Referring to figures 1 to 8, a child seat 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the utility model is illustrated, wherein the child seat 1 is intended for use with infants, toddlers or older children. The child chair 1 is able to provide a firm support for the user.
The user can sit on the child chair 1 for dining or playing games, and can also lie on the child chair 1 for rest. It is noted that when the position of the user on the child chair 1 changes, the centre of gravity of the child chair 1 subjected to pressure may also change, for example the centre of gravity of the user in a sitting position and the centre of gravity of the user in a lying position may not be in the same position. This places high demands on the stability of the child chair 1. The child chair 1 provided in this embodiment can provide a user with stable support through a relatively simple design, so that the child chair 1 can be applied to various usage scenarios.
Specifically, the child chair 1 comprises a support frame, which may be a foldable support frame 1000, and a support pad 2000, wherein the support pad 2000 is provided to the foldable support frame 1000 and can be folded along with the foldable support frame 1000. The foldable stand 1000 of the child seat 1 includes a seat portion 10 and a support portion 20, wherein the support portion 20 is used for supporting the seat portion 10, the seat portion 10 is used for a user to sit, and the support portion 20 supports the seat portion 10. The support pad 2000 is placed on the ride 10. When the child chair 1 is used, the supporting part 20 may be placed on a work surface, which may be the ground, and supported at a certain height from the seating part 10.
The seating part 10 includes a back support 11 and a seating support 12, wherein the back support 11 can support the back of the user, and the seating support 12 can support the buttocks of the user, so that the user can be seated on the seating part 10 safely. The back support 11 is connected to the seating support 12, and the seating part 10 can form a seating space 100, the seating space 100 being formed between the back support 11 and the seating support 12. The user can ride in the seating space 100.
The position of the seating space 100 with respect to the support part 20 is variable so that the position or magnitude of the force applied by the seating part 10 and the support part 20 is changed. The position of the entire seat portion 10 with respect to the support portion 20 may be variable, or the position of a part of the seat portion 10 with respect to the support portion 20 may be variable. Of course, when the positions of the seating part 10 and the supporting part 20 are kept relatively fixed, a user with a large size may also cause the position or magnitude of the force applied to the supporting part 20 by the seating part 10 to change when sitting on the seating part 10.
The support portion 20 can be adjusted to accommodate changes in the force from the seat portion 10.
In detail, the supporting part 20 includes at least one supporting leg 21 and at least one supporting assembly 22, wherein at least one supporting leg 21 is provided at both sides of the seating part 10, respectively, and the supporting assembly 22 is connected to the supporting leg 21. The support legs 21 may extend from the seat support 12 of the seat portion 10 or from the back support 11 of the seat portion 10. In this embodiment, the support legs 21 extend from the seat support 12 of the seat 10. It will be appreciated that when the child chair 1 is in use, the seat support 12 is generally located lower than the back support 11 and the support legs 21 support the seat support 12 in a lower position to facilitate overall stability of the child chair 1. It is understood that the number of the supporting legs 21 may be one, or more, and when the number of the supporting legs 21 is one, the number of the supporting members 22 may be one, or more.
The support assembly 22 is located on the ground and is connected to the support leg 21. The support assembly 22 and at least one of the support legs 21 form a support angle, which may be an acute angle. The support assembly 22 is supported by the support leg 21, and the support leg 21 supports the seat 10.
In the present embodiment, one end of the support leg 21 is connected to the seat support 12 of the seat 10, and the other end of the support leg 21 is connected to the support assembly 22. From the perspective of the entire child chair 1, the junction of the support leg 21 and the support member 22 acts as a fulcrum, most of the support leg 21 of the support portion 20 of the child chair 1 is suspended, the seat portion 10 bears on the support leg 21, and the support leg 21 bears on the support member 22 through the junction of the support leg 21 and the support member 22.
Further, the support assembly 22 comprises at least one support member 221, wherein the support member 221 is connected to the support leg 21. The support leg 21 has a high end and a low end, wherein the high end of the support leg 21 is connected to the seating part 10 and the low end of the support leg 21 is connected to the support part 221 of the support assembly 22.
The support assembly 22 may further include a support connector 222, wherein the support connector 222 is adapted to be connected to the support member 221. The support link 222 may be mounted to the support member 221. The support link 222 may be mounted to the support member 221 for use during use of the child chair 1. That is, the support connection member 222 can be used as a use accessory of the child chair 1, and can be detached or installed according to requirements. In this embodiment, the supporting connection member 222 is connected to the supporting member 221.
The support member 221 extends outward from the lower end of the support leg 21 by a predetermined distance to be stably supported on the seating part 10. The support links 222 are connected to the support members 221 to facilitate increased support of the seat 10.
In detail, in this example, the number of the supporting pieces 221 is two, each of the supporting pieces 221 extends to the supporting leg 21 and the supporting piece 221 extends toward the back support 11 side of the seat 10. The supporting member 221 is connected to the supporting leg 21 and the supporting connector 222, respectively. When the child chair 1 is placed on the ground for use, the support piece 221 of the support portion 20 is attached to the ground, and the support leg 21 supported by the support piece 221 is supported at a predetermined height.
The support portion 20 has a support area, wherein the support member 221 and the support connection member 222 form the support area. When the support link 222 is mounted to the support member 221, the support area can be enlarged, thereby facilitating stable support of the seating part 10.
In more detail, the supporting connection member 222 can be installed to the supporting member 221 and extend in the same direction as the supporting member 221. In this example, the support member 221 is implemented as a support arm, and the support connector 222 extends for the length of the support arm. As for the support member 221, the sitting support 12 of the sitting portion 10 is closer to the support member 221 than the back support 11. The seat support 12 generally bears a large weight of the human body, but when the user is in a different posture, say a lying posture, the center of gravity is shifted toward the back support 11 side with respect to the sitting posture. The center of gravity is shifted rearward if the user located in the seating space 100 is used as a coordinate. In this case, the support connection 222 of the support assembly 22 extends along the support member 221 to increase the support area towards the back support 11 side, which is beneficial for maintaining the stability of the entire child chair 1.
In other words, the child seat 1 can be adapted to the change of the center of gravity of the seat portion 10 and accordingly the support of the supporting portion 20 is adjusted, so that the supporting portion 20 can be adapted to the change of the seat portion 10 and finally a stable support is achieved as a whole.
The support connection 222 may be received in the support 221 when not in use and does not itself take up excessive space or weight. That is, the adaptability adjustment of the support portion 20 to the seating portion 10 does not require a sacrifice in portability for the support portion 20. The support 20 need not be designed to be bulky to accommodate different usage scenarios.
Further, in this example, the support connector 222 of the support assembly 22 is connected to the support member 221 and can be folded over the support member 221 for convenient storage and use.
In detail, one end of the supporting member 221 is connected to the supporting leg 21, the other end of the supporting member 221 is connected to the supporting link 222, and the supporting link 222 is rotatably connected to the supporting member 221. For example, the support link 222 is pivotally connected to the support member 221. The supporting connection member 222 can be rotated to overlap the supporting member 221, and an included angle between the supporting connection member 222 and the supporting member 221 is 0 °, and also can be rotated to extend to the supporting member 221
In the same direction, the angle between the supporting connection member 222 and the supporting member 221 is 180 °. Optionally, the support connector 222 is rotated by an angle ranging from 0 ° to 360 ° relative to the support member 221.
Further, when the supporting portion 20 is subjected to the acting force from the seating portion 10, the portion of the supporting member 221 of the supporting assembly 22 connected to the supporting connector 222 is pressed against the ground, and the portion of the supporting member 221 connected to the supporting leg 21 has a tendency of tilting upward. The support of the seat 10 can be increased by lengthening the distance from the support assembly 22 to the connection of the support leg 21 and the support member 221, on the one hand, and by enlarging the force-receiving area, on the other hand.
Referring to fig. 4, the supporting connectors 222 can be respectively installed on two supporting members 221, such that one supporting member 221 located at the left side, the supporting connector 222 located at the middle side, and the supporting member 221 located at the right side are connected to each other to form a stable supporting system.
In detail, one end of one of the supporting links 222 is connected to one of the supporting members 221, and the supporting link 222 rotates to the other end to be connected to the other of the supporting members 221.
When the supporting links 222 are completely overlapped with the corresponding supporting members 221, the supporting members 221 respectively located at both sides have a tendency to be drawn inward, and the entire supporting part 20 is more stabilized by the supporting links 222, which is prevented. Further, the support connection member 222 between the two support members 221 can also be pressed against the ground to increase the contact area between the support portion 20 and the ground, which is beneficial for stably supporting the seat portion 10 on the ground, but it is understood that the child seat 1 can be used in other working environments, such as a vehicle, taking the ground as an example.
Further, the other support connection member 222 may also be rotated to be connected to the two support members 221, respectively. Alternatively, when the two supporting links 222 are respectively rotated to be connected to the two supporting members 221, the two supporting links 222 may be overlapped with each other.
Further, the supporting member 22 has a free end 2201 and a connecting end 2202, wherein the connecting end 2202 is formed at a connecting end of the supporting member 22, wherein the connecting end is connected to the supporting leg 21.
In this example, the number of the supporting connecting piece 222 and the number of the supporting pieces 221 are two, and the free end 2201 is one end of the supporting connecting piece 222 not connected to the supporting piece 221 or one end of the supporting piece 221 not connected to the supporting leg 21. The connection end surface 2202 is formed at an end of the support member 221 connected to the support leg 21.
When the two support connectors 222 are respectively overlapped with the support member 221 or only the support member 221, the free end of the support member 221 tends to move inward or outward during the weight bearing process, and the center of gravity of the seating portion 10 is also shifted backward relative to the support member 221. The supporting connection member 222 is located between the two supporting members 221 and respectively supports the two supporting members 221 so that the positions of the supporting members 221 are kept fixed.
In this way, the deflection of the support 221 is prevented. In other words, the free ends 2201 of the supporting members 22 are prevented from approaching each other, so that the distance from the connecting end surface 2202 to the free ends 2201 of the supporting members 22 is prolonged, and the supporting of the sitting portion 10 on the working surface is facilitated.
The child chair 1 further comprises a locking assembly 30, wherein the locking assembly 30 is arranged to the support assembly 22 of the support portion 20. The locking assembly 30 is used for locking the supporting member 221 and the supporting connection member 222 of the supporting member 22.
The locking assembly 30 includes at least one engaging member 31, at least one retaining seat 32 and at least one retaining seat 33, wherein the retaining seat 33 is disposed at a junction between the supporting member 221 and the supporting connector 222 of the supporting assembly 22, and the retaining seat 32 is mounted on the supporting member 221 of the supporting assembly 22 and can move along a surface of the supporting member 221 under the application of an external force. The engaging member 31 is disposed on the supporting connector 222 of the supporting member 22.
In detail, when the supporting connection piece 222 is not needed to be used, the supporting connection piece 222 is overlapped with the supporting piece 221, and the limit seat 32 can slide to one end of the supporting piece 221 close to the supporting leg 21. The engaging member 31 is disposed at a free end of the supporting connector 222. When the supporting connector 222 is overlapped with the supporting member 221, the engaging member 31 is engaged with the position-limiting seat 32, so that the supporting member 221, the supporting connector 222 and the position-limiting seat 32 are mutually limited.
When one of the supporting connectors 222 needs to span to connect two of the supporting members 221, the engaging member 31 at the free end of the supporting connector 222 can be engaged with the fixing seat 33 of the other supporting member 221, thereby fixing the two supporting members 221 and the supporting connector 222. Similarly, for the other supporting connector 222, the fixing seat 33 disposed at the connection point of the opposite supporting member 221 and the supporting connector 222 can be engaged by the engaging member 31.
Further, one of possible factors of the change in the acting force from the seating portion 10 is a change in the posture of the user himself/herself, such as the user leaning forward or backward, and the other possible factor is a change in the seating portion 10 himself/herself.
The seat portion 10 may be changeable in position entirely with respect to the support portion 20, for example, the entire seat portion 10 may be rotatable with respect to the support portion 20, so that the center of gravity of the seat portion 10 is changed. In this example, the back support 11 of the seat unit 10 is described as being movable. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the seat support 12 of the seat part 10 may also be movable.
Referring to the seating part 10 of the child chair 1 shown in fig. 5 to 6, the back support 11 of the seating part 10 is moved rearward, and the back support 11 is rotatably connected to the seating support 12.
The child seat 1 further includes at least one coupling seat 40, the number of the coupling seats 40 being two, and being respectively disposed at both sides of the seating part 10, wherein the seat support 12 and the back support 11 of the seating part 10 are respectively coupled to the coupling seats 40. The coupling seat 40 is installed at the junction of the seat support 12 and the back support 11. The support legs 21 of the support part 20 are mounted to the coupling socket 40. It is understood that the sitting support 12 and the back support 11 can also be connected to the connecting seat 40 respectively, that is, the sitting support 12 can be connected to the back support 11 by means of the connecting seat 40.
The back support 11 of the seating portion 10 is pivotably connected to the seat support 12 such that the angle between the back support 11 and the seat support 12 becomes larger or smaller.
The relative positions of the back support 11 and the seat support 12 of the seating portion 10 can be adjusted and can be fixed at the adjusted positions.
The child seat 1 further comprises a switch 50, wherein the switch 50 may be arranged in the seat part 10, for example in the position of the back support 11 of the seat part 10. The seating part 10 is controllably connected to the switch 50.
When the switch 50 is operated, the back support 11 can be released relative to the seat support 12. For example, when the switch 50 is toggled or pressed, the back support 11, which is originally fixed relative to the sitting support 12, can move toward the sitting support 12 or move away from the sitting support 12, so that the size of the sitting space 100 can be changed. For a user, the user may lie on the seat portion 10 of the child chair 1 when the angle between the back support 11 and the seat support 12 becomes larger, and the user may sit on the seat portion 10 of the child chair 1 when the angle between the back support 11 and the seat support 12 becomes smaller.
By operating the switch 50, the back support 11 and the seat support 12 can be maintained in a fixed position to provide a firm support for the user. It will be appreciated that the locking and unlocking of the back support 11 and the seat support 12 may be varied, for example by snapping, screwing etc.
Further, referring to fig. 6 with emphasis, when the center of gravity of the seating part 10 is moved backward, if the support member 22 is kept at the original short length, the probability that the entire child seat 1 will fall backward increases. The length of the support member 22 on the side of the seat 10 can be extended. That is, the support members 22 can extend toward the same side as the center of gravity of the seating portion 10 moves rearward to reduce the chance of the child seat 1 tipping rearward.
In other words, when the length of the center of gravity of the seating portion 10 projected to the connection end surface 2202 on the working surface is extended, the distance from the free end 2201 of the support member 22 to the connection end surface 2202 can be extended in the same direction.
Optionally, the projection of the seat 10 on the work surface is located inside the free end 2201 of the support member 22. That is, the maximum distance from the free end 2201 of the support member 22 to the junction of the support member 22 and the support leg 21 is greater than the distance of the center of gravity of the seat 10 projected to the junction of the support member 22 and the support leg 21.
Further, the child chair 1 comprises at least one armrest 60, wherein the armrest 60 is disposed on both sides of the seat portion 10 and connected to the seat support 12 and the back support 11, respectively, so that a user can place a hand at the position of the armrest 60 for obtaining support, and the armrest 60 can prevent the user in the seat portion 10 from falling off from the position of the seat portion 10 to some extent.
When the back support 11 of the seating part 10 is drawn toward the sitting support 12, the armrests 60 respectively connected to the sitting support 12 and the back support 11 can be folded so as not to cause an obstruction when the back support 11 and the sitting support 12 are drawn toward each other.
The number of the armrests 60 is two, and each armrest 60 comprises an armrest arm 61 and an armrest leg 62, wherein the armrest leg 62 is supported by the armrest arm 61 on the sitting support 12. The arm support 61 extends outward from the back support 11, and the arm support 62 extends outward from the seat support 12.
The armrest arm 61 is rotatably connected to the back support 11, and the armrest leg 62 is rotatably connected to the sitting support 12, for example, the armrest arm 61 is pivotably connected to the back support 11, and the armrest leg 62 is pivotably connected to the sitting support 12.
The armrest arm 61 is rotatably connected to the armrest leg 62. When the sitting support 12 and the back support 11 are drawn together, the armrest arms 61 and the armrest legs 62 can also be folded together. When the sitting support 12 and the back support 11 are moved away from each other, the armrest arm 61 and the armrest leg 62 can also be opened away from each other.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the child chair 1 has an open state and a folded state for the entire child chair 1, and the child chair 1 can be switched between the open state and the folded state by operating the child chair 1. In the present embodiment, the child chair 1 can be switched between the card punching state and the folding state by operating the switch 50. It will of course be appreciated that the switch 50 need not be present. The adjustment of the relative position of the seat support 12 and the back support 11 of the seat part 10 may also be independent of the switch 50 design. The seat support 12 and the back support 11 can be adjusted in a step-by-step manner or in a stepless manner.
In the opened state, the seating support 12 and the back support 11 are formed in the seating space 100 for the user to sit, and the support part 20 is supported on the seating part 10 to support the seating part 10 on the ground.
In the folded state, the seat support 12 and the back support 11 are drawn close to each other, and the support portion 20 and the seat support 12 are drawn close to each other, so that the entire child chair 1 is maintained in a small size.
The back support 11 is folded towards the seat support 12 while being connected to the back support 11 and the seat support
The armrests 60 of the seating supports 12 are simultaneously folded. The support part 20 can also be folded over the seat support 12 of the seating part 10.
The support legs 21 and the support assemblies 22 of the support part 20, which are respectively located at both sides, can be respectively overlapped with the sitting support 12.
In the open position the support leg 21 and the support assembly 22 are supported by the seat support 12 and in the folded position the support leg 21 and the support assembly 22 are no longer supported by the seat support 12.
In detail, the support leg 21 of the support part 20 is connected to the connection seat 40, the seat support 12 is connected to the connection seat 40, and the back support 11 is connected to the connection seat 40. The movement of the support leg 21 originally located at the position of the connection seat 40 is limited by at least one of the connection seat 40, the seat support 12 and the back support 11, and the position of the seat support 12 and the back support 11 at the connection seat 40 is changed due to the change of the relative position of the seat support 12 and the back support 11, so that the support leg 21 of the support part 20 can move freely.
Under the action of gravity, the two support legs 21 have a tendency to approach towards a neutral position, the support legs 21 being able to rotate inwardly so that the support legs 21 and the support assemblies 22 on each side overlap the seat support 12. Thus, the seat support 12, the back support 11, and the support part 20 of the seating part 10 can be superimposed on each other.
It is understood that the support portion 20 may be limited independently of the connecting seat 40 or the seat portion 10, for example, by other locking devices to lock the support portion 20 to the connecting seat 40 and/or the seat portion 10.
In the present embodiment, the unlocking of the supporting part 20 is achieved by the control synchronization of the seating part 10, the folding process of the child chair 1 is simplified, and the user can operate the switch 50 with one key to fold the child chair 1.
When the child chair 1 needs to be opened for use, a force is applied to the support legs 21 to move the two support legs 21 outwards. In other words, the support legs 21 can be erected to support the seating portion 10. A force is applied to the back support 11 and the seat support 12 of the seating part 10 so that the back support 11 can be opened with respect to the seat support 12. When the back support 11 is opened to a certain extent, the back support 11 and the seat support 12 can be fixed in this opened position.
Further, it will be appreciated that the child chair 1 may be attached with functional components, such as tables, game stands etc. to meet the various needs of the user.
