pad 4 of U type, and this mount pad 4 bottom is provided with a fixed orifices to install this pantograph slide on the pantograph through the fastener.
It can be understood that, with reference to fig. 1, the number of the lubricating structures 1 arranged on the pantograph slide plate in the embodiment is two, and the two lubricating structures 1 are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the slide plate body 3 along the axis of the slide plate body 3, so that the use requirements of pantograph slide plates with different structural forms can be met, the lubricating effect is ensured, and the abrasion of the slide plate is reduced.
In the present embodiment, the lubrication structure 1 comprises a lubrication member 10 and at least one elastic component 20. Wherein the lubricating member 10 is adapted to contact the contact wire, when the lubricating member 10 contacts the contact wire, a contact pressure will be formed between the lubricating member 10 and the contact wire. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the lubricating member 10 includes a lubricating strip 101 and a supporting frame 102 for supporting the lubricating strip 101, the lubricating strip 101 is a fixed structure made of a lubricating material and is in line contact with the contact net through the lubricating strip 101 to perform a lubricating function, and the supporting frame 102 is disposed below the lubricating strip 101, and at this time, the lubricating strip 101 is connected to the supporting frame 102 through a fastening member (such as a bolt). In this embodiment, fixing holes are arranged at the edge positions of the two sides of the support frame 102 along the length direction of the support frame, and holes corresponding to the fixing holes on the support frame 102 are arranged on the lubricating strip 101, so that the lubricating strip 101 and the support frame 102 can be fixedly connected by sequentially passing fasteners through the fixing holes on the support frame 102 and the holes on the lubricating strip 101.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the elastic element 20 is disposed below the lubricating member 10 and connected to the bracket 2, so as to apply a force to the lubricating member 10 through the elastic element 20, so that the lubricating member 10 has a tendency to move towards the contact wire under the action of the force, so that when the lubricating member 10 is worn, the lubricating member 10 moves towards the contact wire under the action of the force applied by the elastic element 20, so that the lubricating member 10 is always in contact with the contact wire, and the contact pressure formed between the lubricating strip 101 and the contact wire is maintained within a certain range.
It can be understood that, based on the fact that the contact pressure between the conventional pantograph slider and the contact wire is usually about 70N, the contact pressure formed between the lubricating strip 101 and the contact wire should be smaller than 70N, that is, under the action of the elastic component 20, the contact pressure formed between the lubricating strip 101 of the lubricating piece 10 and the contact wire should be maintained within a range smaller than 70N and beneficial to the lubricating material of the lubricating strip 101 to fall off, so as to ensure a good lubricating effect without affecting the normal contact power taking between the pantograph slider and the contact wire. It should be noted that, for the contact pressure formed between the lubricant 10 and the contact wire to be determined comprehensively according to the characteristics of the lubricant and the running speed of the rail vehicle, the contact pressure formed between the lubricant strip 101 of the lubricant 10 and the contact wire in this embodiment should be maintained within the range of 30-60N, for example.
Under an actual working state, the top surface of the lubricating strip 101 of the lubricating piece 10 is in continuous contact with the contact network cable, contact pressure is formed between the lubricating strip 101 and the contact network cable, and under the action of the contact pressure, a lubricating material forming the lubricating strip 101 falls off and adheres to the contact network cable, so that a lubricating effect is realized; meanwhile, as the lubricating strip 101 is continuously worn, the contact pressure between the lubricating strip 101 and the contact network cable is gradually reduced, at this time, the acting force applied by the elastic component 20 forces the lubricating piece 10 to move towards the contact network cable, so that the lubricating strip 101 of the lubricating piece 10 can be always in contact with the contact network cable under the condition of wear, and on the basis of realizing the self-adaptive contact of the lubricating piece 10 and the contact network cable, the contact pressure between the lubricating strip 101 of the lubricating piece 10 and the contact network cable is maintained within a certain range, so that the contact network cable is sufficiently lubricated, and the lubricating effect is prevented from being influenced by the wear of the lubricating strip 101.
It should be noted that, the number of the elastic assemblies 20 in this embodiment may be one or more, and when there is one elastic assembly 20, the above function can be realized only by arranging the elastic assembly 20 in the middle of the lubricating member 10; of course, in order to improve the reliability of the lubricating structure 1 in use, a plurality of elastic members 20 may be provided, and the plurality of elastic members 20 may be uniformly distributed along the length direction of the lubricating member 10. For example, with reference to fig. 3, the elastic members 20 of the present embodiment are provided in two, and the two elastic members 20 are symmetrically disposed at the left and right sides below the lubricating member 10.
As can be seen, in the lubricating structure 1 provided in this embodiment, the elastic component 20 is additionally disposed below the lubricating element 10, and in the actual working process, the elastic component 20 can apply an acting force to the lubricating element 10, so as to achieve the self-adaptive contact between the lubricating element 10 and the contact wires, and maintain the contact pressure between the lubricating element 10 and the contact wires within a certain range, which greatly improves the lubricating effect compared to the prior art.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the elastic assembly 20 for applying a force to the lubricating member 10 includes a mounting frame 201, a movable column 202 and an elastic member 203. The mounting frame body 201 is provided with a movable cavity 2011 and is arranged below the lubricating part 10, at this time, one end of the movable column 202 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the support frame 102 of the lubricating part 10, the other end of the movable column 202 penetrates through the movable cavity 2011 of the mounting frame body 201, the movable column 202 is movably connected with the mounting frame body 201, the elastic part 203 is sleeved on the outer wall of the movable column 202 and is located inside the movable cavity 2011, one end of the elastic part 203 is connected with the movable column 202, and the other end of the elastic part 203 is connected with the inner wall of one side, far away from the lubricating part 10, of the movable cavity 2011.
It is understood that the elastic member 203 of the present embodiment may be, but is not limited to, a compression spring, in which case the axis of the movable column 202 coincides with the axis of the compression spring. Of course, the position relationship between the elastic member 203 and the movable column 202 is not limited to the way that the elastic member 203 is sleeved on the outer wall of the movable column 202, and a plurality of elastic members 203 may be provided and distributed uniformly along the axis of the movable column 202, and such arrangement can also achieve the same effect.
With such arrangement, in an initial state, the mounting frame 201 is in a fixed state, the elastic member 203 is in a natural extension state, when the lubricating member 10 is in first contact with the contact net wire, the lubricating member 10 comes from pressure applied by the contact net wire and drives the movable column 202 to move downwards, at this time, the elastic member 203 is compressed under the action of the movable column 202 to prestore an elastic force, and the elastic force can be regarded as an acting force subsequently applied to the lubricating member 10; when the lubricating member 10 is worn, the elastic member 203 slowly releases the pre-stored elastic force to push the lubricating member 10 to the contact net wire through the movable column 202, so that the lubricating member 10 is always in contact with the contact net wire in the working process, the self-adaptive contact between the lubricating member 10 and the contact net wire is realized, meanwhile, the contact pressure between the lubricating strip 101 of the lubricating member 10 and the contact net wire is maintained within a certain range, and the lubricating effect is ensured to be good.
Meanwhile, with continued reference to fig. 4, the elastic assembly 20 of the present embodiment further includes a top ring 204, the top ring 204 is sleeved on the outer wall of the movable column 202 and located in the movable cavity 2011, correspondingly, the outer wall of the movable column 202 is provided with a movable groove 2021 along the axial direction thereof, and the movable groove 2021 extends in the direction away from the lubricating member 10, at this time, a part of the top ring 204 is slidably disposed in the movable groove 2021, so that the top ring 204 can freely slide in a certain range along the axial direction of the movable column 202, and the end of the elastic member 203 away from the elastic member 203 connected with the inner wall of the movable cavity 2011 is fixedly connected with the top ring 204. Specifically, referring to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the top ring 204 is provided with a through hole adapted to the movable column 202, the inner wall of the through hole is provided with a protrusion adapted to the movable groove 2021, and the protrusion is slidably disposed in the movable groove 2021 to achieve the sliding connection between the top ring 204 and the movable column 202.
Based on the above arrangement, since the movable groove 2021 does not penetrate the entire movable column 202, and under the restriction of the elastic member 203, the top ring 204 can only slide in the axial direction of the movable column 202 within a certain range. In an initial state, the top ring 204 is located at the top end of the movable groove 2021 to limit the position of the elastic member 203, and when the lubricating member 10 bears the pressure applied by the contact net wire and drives the movable column 202 to move downward, the movable column 202 can drive the top ring 204 to move synchronously, so that the elastic member 203 is compressed by the top ring 204; conversely, when the elastic member 203 releases the pre-stored elastic force, the elastic member 203 pushes the top ring 204, and further pushes the movable column 202 through the top ring 204, so that the movable column 202 drives the lubricating member 10 to move toward the contact wire, thereby realizing the adaptive contact between the lubricating member 10 and the contact wire. Meanwhile, the arrangement mode is adopted, so that the movable column 202 can be assembled conveniently, the elastic piece 203 can be replaced by a new elastic piece 203 when the elastic piece 203 is out of work due to overlong service time, and the operation is simple and convenient.
It is understood that, in order to improve the stability when the top ring 204 slides along the movable column 202, with continued reference to fig. 6, a plurality of movable grooves 2021 provided on the movable column 202 may be provided, and the plurality of movable grooves 2021 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction (circumferential direction) of the movable column 202. As an example, the number of the movable slots 2021 formed in the movable column 202 is four in this embodiment.
In addition, in the practical application process, due to the fact that the types of the rail vehicles are more, the operating speed ranges of various rail vehicles are wider, and the abrasion conditions of the corresponding lubricating pieces 10 are different when the rail vehicles operate at different speeds, in order to meet the use requirements of the rail vehicles with different operating speeds, pantograph conditions and service environments, the structure of the installation frame 201 is further improved, so that the contact pressure between the lubricating pieces 10 and the contact network wires can be adjusted according to the actual use requirements.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the mounting frame 201 includes an upper frame 2012 and a lower frame 2013. Wherein the upper frame 2012 includes a top plate 20121 and at least one first side plate 20122, the first side plate 20122 is connected to the top plate 20121; it can be understood that the upper frame 2012 of the present embodiment is U-shaped, and the number of the first side plates 20122 is two, and the two first side plates 20122 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the top plate 20121. The lower frame 2013 includes a bottom plate 20131 and at least one second side plate 20132, the second side plate 20132 is connected to the bottom plate 20131, accordingly, the lower frame 2013 of the embodiment is also in a U-shaped structure, the number of the second side plates 20132 is two, and the two second side plates 20132 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bottom plate 20131. The movable cavity 2011 can be formed by enclosing the upper frame 2012 and the lower frame 2013 which are in a U-shaped structure.
It should be noted that, at this time, the connection of the elastic component 20 and the bracket 2 can be understood as a fixed connection between the upper frame 2012 of the mounting frame 201 and the bracket 2, so as to achieve that the mounting frame 201 is always in a fixed state, and the lubricating element 10 extends along the length direction of the skateboard body 3.
With continued reference to fig. 4, one end of the movable post 202 away from the lubricating member 10 sequentially passes through the top plate 20121, the movable cavity 2011 and the bottom plate 20131, and the movable post 202 is movably connected with the top plate 20121 and the movable post 202 is movably connected with the bottom plate 20131, so that the movable post 202 can freely move in the vertical direction. Meanwhile, the first side plate 20122 is provided with a plurality of connecting positions in the vertical direction, the second side plate 20132 is fixedly connected with the first side plate 20122 at the corresponding connecting positions through fasteners, one end, away from the top ring 204, of the elastic piece 203 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the bottom plate 20131, and at the moment, the elastic piece 203 is located between the top ring 204 and the bottom plate 20131.
With the arrangement, the second side plate 20132 is connected with the first side plate 20122 at different connection positions through the fasteners, so that the contact pressure between the lubricating piece 10 and the contact network cable can be adjusted as required, and different use requirements can be met; meanwhile, with the long-term use of the lubricating piece 10, when the lubricating strip 101 of the lubricating piece 10 is worn greatly, the contact pressure between the lubricating strip 101 and the contact net wire can be ensured within an allowable range by reasonably adjusting the installation position of the second side plate 20132, and the service life and the lubricating effect of the lubricating piece 10 are improved. Meanwhile, the installation frame body 201 is formed by the upper frame 2012 and the lower frame 2013 which are arranged independently, so that the parts inside the movable cavity 2011 can be replaced in the later period, specifically, when the elastic piece 203 needs to be replaced, the elastic piece 203 and the top ring 204 can be driven to exit from the movable cavity 2011 only by detaching the lower frame 2013 and pulling the lower frame 2013 downwards, and the operation is simple and convenient.
It can be understood that the plurality of connecting positions correspond to the plurality of first fixing holes arranged on the first side plate 20122, the plurality of first fixing holes are uniformly distributed along the vertical direction of the first side plate 20122, and one first fixing hole corresponds to one connecting position. Correspondingly, a second fixing hole corresponding to the first fixing hole is formed in the second side plate 20132, and the first side plate 20122 and the second side plate 20132 can be fixed by using a corresponding fastener (such as a bolt).
In the illustrated embodiment, the first fixing holes disposed on the first side plate 20122 are divided into two groups, and the two groups of first fixing holes are disposed in parallel, so as to improve the stability when the first side plate 20122 is connected with the second side plate 20132.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes will occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
