Since the hook of the current clothes hanger is usually configured to be a hook shape, when the clothes hanger is hung on the hanging rod of the clothes nursing machine, the clothes hanger needs to be inclined to be hung on the hanging rod. And when the clothes rack is inclined, the clothes on the clothes rack are easy to fall off. After the clothes hanger is hung, a user needs to adjust the clothes again to be able to perform clothes care, and the user experience is seriously influenced. Therefore, the connecting part of the clothes rack assembly is arranged on the fixing part in a sliding clamping mode, so that clothes can be hung on a target component without inclining the connecting part, and the problem that the clothes fall off due to inclining the clothes rack can be effectively avoided.
A possible implementation of the hanger assembly for a laundry care machine of the present invention is explained below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in figure 1, the clothes nursing machine comprises a cabinet body, wherein a hanging rod 1 is arranged on the upper part of the cabinet body, and the hanging rod 1 is arranged on the inner side of the top of the cabinet body in a screwing mode, an inserting mode and the like. When clothes are nursed, the clothes to be nursed can be hung on the hanging rod 1 through the clothes hanger component 2, so that the clothes to be nursed can be hung in the cabinet body, and then the nursing can be carried out. The clothes rack assembly 2 comprises a fixing portion 21 and a connecting portion 22, wherein the fixing portion 21 is fixedly arranged on the hanging rod 1, and for example, the fixing portion 21 is fixedly arranged on the hanging rod 1 in a welding, screwing or integrated forming mode and the like. The attachment portion 22 is provided to the fixing portion 21 in a slide-click manner, and the attachment portion 22 is provided to be able to hang the laundry. When hanging clothes, firstly, the clothes are hung on the connecting part 22, and then the connecting part 22 is installed on the fixing part 21 in a sliding clamping mode, so that the clothes can be hung on a target part without inclining the connecting part 22 in the process of hanging the clothes, and the problem that the clothes fall off due to inclining the clothes hanger can be effectively avoided.
It should be noted that the hanging rod 1 may not be arranged in the cabinet, in this case, the fixing portion 21 may be fixedly arranged at the top of the cabinet, and the fixing portion 21 extends downward from the top of the cabinet. The skilled person can flexibly select the specific arrangement form of the clothes care machine according to the specific application scenario as long as the clothes can be hung in the cabinet body through the clothes hanger assembly 2.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, fixing portion 21 includes a connecting rod 211 and a latch 212, connecting rod 211 has a substantially cylindrical structure, latch 212 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped structure, and latch 212 is disposed at an end of connecting rod 211 remote from hanging rod 1 (i.e., at a lower end of connecting rod 211 as shown in fig. 1), so that substantially T-shaped fixing portion 21 is formed by connecting rod 211 and latch 212. The end of connecting rod 211 remote from latch 212 (i.e., the upper end of connecting rod 211 as shown in fig. 1) is fixedly disposed on hanging rod 1, so that latch 212 is fixedly disposed on hanging rod 1.
The connection portion 22 includes a card slot 221 and a hanging portion 222 connected to the card slot 221, the hanging portion 222 is configured to be able to hang clothes, the card slot 221 includes a slot bottom 2211 and slot walls 2212 perpendicular to each other, the slot walls 2212 are disposed on both sides of the slot bottom 2211 in the width direction thereof, the slot bottom 2211 extends in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the connection rod 211 (i.e., extends in a horizontal direction as shown in fig. 1), and the slot walls 2212 extend from the slot bottom 2211 toward a direction close to the hanging rod 1 (i.e., upward as shown in fig. 1), thereby constituting a groove-shaped structure that is downward concave.
It should be noted that, the notch 221 may be provided at an end of the coupling rod 211 distant from the hanging rod 1, the latch 212 may be provided at the connecting portion 22, the groove bottom 2211 of the notch 221 may be in contact with the coupling rod 211, and the groove wall 2212 may extend from the groove bottom 2211 in a direction away from the hanging rod 1 (i.e., downward in fig. 1). A person skilled in the art can flexibly select a specific arrangement form of the fixing portion 21 and the connecting portion 22 according to a specific application scenario, as long as the connecting portion 22 can be slidably and snappingly arranged on the fixing portion 21.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the connecting portion 22 further includes two turned edges 223 oppositely disposed, and the two turned edges 223 are respectively disposed on top of the two slot walls 2212, so that when the latch 212 is slidably snapped into the slot 221, the side (i.e., the upper side as shown in fig. 1) of the latch 212 that is connected to the connecting rod 211 abuts against the inner side of the turned edge 223 under the gravity. Due to the abutting of turned-up edge 223 and fixture block 212, fixture block 212 can be continuously located in fixture groove 221 without coming off along the length direction of connecting rod 211 (i.e. the vertical direction as shown in fig. 1), so that the connection between fixing portion 21 and connecting portion 22 can be better ensured.
It should be noted that the turned edge 223 may be provided not at the top of the groove wall 2212 but at another position near the top of the groove wall 2212. Obviously, the connecting portion 22 may not include the flange 223, for example, a groove may be provided inside the groove wall 2212, and the latch 212 may have an extended end extending outward, and when assembled, at least a portion of the extended end extends into the groove, and the extended end can slide along the groove, so that the latch 212 can be continuously located in the slot 221 by the engagement of the extended end and the groove. For another example, a magnetic adsorption component (e.g., a magnet) and a docking component (e.g., an iron sheet) capable of being adsorbed by the magnetic adsorption component are respectively disposed on the fixture block 212 and the card slot 221, and the fixture block 212 can be continuously located in the card slot 221 through the magnetic adsorption effect between the fixture block 212 and the card slot 221. Those skilled in the art can flexibly select the specific arrangement of the connecting portion 22 and the latch 212 according to the specific application scenario, as long as the latch 212 is continuously located in the slot 221, and the connection between the fixing portion 21 and the connecting portion 22 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1-3 and in the orientation shown in fig. 1, connecting portion 22 is provided with stop structures 224 at each end of slot 221 along its length, and two stop structures 224 are provided at each end of slot bottom 2211. The stopper 224 is substantially a block-shaped structure, the stopper 224 is provided with a first inclined surface 2241 and a second inclined surface 2242 on an upper side surface thereof, and the first inclined surface 2241 and the second inclined surface 2242 are respectively provided at both ends of the stopper 224 along a length direction of the slot 221 and are inclined downward from inside to outside along a height direction of the stopper 224. A third inclined surface 2121 and a fourth inclined surface 2122 are provided on a side surface (i.e., a lower side surface as shown in fig. 1) of the latch 212 away from the coupling rod 211, and the third inclined surface 2121 and the fourth inclined surface 2122 are respectively provided at both ends of the latch 212 to be inclined downward from the outside to the inside in a height direction of the latch 212.
When assembled, the second inclined surface 2242 and the fourth inclined surface 2122, and the first inclined surface 2241 and the third inclined surface 2121 are engaged with each other, so that the latch 212 can be engaged with the latch groove 221. After being assembled, the two stopping structures 224 can block the latch 212 from being pulled out along the length direction of the latch slot 221, so that the latch 212 can be better kept in the latch slot 221, and the connection between the fixing portion 21 and the connecting portion 22 is ensured. It should be noted that the first inclined surface 2241, the second inclined surface 2242, the third inclined surface 2121, and the fourth inclined surface 2122 may also be configured as arc surfaces, which can be flexibly selected by a person skilled in the art as long as the fixture 212 can be conveniently installed.
Obviously, only one end of the card slot 221 along the length direction thereof may be provided with the above-mentioned stop structure 224, and those skilled in the art may select it flexibly.
In this embodiment, the stopping structure 224 may be made of a deformable material, such as rubber or plastic, and when an external force is applied, the stopping structure 224 deforms, so that the clamping block 212 can be clamped into the clamping groove 221. After the latch 212 is clamped into the clamping groove 221, the stopping structure 224 is sprung up to stop the latch 212 from coming out along the length direction of the clamping groove 221.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the stop structure 224 may be disposed inside the flange 223, in which case, the height of the latch 212 is smaller than the distance between the latch 212 and the groove bottom 2211, when the latch 212 is mounted, the side (i.e., the lower side as shown in fig. 1) of the latch 212 far from the connecting rod 211 is attached to the groove bottom 2211, and then the latch 212 slides along the length direction of the slot 221, so that the latch 212 is locked in the slot 221. When assembled, under the action of gravity, the side (i.e., the upper side as shown in fig. 1) of the latch 212, which is connected to the connecting rod 211, abuts against the inner side of the turned-over edge 223, and the stop structure 224 disposed on the inner side of the turned-over edge 223 can also stop the latch 212 from coming out along the length direction of the slot 221.
It should be noted that, the end of the slot 221 may not be provided with the stop structure 224, for example, when the latch 212 is connected to the slot 221 in a magnetic adsorption manner, the latch 212 may be continuously located in the slot 221 without providing the stop structure 224. Those skilled in the art can flexibly select the position according to a specific application scenario as long as the fixture 212 is continuously located inside the card slot 221.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 6, the hanging part 222 is connected to the groove bottom 2211 of the slot 221, so that the clothes hanger assembly 2 only needs to occupy less space along the radial direction of the connecting rod 211 (i.e. along the length direction of the hanging rod 1 in fig. 1), and in the limited space in the cabinet body of the clothes care machine, more clothes hanger assemblies 2 can be arranged, and more clothes can be hung on the hanging rod 1, so that more clothes can be treated at one time, and the user experience is improved. Of course, the hanging portion 222 may be connected to the groove wall 2212 of the slot 221.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the hanging part 222 includes a cross bar 2221 and two supporting members 2222, a first end of each supporting member 2222 is connected to the bottom of the slot 221, and a second end of each supporting member 2222 is connected to one end of the cross bar 2221, so that the hanging part 222 is connected to the slot 221, and a generally triangular hanging part 222 is formed, so that the hanging part 222 is more stable, and can support heavier and larger clothes. When the laundry is hung on the hanging part 222, the laundry can be supported by the two supporting pieces 2222. The cross bar 2221 can be used for hanging some lighter and smaller articles or articles which are inconvenient to hang through the support 2222, such as socks, scarves and the like. Each of the supporting parts 2222 is provided with a non-slip part 2223, and the non-slip part 2223 includes a base 22231 provided to the supporting part 2222 and a plurality of protrusions 22232 provided to the base 22231, so that after the laundry is hung on the hanging part 222, the laundry can be prevented from slipping off by the protrusions 22232, and thus the laundry can be hung better.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, the hanging part 222 includes a supporting rod 2224 and two clamps 2225, and the supporting rod 2224 is connected to the bottom of the slot 221, so that the connection between the hanging part 222 and the slot 221 is realized. The two ends of the supporting rod 2224 are respectively extended with a fixing rod 22241, and the two clamps 2225 are respectively disposed on the fixing rod 22241. The hanging part 222 thus provided can clamp relatively small objects such as socks, handkerchiefs, etc. by the clamp 2225, and the objects clamped by the clamp 2225 will be relatively tight and will not fall off. Heavier, larger laundry is supported by the support bar 2224. Obviously, the fixing rod 22241 may not be disposed on the supporting rod 2224, the supporting rod 2224 may be disposed in a thin tubular structure like the fixing rod 22241, and the clamp 2225 may be disposed directly on the supporting rod 2224.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the number of the clamps 2225 included in the hanging part 222 is not limited, and the number of the clamps 2225 is two and is only described as an example, which should not be understood by those skilled in the art as a limitation to the number of the clamps 2225.
