During unlocking, the battery replacing trolley 10 drives the locking and unlocking mechanism 11 to lift to the bottom of the vehicle battery under the action of the lifting machine 2 for unlocking, then the lifting machine descends, and the battery replacing trolley drives the battery to enter the charging bin.
When locking, the battery replacement trolley 10 carries a fully charged battery from the charging bin to the crane, and then the crane carries the battery to the trolley battery installation position for locking operation, as shown in fig. 6.
The stacker 3 mainly comprises a stacker rack 30, a lifting assembly 32, a telescopic fork 31, a walking assembly 33 and a guide rail 34. The stacker 3 can move in the X direction through the guide rail 34 so as to center different battery racks 4, and after reaching a specified position, the telescopic fork 31 can freely extend and retract in the Y direction, so that two rows of batteries on the battery racks 4 which are oppositely arranged can be conveniently forked; after the battery fork is taken, the battery is placed at the battery replacing trolley 10, as shown in fig. 6 and 7.
A plurality of liquid refrigerators 6 are placed at the nearest part of the battery rack, so that the running of pipes is facilitated; simultaneously, the charging bin is provided with a fire-fighting cabinet 9 to prevent accidents.
An independent space is arranged at the joint of the electricity changing bin 1 and the charging bin 5 to serve as a control room 8, the control room 8 can serve as an activity area of workers, and office desk computers and monitoring equipment thereof are arranged in the control room, so that real-time dynamics of the electricity changing bin and the charging bin can be observed at any time.
Under the battery replacement mode, a vehicle owner can only purchase a vehicle without a battery, then a full-charge battery of the battery replacement station is rented and installed on the vehicle, and when the full-charge battery is converted into a power-loss battery due to the consumption of electric energy in the driving process, the vehicle owner only needs to drive the vehicle to the battery replacement station to replace the battery.
The battery replacing station adopts a mode that the hoisting machine drives the replacing trolley to realize the locking and unlocking of the battery of the truck by the unlocking mechanism, and the replacing trolley does not need to provide the hoisting function, so that the thickness of the replacing trolley can be compressed to the maximum extent, and vehicles with different chassis heights can be met.
