The first threaded through hole and the second threaded through hole 142 are preferably arranged at an interval, with particular reference to fig. 3, and the center line of the first threaded through hole is perpendicular to the center line of the second threaded through hole 142, so as to connect the lead screw 121 and the connecting rod 134 of the bolt 131 to the support 140, respectively, to avoid the generation of motion interference between the lead screw 121 moving in the vertical direction and the connecting rod 134 moving in the horizontal direction.
To facilitate the insertion of the connecting portion 132 into the corner fitting hole and into the interior of the bottom corner fitting 160 under the urging of the connecting rod 134, the support 140 preferably includes a guide portion 144. The guide portion 144 is disposed adjacent to the connecting portion 132, and a guide block 145 and a stopper block 146. The guide 144 can pass into or out of the corner fitting hole. The guide portion 144 can guide the movement of the connecting portion 132 in the bottom corner fitting 160 when it penetrates the corner fitting hole.
The stopper has a size larger than that of the guide block 145 in a radial direction of the connection rod 134. As the guide portion 144 passes into the corner fitting hole, the stop block 146 can abut against the bottom corner fitting 160 to secure the guide block 145 in place in the corner fitting hole to facilitate guiding of the connecting portion 132 by the guide portion 144.
To facilitate the arrangement of the first threaded through hole, the stop hole 141 and the second through hole 142, the holder 140 further includes a body portion 143. The body portion 143 is connected to the stopper block. The first and second through holes 142 and 141 are provided in the body portion 143 and the stopper hole 142 and the guide portion 144.
The body portion 143 preferably has a size smaller than that of the stopper in a radial direction of the connecting bar 134 to reduce the consumption of the cradle 140.
The use of the full-angle fine-adjustment leveling device 100 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 4 to 7.
In using the full-angle fine adjustment leveling device 100 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second fastening member 135 such as a lock nut is first loosened, and then the connecting rod 134 is moved in the horizontal direction, so that the connecting portion 132 is vertically inserted into the corner piece hole and enters the bottom corner piece 160 by the driving of the connecting rod 134. The support 140 is then moved in a horizontal direction so that the guide block 145 at the front of the support 140 enters the corner fitting hole until the stop block abuts the bottom corner fitting 160, as shown in particular in fig. 4.
The connecting rod 134 is then moved further in the horizontal direction so that the connecting portion 132 continues to extend horizontally into the bottom corner fitting 160 until the stop block is completely disengaged from the stop hole 141, as shown in particular in fig. 5.
Subsequently, the handle pin 150 is rotated, for example, by 90 °, so that the handle pin 150 is rotated from the vertical state to the horizontal state, and the connecting portion 132 is also rotated from the vertical state to the horizontal state in synchronization. The connecting rod 134 is then moved horizontally towards the corner piece hole, i.e. the connecting rod 134 is pulled back until the connecting portion 132 abuts against the inner side wall of the corner piece hole to reach the latching position, and the stopping portion 133 enters the stopping hole 141 again to prevent the connecting portion 132 from rotating further to disengage from the latching position, and then the second fastening member 135, such as a lock nut, is tightened to achieve the latching connection of the latching member 131 to the bottom corner piece 160, as shown in fig. 6.
Then, the first fastening member 122 such as a compression nut is loosened, and the screw rod 121 is rotated by the engagement of the socket wrench tool with the socket hole 126, thereby lowering the base 110 so that the base 110 is gradually brought into contact with the ground. In the process that the rotating screw rod 121 drives the base 110 to continuously descend, the base 110 can rotate around the spherical part to continuously adjust the angle, and the maximum fit with the ground is realized. After the base 110 is attached to the ground, the first fastening member 122, such as a compression nut, is tightened to lock the lead screw 121.
The operation of separating the full-angle fine-adjustment leveling device 100 from the bottom corner fitting 160 of the container is opposite to the operation of the above-mentioned operation process, and will not be described herein again.
