the labeling robot 24 includes a labeling tool holder 241, a labeling tool post 242, and a tool post driver 243; one side of the marking tool holder 241 is connected to the first vertical plate 21, the marking tool holder 241 is located above the marking platform, a first through hole 2411 is formed in the marking tool holder 241, and the first through hole 2411 penetrates through the marking tool holder 241 and corresponds to the label position. The marking tool post 242 is located above the marking tool holder 241, the marking tool post 242 is movably connected with the first through hole 2411, and the marking tool post 242 is used for grabbing marking materials; the knife cylinder driving member 243 is connected to the first vertical plate 21, the knife cylinder driving member 243 is connected to the marking knife cylinder 242, and the knife cylinder driving member 243 drives the marking knife cylinder 242 to move relative to the conveying platform 11.
The marking tool post 242 includes an initial position, a cutting marking position, and a labeling position from top to bottom on the movement path.
When the marking tool post 242 is in the initial position, the marking material is conveyed by the recycling assembly 23 such that the marking material covers the first through hole 2411. The marking knife column 242 is located at the cutting marking position, the marking knife column 242 is inserted into the first through hole 2411, so that the marking material is driven to be separated from the adhesive tape waste material, and the marking material is located at the bottom end of the marking knife column 242. The marking knife cylinder 242 is located at the marking position, and the bottom end of the marking knife cylinder 242 extends through the first through hole 2411, so that the marking material is fed to the marking position of the conveying platform 11 and attached to the material located at the marking position.
The labeling manipulator 24 is simplified in structure, and compared with the traditional structure that labels are firstly torn and then conveyed for being pasted. The labeling manipulator 24 in this embodiment completes the operations of cutting and labeling the label material at a time through the labeling tool post 242 moving in the vertical direction, so that not only the manipulator structure occupies a small space, but also the labeling efficiency is greatly improved, and the structural practicability is strong.
The marking tool holder 241 comprises a first supporting plate 2412 and a marking guide block 2413, wherein the first supporting plate 2412 is used for supporting a marking material; the label sticking guide block 2413 is arranged above the first support plate 2412, one side of the label sticking guide block 2413 is connected with the side surface of the first vertical plate 21, and one side of the bottom end of the label sticking guide block 2413 is connected with one side of the first support plate 2412. The first through hole 2411 penetrates through the labeling guide block 2413 and the first support plate 2412, a labeling channel is arranged between the first support plate 2412 and the labeling guide block 2413, and a waste guide groove 2413a is arranged at one end, far away from the labeling storage component 22, of the labeling guide block 2413. Waste material direction recess 2413a leads the sticky tape waste material, promotes the stability of marking material in transmission process, is convenient for paste the accurate unloading of mark manipulator 24.
In the present invention, the first support plate 2412 is detachably connected to the labeling guide block 2413. This structural design is convenient for detect the material loading quantity of marking material, and convenient to use person makes statistics of the quantity of unqualified chip on a material, and structural practicality is strong.
The working principle of the chip carrier tape detector in the embodiment is explained as follows:
the direction of conveying materials along the conveying platform 11 is a first direction, the direction of conveying the materials by the first clamping device 3 is the first direction, the first clamping device 3 drives the first material tray 3a to rotate along the first direction, the second clamping device 4 drives the second material tray 4a to rotate in the direction opposite to the first direction, and the third clamping device 5 drives the third material tray 5a to rotate in the direction same as the first direction of the first material tray 3 a.
The two groups of mark positions are respectively a first mark position and a second mark position which are oppositely arranged at two sides of the detection position; the first marking position is arranged on one side of the detection position close to the first clamping device 3, and the second marking position is arranged on one side of the detection position far away from the first clamping device 3. The two groups of detection machine labeling mechanisms 2 are respectively a first detection machine labeling mechanism 2a and a second detection machine labeling mechanism 2b, the first detection machine labeling mechanism 2a is arranged between the photographing detection device 6 and the first clamping device 3, and the second detection machine labeling mechanism 2b is arranged between the photographing detection device 6 and the second clamping device 4.
When the materials are conveyed to the second marking position from the photographing detection position in the first direction, the second detection machine carries out pasting and marking on the detected unqualified materials at the second marking position by the pasting and marking mechanism 2 b. At this time, the first material tray 3a is a material tray to be detected, the second material tray 4a is a material tray after detection, and the third material tray 5a is a material returning tray. The chip carrier tape detection mechanism conveys materials to be detected between the first clamping device 3 and the second clamping device 4, then returns the materials between the second material tray 4a and the third material tray 5a, and guarantees that the winding surfaces of the materials are consistent if the material trays to be detected are arranged.
When the materials are conveyed from the photographing detection position to the first marking position in the first direction, the first detection machine carries out pasting and marking on the detected unqualified materials at the first marking position by the pasting and marking mechanism 2 a. the first through hole penetrates through the first guide block and the first support plate, a marked material channel is arranged between the first support plate and the first guide block, and a waste material guide groove is formed in one end, far away from the marked material storage assembly, of the first guide block.
