Abstract

本实用新型是一种杯式的食物保存容器，它由杯 体、杯盖和座装在杯体内的排气密封盖构成。排气密 封盖在杯体内壁上可以上下滑移，在它的侧面设有密 封圈，中间设有排气通道以及一个阻塞排气通道用的 封盖或封塞。本真空保鲜杯适合于家庭和一般外出 使用，有类似真空包装的效果和简易罐头的用场。而 且复用性好，使用方便，用途广泛，其实用性和普通杯 子一样。

Description

本实用新型涉及食物保存容器，具体地说是一种用于食物贮存的杯。
普通的杯、或茶缸，在贮存食物，特别是带汤汁的食物时，由于食物表面与空气接触面比较大，容易起氧化作用而影响食物保鲜。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种真空保鲜杯，它能有效地减少或隔绝食物表面与空气的接触，达到类似食物真空保鲜的效果，延长食物的有效贮存期。
这种真空保鲜杯，其特征在于杯体的内壁为直式柱面，装有一个与柱面配合的排气密封盖，排气密封盖可以沿杯体内壁上下滑移，以适应杯体内贮存食物多少不同的需要。
为保证密封性能，在排气密封盖的外侧面上设置密封圈，同时在盖的中部或其他部位设置贯穿的排气通道，并且在排气通道处加装一个封盖或塞盖，用来堵塞排气通道，阻断杯内腔与外界空气的联系。
本实用新型的积极效果在于：
1、具有真空包装的效果，由于增加了排气密封盖，通过它沿杯体内壁滑移，移到食物表面贴近地方（如软性，液态食物情况），将空气排出，然后堵塞排气通道，从而获得类似真空保装的效果。
2、密封性能好，在杯体内壁与排气密封盖之间通过密封圈的设置可以达到良好的密封效果。
3、复用性好，杯子如同一种简单罐头，但是可以重复使用。
4、使用方便，即使是在无冷藏条件的情况下，只要将食物加以蒸煮，作高温灭菌处理后，封塞排气通道，即可投入贮存。

图2是排气密封盖的另一个实施例。
如图1所示，杯体1上盖有杯盖2起防尘作用。排气密封盖3起排气、密封作用，它座装在杯体内，可沿内壁上下滑移，移动前将封盖4松开，往下压排气密封盖，杯中气体可从中间的通气孔7和封盖4上的通气孔排出。拧紧封盖，密封圈5与盖子紧密接触，使杯内腔与外界空气阻断。密封圈6装在排气密封盖的侧面上，作为壁间密封。
图2所示的排气密封盖3另一个实施例，下面略呈弧形，中间有排气通道孔7，杯内空气通过它再从塞盖4上的通气槽8引出，塞盖4用螺纹或局部断续螺纹连接。密封圈6设有二个，为壁间密封，密封性能更为稳定，密封垫5作阻断排气通道时密封之用，为台肩端面密封。

1、一种真空保鲜杯，其特征在于杯体(1)的内壁为柱面，并设有一个与柱面配合的排气密封盖(3)，排气密封盖在杯体内壁可以上下滑移。
2、根据权利要求1所述的真空保鲜杯，其特征在于所说的排气密封盖（3），在其外侧面上设有密封圈（6）。
3、根据权利要求1所述的真空保鲜杯，其特征在于排气密封盖（3）的中部设有排气通道（7）和阻塞排气通道用的、带通气孔的封盖（4）。
