The present embodiment provides a plurality of analog circuits of five-wire turnout switch machines as in any of the above embodiments; and the CPUs in the analog circuits of the five-wire turnout switch machine are the same CPU.
Since one CPU can control a plurality of strong electric control circuits, it is possible to realize a multi-stage traction operation using one CPU to control a plurality of switches.

Claims (10)

1. A five-wire system turnout switch machine simulation circuit is characterized by comprising an X1 wire, an X2 wire, an X3 wire, an X4 wire, an X5 wire, a relay switching circuit, a simulation load, a control circuit, an acquisition circuit and a CPU of a turnout switch machine;
the relay switching circuit comprises a positioning operation circuit, a reversal representation circuit, a reversal operation circuit and a positioning representation circuit;
the positioning operation circuit, the bit reversal representation circuit, the bit reversal operation circuit and the positioning representation circuit are all electrically connected with the analog load;
the X1 line, the X2 line, the X3 line, the X4 line and the X5 line are all electrically connected with the acquisition circuit;
the X1 line, the X2 line and the X5 line are all electrically connected with the positioning operation circuit, the X3 line is electrically connected with the flip indicating circuit, and the positioning operation circuit and the flip indicating circuit are all electrically connected with the control circuit;
the X1 line, the X3 line and the X4 line are all electrically connected with the flip operation circuit, the X2 line is electrically connected with the positioning representation circuit, and the flip operation circuit and the positioning representation circuit are all electrically connected with the control circuit;
the acquisition circuit and the control circuit are electrically connected with the CPU.

The five-wire switch machine simulation circuit of claim 1, wherein the CPU is configured to control the positioning operation circuit by the control circuit to perform the positioning operation on the simulation load if a first preset voltage is collected by the collection circuit on all of the X1 line, the X2 line and the X5 line; controlling the positioning operation circuit and the inversion representation circuit through the control circuit to enable the analog load to perform inversion representation;
under the condition that a second preset voltage is collected on the X1 line, the X3 line and the X4 line through the collection circuit, the control circuit controls the flip operation circuit to enable the analog load to perform flip operation; and controlling the flip operation circuit and the positioning representation circuit through the control circuit to enable the analog load to carry out positioning representation.
3. The five-wire switch machine simulation circuit of claim 2, wherein the positioning operation circuit comprises a first solid state relay and a second solid state relay;
wherein one contact of the first solid-state relay is connected with the X2 line, and the other contact is connected with the B phase of the analog load;
one contact of the second solid-state relay is connected with the X5 line, and the other contact is connected with the C phase of the analog load;
the X1 line is connected with the A phase of the analog load;
the CPU is used for controlling the first solid-state relay and the second solid-state relay to be conducted through the control circuit under the condition that the first preset voltage exists on the X1 line, the X2 line and the X5 line which are collected through the collection circuit, so that the analog load is subjected to positioning operation.
4. The five-wire switch machine simulation circuit of claim 3, wherein the flip-flop representation circuit comprises a first safety relay, a resistor and a diode, the first safety relay comprising two relays;
one contact of one relay in the first safety relay is connected with the X3 line, and the other contact is connected with one contact of the resistor;
the other contact of the resistor is connected with the cathode of the diode, the anode of the diode is connected with one contact of the other relay in the first safety relay, and the other contact of the other relay is connected with the C phase of the analog load;
the CPU is used for controlling the first solid-state relay and the second solid-state relay to be switched off through the control circuit, and two relays in the first safety relay are switched on, so that the analog load is subjected to inversion representation.
5. The five-wire switch machine simulation circuit of claim 4, wherein the flip operating circuit comprises a third solid state relay and a fourth solid state relay;
wherein one contact of the third solid-state relay is connected with the X4 line, and the other contact is connected with the B phase of the analog load;
one contact of the fourth solid-state relay is connected with the X3 line, and the other contact is connected with the C phase of the analog load;
the X1 line is connected with the A phase of the analog load;
the CPU is used for controlling the third solid-state relay and the fourth solid-state relay to be conducted through the control circuit under the condition that the second preset voltage exists on the X1 line, the X3 line and the X4 line which are collected through the collection circuit, so that the analog load is subjected to reverse operation.
6. The five-wire switch machine simulation circuit of claim 5, wherein the positioning indication circuit comprises a second safety relay, the resistor and the diode, the second safety relay comprising two relays;
one contact of one relay in the second safety relay is connected with the X2 line, and the other contact is connected with the anode of the diode;
the negative electrode of the diode is connected with one contact of the resistor, the other contact of the resistor is connected with one contact of the other relay in the second safety relay, and the other contact of the other relay in the second safety relay is connected with the phase C of the analog load;
the CPU is used for controlling the third solid-state relay and the fourth solid-state relay to be switched off through the control circuit, and two relays in the second safety relay are switched on, so that the analog load is positioned and expressed.

The five-wire switch machine simulation circuit according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the CPU is configured to control the positioning operation circuit and the inversion representation circuit by the control circuit to invert the analog load after a duration of positioning operation of the analog load reaches a first preset duration.

The five-wire switch machine simulation circuit according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the CPU is configured to control the flip operation circuit and the positioning representation circuit through the control circuit to position and represent the analog load after a period of time for flipping the analog load reaches a second preset period of time.

The five-wire switch machine simulation circuit according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the acquisition circuit is further electrically connected to the flip representation circuit and to the positioning representation circuit for acquiring a flip representation and a positioning representation of the analog load and sending the flip representation and the positioning representation to the CPU;
and the CPU is used for sending the bit reversal representation and the positioning representation to the side of the simulation track.
10. A five-wire switch machine simulation system comprising a plurality of five-wire switch machine simulation circuits according to any one of claims 1 to 9;
and the CPUs in the analog circuits of the five-wire turnout switch machine are the same CPU.
