The machine body 1 is also provided with a cantilever operation box 19 and a plurality of groups of heater air supply fans. A demoulding mechanism 8 is arranged below the core mould rotating tower 5, and the demoulding mechanism 8 is positioned at a box inlet at one end of a paper box conveying mechanism 10. The middle part of the paper box conveying mechanism 10 is provided with an automatic capping mechanism 12 and an ultrasonic cap welding device 11 which are matched with each other, and the cap inlet end of the automatic capping mechanism 12 is connected with the cap outlet end of the continuous cap feeding device 13.
The core mould rotating tower 5 is connected with the automatic capping mechanism 12 through a servo transmission mechanism 20. The servo transmission mechanism 20 includes a turntable synchronous pulley 25, the turntable synchronous pulley 25 is composed of a synchronous wheel main body 37, a rotating shaft mounting hole 38 is provided in the middle of the synchronous wheel main body 37, and a synchronous wheel gear 39 for meshing with the belt teeth of the double-sided tooth synchronous belt 27 is provided on the outer circumference of the synchronous wheel main body 37. The turntable synchronous pulley 25 is connected to the middle of the index turntable 21 of the core mold rotating tower 5 through a turntable rotating shaft 24 provided in the rotating shaft mounting hole 38; and the indexing turntable 21 is provided with a plurality of groups of press-sealing core moulds 22 arranged along the circumferential direction. Meanwhile, a turntable rotating shaft 24 in the middle of the turntable synchronous pulley 25 is arranged in the turntable bearing seat 23, and the driving end of the turntable rotating shaft 24 is connected with a transmission servo motor 26. According to specific use requirements, the output end of the transmission servo motor 26 can be connected with the driving end of the turntable rotating shaft 24 in the middle of the turntable synchronous pulley 25 through a planetary reducer (as shown in fig. 3); the output end of the transmission servo motor 26 can also be connected with the driving end of the turntable rotating shaft 24 of the turntable synchronous pulley 25 through a worm gear reducer 57 (as shown in fig. 9); the transmission servo motor 26 and the turntable rotating shaft 24 can also adopt a cam divider direct connection mode.
A telescopic rotating shaft 35 is movably arranged in a fixed sleeve 34 of the automatic capping mechanism 12 which is arranged in parallel with the core mold rotating tower 5. The rear end of the telescopic rotating shaft 35 is connected with the capping synchronous belt pulley 33, and the front end of the telescopic rotating shaft 35 is provided with a capping pressure plate 36; the rear end of the telescopic rotating shaft 35 is connected with the telescopic end of a cover opening telescopic cylinder 29 arranged on the connecting bracket 30 through a telescopic push rod 31. The capping synchronous pulley 33 has the same structure as the turntable synchronous pulley 25 and also comprises a synchronous pulley main body 37, a rotating shaft mounting hole 38 is formed in the middle of the synchronous pulley main body 37, synchronous pulley gear teeth 39 are formed on the outer circumference of the synchronous pulley main body 37, and the synchronous pulley gear teeth 39 are meshed with the belt teeth of the double-sided tooth synchronous belt 27. The cover opening synchronous belt wheel 33 is connected with the turntable synchronous belt wheel 25 through the double-sided tooth synchronous belt 27, and then the turntable synchronous belt wheel 25 is driven to rotate by the transmission servo motor 26, so that the cover opening synchronous belt wheel 33 is driven to rotate synchronously through the double-sided tooth synchronous belt 27.
The double-sided toothed synchronous belt 27 includes an endless belt body 40, and inner and outer sides of the endless belt body 40 are respectively provided with inner belt teeth 42 and outer belt teeth 41 which are continuously arranged. Two ends of the endless belt body 40 are respectively provided with a synchronous belt driving end 43 and a synchronous belt driven end 44, and the upper and lower sides of the synchronous belt driven end 44 are respectively provided with a reversing bending section 45. Meanwhile, the upper and lower sides of the synchronous pulley 33 are connected with the end of the double-sided tooth synchronous belt 27 through a synchronous belt reversing wheel 32. The synchronous belt reversing wheel 32 is composed of a reversing wheel main body 46, reversing wheel teeth 47 are arranged on the outer circumference of the reversing wheel main body 46, and a reversing wheel rotating shaft 48 is arranged in the middle of the reversing wheel main body 46. Thereby, the double-sided tooth synchronous belt 27 is connected with the turntable synchronous belt wheel 25 through the synchronous belt driving end 43, and is connected with the cover opening synchronous belt wheel 33 through the synchronous belt driven end 44, and the rotating direction of the cover opening synchronous belt wheel 33 is changed through the matching of the reversing bending section 45 and the synchronous belt reversing wheel 32; so as to realize the reverse rotation of the capping synchronous belt wheel 33 and the turntable synchronous belt wheel 25, and make the rotation direction of the capping press plate 36 opposite to the rotation direction of the indexing turntable 21, thereby effectively avoiding the phenomenon that the capping press plate 36 rotating in the same direction (rotating in the same direction as the indexing turntable 21) scrapes the packaging paper boxes 9 conveyed forwards in the production process.
The upper and lower belt surfaces of the endless belt body 40 of the double-sided tooth synchronous belt 27 are respectively provided with a synchronous belt tensioning mechanism 28. The synchronous belt tensioning mechanism 28 comprises a tensioning adjusting sliding block 50, the tensioning adjusting sliding block 50 is composed of a sliding block main body 53, and one side of the sliding block main body 53 is connected with a guide sliding rod on a fixedly arranged tensioning adjusting guide frame 51 through a guide block 54; a tension pulley connecting shaft 55 is provided on the other side of the slider body 53, a timing belt tension pulley 49 is rotatably provided on the tension pulley connecting shaft 55, and the timing belt tension pulley 49 is in contact with the belt surface of the double-sided tooth timing belt 27. Meanwhile, the slider body 53 is further provided with an adjusting rod connecting portion 56, and an end portion of the tension adjusting screw 52 provided between the tension adjusting slider 50 and the tension adjusting guide frame 51 is connected to the adjusting rod connecting portion 56 of the slider body 53. Furthermore, the synchronous belt tension pulley 49 is rotatably arranged on a tension pulley connecting shaft 55 of the tension adjusting sliding block 50, and the tension adjusting sliding block 50 is driven to move on the tension adjusting guide frame 51 by the tension adjusting screw rod 52 so as to change the position of the synchronous belt tension pulley 49, adjust the tightness degree of the double-sided tooth synchronous belt 27 and improve the transmission reliability of the servo transmission mechanism 20.
A servo filling device 14 is arranged along the conveying direction of the packaging carton 9 and in front of the automatic capping mechanism 12. The servo filling device 14 comprises a filling material cylinder 58, a feeding port 59 and a return port 70 are arranged on the filling material cylinder 58, and the feeding port 59 is connected with a rotary washing and blowing ball 80 arranged at the top of the inner side of the filling material cylinder 58 through a cleaning pipeline 71; a temperature sensor 76 and a level sensor 77 are respectively arranged on the filling material cylinder 58 to monitor the temperature of the material in the filling material cylinder 58 and the level of the material, so as to facilitate the automatic control of the device. Further, a pneumatic butterfly valve 60 is provided to each of the inlet port 59, the cleaning line 71, and the return port 70. Meanwhile, a breathing pipeline 74 is arranged at the top of the filling material barrel 58, and a breathing port 75 which is beneficial to the flow of materials in the material barrel is arranged at the end part of the breathing pipeline 74; and then the on-off of the material inlet 59, the cleaning pipeline 71 and the return port 70 is flexibly controlled by using the pneumatic butterfly valve 60, when the temperature of the material liquid in the filling material cylinder 58 is insufficient or the shape is unqualified, the material is sterilized and heated again through the return port 70 and the return pipe, and then the material is fed again for filling.
A material injection pipe 61 is arranged at the lower end of the material filling cylinder 58, and a material injection cylinder body 62 which is vertically arranged is arranged below the material injection pipe 61; a material pushing piston 79 is arranged in the material injection cylinder 62, and the material pushing piston 79 is connected with a telescopic end at the upper end of the vertically arranged material injection servo electric cylinder 63. Moreover, a feeding and discharging port at the upper end of the material injection cylinder 62 is connected with the lower end part of the material injection pipe 61 above the feeding and discharging port through a material injection tee joint 64; the connecting port in the middle of the material injection tee joint 64 is also connected with the connecting port in the middle of the material discharge tee joint 67 through the material injection bent pipe 66, and the connecting port at the lower part of the material discharge tee joint 67 is connected with the upper end of the filling vertical pipe 68.
An injection piston assembly 65 is arranged between the lower end of the injection pipe 61 and the upper end of the injection tee joint 64, and a discharge piston assembly 69 is arranged between the lower end of the discharge tee joint 67 and the upper end of the filling vertical pipe 68. Therefore, the material pushing piston 79 in the material injection cylinder 62 is driven by the material injection servo electric cylinder 63 to reciprocate, so that the material injection cylinder 62 is used for sucking the material of the required filling amount from the filling material cylinder 58, and the material in the material injection cylinder 62 is discharged to the filling vertical pipe 68 through the material injection elbow 66 for filling. Meanwhile, in the feeding and discharging process of the material injection cylinder 62, the material injection piston assembly 65 is used for opening or closing the connection between the material injection tee joint 64 and the material injection pipe 61, and the material discharge piston assembly 69 is used for closing or opening the connection between the material discharge tee joint 67 and the filling vertical pipe 68, so that the high-precision and quick filling of unit materials is facilitated.
The material injection piston assembly 65 and the material discharge piston assembly 69 have the same structure and each include a hollow connecting shell 81, the connecting shell 81 is composed of a shell main body 86, the upper end of the shell main body 86 is provided with a shell feeding end 87, and the lower end of the shell main body 86 is provided with a shell discharging end 88. A circle of supporting pad limiting convex edge 89 is arranged in the middle of the inner wall of the shell main body 86, a guiding supporting pad 82 is fixedly arranged on the supporting pad limiting convex edge 89, a plurality of groups of supporting pad clamping convex blocks 93 are arranged on the guiding supporting pad 82, and a supporting pad material passing arc groove 94 is arranged between two adjacent groups of supporting pad clamping convex blocks 93; in order to utilize supporting pad joint lug 93, will lead to the fixed setting of supporting pad 82 on connecting the spacing protruding edge 89 of the inside supporting pad of casing 81 to make the material pass through the middle part that connects casing 81 through the material arc groove 94 via each supporting pad of direction supporting pad 82 and flow through the chamber.
A piston closing groove 90 is formed in the shell main body 86 and below the supporting pad limiting convex edge 89, a conical piston 83 is arranged in the piston closing groove 90, a piston rod 84 on the upper portion of the conical piston 83 is movably inserted into a through hole in the middle of the guiding supporting pad 82, and the upper end of the piston rod 84 penetrates through the guiding supporting pad 82 and extends upwards; the upper end of the piston rod 84 is also sleeved with a spring limiting clamping sleeve 91, and the spring limiting clamping sleeve 91 is fixed on the piston rod 84 through a clamping sleeve positioning pin 92. A return spring 85 sleeved outside the piston rod 84 is arranged between the upper edge of the spring limiting clamping sleeve 91 and the upper side of the guide supporting pad 82. Thus, the piston rod 84 is lifted upwards by the compression elasticity of the return spring 85 between the guide support pad 82 and the spring limiting clamp sleeve 91, and the conical piston 83 is made to close the piston closing groove 90 at the lower part of the shell main body 86, namely: blocking the charge piston assembly 65 or the discharge piston assembly 69. In the filling process, the pushing piston 79 in the material injection cylinder 62 is used to change the pressure in the material injection cylinder 62 along with the action of the material injection servo electric cylinder 63, and the conical piston 83 is driven to reciprocate along the piston rod 84 by the pressure change, so that the material injection piston assembly 65 or the material discharge piston assembly 69 is opened or closed.
The upper ends of piston rods 84 of conical pistons 83 of injection piston assembly 65 and discharge piston assembly 69 are also provided with actuating cylinder actuating ends 95, respectively, which facilitate the piston assemblies to be normally open. The opening cylinder driving end 95 of the piston rod 84 of the material injection piston assembly 65 pushes the long rod 78 through the piston positioned in the filling material cylinder 58, and is connected with the telescopic end of the material injection piston opening cylinder 72 arranged at the top of the filling material cylinder 58; the opening cylinder driving end 95 of the piston rod 84 of the discharging piston assembly 69 is connected with the telescopic end of the discharging piston opening cylinder 73 arranged at the upper port of the discharging tee 67. In the process of cleaning the filling device, the injection piston opening cylinder 72 (including the piston pushing long rod 78) and the discharging piston opening cylinder 73 are utilized to respectively press the corresponding conical pistons 83, so that the injection piston assembly 65 and the discharging piston assembly 69 are both in a normally open state, and continuous cleaning of the servo filling device 14 is facilitated.
A servo filling lifting mechanism 15 is arranged below the filling vertical pipe 68 at the discharge end of the servo filling device 14. The servo filling lifting mechanism 15 comprises a lifting connecting frame 96, a filling lifting rod 105 which is vertically arranged is arranged on the lifting connecting frame 96, and the upper part of the filling lifting rod 105 is connected with a spacing transverse plate 97 on the upper part of the lifting connecting frame 96 through a lifting guide sleeve 107. The lower part of the filling lifting rod 105 is fixedly connected with the belt body of an annular lifting synchronous belt 103 arranged along the lifting direction of the lifting rod through a synchronous belt connecting seat 104. A rotating shaft of a lifting belt pulley 102 at one end of an annular lifting synchronous belt 103 is connected with the output end of a lifting servo motor 99 arranged on a lifting motor fixing frame 98; the rotating shaft of the lifting belt pulley 102 at the other end of the annular lifting synchronous belt 103 is connected with a belt pulley tensioning frame 100 through a bearing, and a tensioning adjusting bolt 101 is further arranged on the belt pulley tensioning frame 100.
A lifting sucker 106 is arranged on the filling lifting rod 105 of the servo filling lifting mechanism 15 and at the upper end above the spacing transverse plate 97; the lower end of the filling lifting rod 105 is provided with a lifting vacuum connection port. Moreover, the side part of the filling lifting rod 105 is also provided with an anti-twist guide rod 109 arranged along the direction parallel to the lifting rod; the upper part of the anti-twisting guide rod 109 fixedly connects the fixing seat 108 with the spacing transverse plate 97 through a guide rod, and the lower part of the anti-twisting guide rod 109 is slidably connected with the side part of the synchronous belt connecting seat 104 through an anti-twisting guide sliding sleeve 110. Therefore, the lifting servo motor 99 is utilized to drive the annular lifting synchronous belt 103 to rotate, so as to drive the synchronous belt connecting seat 104 fixedly connected to the belt surface and the lifting rod on the synchronous belt connecting seat to reciprocate up and down along the lifting guide sleeve 107, and then the lifting sucker 106 at the upper end of the lifting rod drives the packaging carton 9 to move up and down in the carton lifting space 113, thereby facilitating the high-speed filling of materials. Meanwhile, the anti-twisting guide sliding sleeve 110 slides to and fro on the vertically arranged anti-twisting guide rod 109, so that the synchronous belt connecting seat 104 and the filling lifting rod 105 on the synchronous belt connecting seat rotate along with the annular lifting synchronous belt 103 to guide the lifting process, the twisting of the filling lifting rod 105 during high-speed lifting is effectively prevented, and the filling lifting stability of the packaging carton 9 is ensured.
A box guide frame mechanism 16 is also arranged between the upper end of the servo filling lifting mechanism 15 and the filling vertical pipe 68 of the servo filling device 14. A paper box top preheating and press-sealing mechanism 17 is arranged in front of the filling vertical pipe 68 of the servo filling device 14 along the conveying direction of the packaging paper box 9, and a branding type date printing mechanism 123 is arranged in front of the paper box top preheating and press-sealing mechanism 17; a box outlet conveying mechanism 18 is arranged at the box outlet at the other end of the paper box conveying mechanism 10. The box guide frame mechanism 16 comprises a connecting base 111 connected with the filling machine body 1, and two groups of L-shaped supporting frames 112 which are arranged up and down are arranged on the connecting base 111; inside the L-shaped support frame 112, a vertically arranged carton lifting space 113 is provided. The cross section of the carton lifting space 113 is rectangular, and two groups of roller guide box frames 114 which are vertically arranged are arranged at the diagonal positions of the rectangular cross section of the carton lifting space 113. The roller guide frame 114 is formed of guide frame 115, and the guide frame 115 is connected to the end portions of the two extending ends of the L-shaped support frame 112. Moreover, a plurality of groups of longitudinal rollers 116 and transverse rollers 117 are respectively arranged on the guide box connecting frame 115 of each roller guide box frame 114 and two adjacent vertical surfaces facing the paper box lifting space 113, and the longitudinal rollers 116 and the transverse rollers 117 are respectively vertically arranged.
The guide box connecting frame 115 of the roller guide box frame 114 comprises a connecting frame main body 118, and roller mounting holes 119 which are vertically arranged are respectively arranged on two adjacent vertical surfaces of the connecting frame main body 118; further, the longitudinal rollers 116 and the lateral rollers 117 are respectively installed in the roller installation holes 119 on two adjacent vertical surfaces of the connecting frame body 118, so that the packing cartons 9 reciprocally lifted with the servo filling and lifting mechanism 15 in the carton lifting and lowering space 113 are guided by rolling by the sets of the longitudinal rollers 116 and the lateral rollers 117 arranged at 90 degrees to each other. Simultaneously, for hoisting device's use reliability, the gyro wheel mounting hole 119 that sets up respectively on two adjacent facades of link main part 118 adopts along vertical, interval staggered arrangement's in proper order structural style, promptly: the longitudinal roller 116 and the transverse roller 117 are not at the same horizontal height position; therefore, the longitudinal rollers 116 and the transverse rollers 117 which are arranged on two adjacent vertical surfaces and are arranged at intervals in sequence are utilized to increase the guiding stability of the roller box guiding frame 114. The longitudinal rollers 116 and the transverse rollers 117 arranged on the guide box connecting frame 115 of the roller guide box frame 114 have the same structure and both comprise roller wheels 120, roller rotating shafts 121 are arranged in the middle of the roller wheels 120, and roller connecting parts 122 are arranged at one ends of the roller rotating shafts 121; the roller wheels 120 are respectively connected to the roller mounting holes 119 on two adjacent vertical surfaces of the guide box connecting frame 115 through the roller connecting portions 122, so that the roller wheels 120 are in rolling contact with the packaging carton 9.
When the high-speed full-automatic roof bag filling machine is used, firstly, the paper box drawing and forming device 3 draws and forms the sheet-shaped paper boxes at the bottom of the paper box sheet storehouse 2, and the drawing and forming packaging paper boxes 9 are sleeved on the press sealing core mould 22 of the core mould rotating tower 5 one by one. Then, the transmission servomotor 26 drives the index rotary table 21 of the core mold rotary tower 5 to rotate in an indexed manner, and the bottom of the packaging carton 9 on the press-sealing core mold 22 is press-sealed stepwise by the index rotary table 21 in accordance with the index rotation of the index rotary table 4, the carton bottom prefolding mechanism 6, and the carton bottom press-sealing mechanism 7 above the core mold rotary tower 5, respectively. Thereafter, the package carton 9 having a bottom sealed by pressure, which is positioned at the lowermost end of the core mold turning tower 5, is separated downward from the press-sealing core mold 22 by the mold release suction cup of the mold release mechanism 8 below the core mold turning tower 5. The packaging paper box 9 separated from the core mold rotating tower 5 is conveyed to a capping station of an automatic capping mechanism 12 through a paper box conveying mechanism 10; meanwhile, the capping timing pulley 33 connected to the rear end of the telescopic shaft 35 in the fixing sleeve 34 of the automatic capping mechanism 12 is connected to the turntable timing pulley 25 of the core mold turning tower 5 through the double-sided tooth timing belt 27, and the rotation direction of the capping timing pulley 33 is changed by the cooperation of the reversing curved section 45 of the double-sided tooth timing belt 27 and the timing belt reversing wheel 32. And then the cover opening synchronous belt wheel 33 and the rotary table synchronous belt wheel 25 synchronously and reversely rotate, the cover opening pressing plate 36 at the front end of the telescopic rotating shaft 35 rotates at an interval of 180 degrees, and the cover opening telescopic cylinder 29 drives the cover opening pressing plate 36 at the front end of the telescopic rotating shaft 35 to be matched and extruded with the ultrasonic cover welding device 11, so that the box cover conveyed by the continuous cover conveying device 13 is stably welded on the packaging paper box 9.
The packaging carton 9 with the welded box cover is continuously conveyed forwards to the position right below the filling vertical pipe 68 at the lower end of the servo filling device 14 by the carton conveying mechanism 10; the servo-fill lifting mechanism 15 then drives the fill lifting rod 105 up, so that the packaging cartons 9 are quickly lifted up to the filling starting position. Subsequently, the material injection servo cylinder 63 of the servo filling device 14 drives the material pushing piston 79 in the material injection cylinder 62 to move downwards, and by means of the change of the internal pressure of the material injection cylinder 62, the conical piston 83 of the material injection piston assembly 65 between the material injection pipe 61 and the material injection tee 64 is opened (at this time, the conical piston 83 of the material discharge piston assembly 69 at the upper end of the filling vertical pipe 68 is in a closed state), so that the material in the filling cylinder 58 quantitatively flows into the material injection cylinder 62 through the material injection pipe 61. Then, the injection servo electric cylinder 63 pushes the pushing piston 79 in the injection cylinder 62 to move upward, and the conical piston 83 of the discharging piston assembly 69 between the discharging tee 67 and the filling vertical pipe 68 is opened by the change of the internal pressure of the injection cylinder 62 (at this time, the conical piston 83 of the injection piston assembly 65 at the lower end of the injection pipe 61 is in a closed state by the return spring 85), so that the material in the injection cylinder 62 is discharged to the filling vertical pipe 68 through the injection elbow 66 and the discharging tee 67, and the material is quickly filled with high-precision quantitative material. In the process of filling the material into the packaging carton 9 through the filling vertical tube 68, along with the rise of the liquid level in the packaging carton 9, the lifting suction cups 106 at the upper ends of the filling lifting rods 105 of the servo filling lifting mechanism 15 gradually pull the packaging carton 9 downwards (the position of the filling vertical tube 68 is fixed), and the filling operation is completed quickly and smoothly.
Meanwhile, in the process that the packaging carton 9 is lifted and lowered back and forth along with the servo filling lifting mechanism 15, two roller guide box frames 114 which are diagonally arranged on the L-shaped supporting frame 112 of the box guide frame mechanism 16, and a plurality of groups of longitudinal rollers 116 and transverse rollers 117 which are arranged on each roller guide box frame 114 at 90 degrees to each other are utilized to roll and guide the movement of the packaging carton 9 in the carton lifting space 113; thereby effectively preventing the color printing and the PE film on the outer surface of the packaging paper box 9 from being scratched, avoiding the leaving of irreparable friction marks, ensuring the appearance quality of products and being beneficial to the improvement of the filling operation speed. Thereafter, the carton conveying mechanism 10 conveys the filled packaging cartons 9 one by one below the carton top preheating press-sealing mechanism 17 to perform top press-sealing of the upper end openings of the packaging cartons 9. The top-sealed (sealed) packaging cartons 9 are transported to a subsequent transfer line by an out-of-carton transport mechanism 18 at the end of the carton transport mechanism 10.
