a coke loading dust collection cover is covered above a coke loading port of the dry quenching tank and is connected with the bottom of a coke tank, a water sealing cover, a coke guide tank and a moving mechanism are arranged in the coke loading dust collection cover, the moving mechanism is respectively connected with the water sealing cover and the coke guide tank, the coke guide tank is arranged beside the coke loading port of the dry quenching tank, the water sealing cover is arranged on the coke loading port of the dry quenching tank during non-coke loading time, the coke guide tank is arranged on the coke loading port of the dry quenching tank during coke loading, and the water sealing cover and the coke guide tank realize cooperative movement through an electro-hydraulic push rod of the moving mechanism to complete the opening and closing actions of the coke loading port of the dry quenching tank; the upper part of the coke-containing dust-collecting cover is connected with the side wall of the coke tank;
the coke tank dust collection cover is fixed on a coke tank guide rail frame of the hoister and moves horizontally along with the hoister; the lifter is connected with the coke tank, the coke tank is arranged in the coke tank dust hood, when coke is loaded, the lifter lifts the coke tank into the coke tank dust hood, the lifter horizontally moves the coke tank and the coke tank dust hood to the upper part of the coke tank groove at the same time, the coke tank dust hood is in sealed butt joint with the coke tank groove, the lifter places the coke tank on the coke tank groove, and the coke tank opens the bottom plate to load the coke into the dry quenching groove through the coke tank groove; the dust collecting cover of the coke tank is connected with the dust remover, so that a large amount of smoke dust generated in the coke charging process is discharged to the dust remover through the inner cavity of the dust remover.
