Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of projection display, and particularly relates to a projection screen and a projection system.
Background
In recent years, projection display technology has been widely used in various fields because of its advantages such as high brightness, wide color gamut, high color reproducibility, long life, energy saving, and environmental protection. Screens for projection displays are receiving increasing attention from outside in the field of projection display technology.
However, in the conventional rollable screen in the market, after rolling for a period of time, it is inevitable that the display area generates periodic rolling horizontal stripes, which affect the display effect.
Therefore, how to develop a crease-resistant foldable projection screen becomes a problem to be solved urgently at present.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The present application provides a projection screen and a projection system to improve the above-mentioned problems.
The embodiment of the application can be realized as follows:
in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a projection screen, including a curtain body, where the curtain body includes a flexible substrate and a display film that are stacked; the winding shaft is used for winding the curtain body; the crease-resistant strip, the crease-resistant strip set up in the side of curtain body is used for reducing produced fold during the rolling of curtain body, the side perpendicular to the rolling axle.
In a second aspect, a projection system is provided, comprising the above-mentioned projection screen, and a projection device.
The projection screen comprises a screen body, a winding shaft and a crease-resistant strip, wherein the screen body comprises a flexible substrate and a display membrane which are arranged in a stacked mode and used for receiving projection light and displaying images, and the winding shaft is used for winding the screen body so as to be convenient to store when the projection screen is not used; the crease-resistant strip set up in the side of curtain body is used for reducing produced fold during the curtain body rolling, the side perpendicular to the rolling axle to the thickness on rolling surface is poor when forming the rolling of curtain body, therefore reduces produced fold during the rolling of curtain body, simultaneously because the crease-resistant strip with the self cohesion of pasting the face between the curtain body makes the laminating region have certain tension, consequently can effectively alleviate the edge warpage of curtain body. The projection system using the projection screen has the advantages that the projection screen is convenient for a user to store, the projection display effect is good, and the user experience is improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. The components of the embodiments of the present application, generally described and illustrated in the figures herein, can be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations.
It should be noted that the features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
The conventional rollable screen in the market can not avoid generating periodic rolling horizontal stripes in a display area after being rolled for a period of time, so that the display effect is influenced, and particularly in a display picture with a pure white field, the horizontal stripe problem can be amplified.
Therefore, how to develop a crease-resistant foldable projection screen becomes a problem to be solved urgently at present.
In a first aspect, in view of the above-mentioned problems, embodiments of the present application provide a rollable projection screen that can prevent generation of wrinkles.
Projection screen includes the curtain body, the curtain body is including the flexible substrate and the display film piece of range upon range of setting. Optionally, the display film may be disposed on any one side or both sides of the flexible substrate, and the display film is configured to receive the projection light and display an image.
And the winding shaft is connected with the curtain body and used for winding the curtain body. Optionally, the winding shaft may be connected to one end of the curtain body, and the curtain body is wound along a winding direction during winding; the number of the rolling shafts can be two, the two ends of the rolling shafts corresponding to the curtain body in parallel are connected, and the curtain body is rolled along the opposite rolling direction during rolling. Optionally, the winding shaft may be an electric winding shaft, and the electric winding shaft may be a motor driving the winding shaft to rotate so as to wind the curtain body, or may be a passive winding shaft, for example, a rotating wheel driving the winding shaft to rotate, so as to wind the curtain body. The crease-resistant strip, the crease-resistant strip set up in the side of curtain body is used for reducing produced fold during the rolling of curtain body, the side perpendicular to the rolling axle. The crease-resistant strip can have the strip structure of pasting the face, can set up in the both sides limit region along the rolling direction, can set up in arbitrary side of curtain body also can all have the setting in the both sides of screen body, also can set up relatively in the both sides limit on the different surfaces of curtain body. It should be noted that the crease-resistant strips are arranged in the two side edge regions, which refers to the edge regions of any surface of the curtain body, and may be arranged by wrapping the two side edges of the curtain body, or may be arranged only on the surface of the curtain body and stacked with the curtain body.
Optionally, the display film sheet has a thickness of 0.1-1mm, the flexible substrate has a thickness of 0.1-1mm, and the wrinkle resistant strip has a thickness of 0.2-2 mm. The thickness of the display membrane can be 0.1mm, 0.5mm,1mm and the like, the thickness of the flexible substrate can be 0.1mm, 0.5mm,1mm and the like, and the thickness of the display membrane can be equal to or unequal to that of the flexible substrate. The thickness of the crease-resistant strip can be 0.2mm,0.5mm,1mm,2mm and the like.
Optionally, the length of the crease resistant strip is 0.4% -20% of the length of the curtain body.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a projection screen according to an embodiment of the present application. Projection screen 100 includes a flexible substrate 110 and a display film 120 in a stacked arrangement. The display film 120 is used to receive the projection light and display the projection image. Display film 120 includes a reflective coating for reflecting the projected light back to the viewer's field of view. The material of the reflective coating is not limited in the application, and can be a mixed coating of aluminum powder and resin with a certain particle size, or a mixed coating of resin and a diffuse reflection material such as titanium dioxide, and the like, and can meet a certain reflection performance. The display film 120 may be an optical fresnel film suitable for ultra-short focus projection display, or an ambient light resistant film suitable for direct projection or side projection. The type or application scenario of the display film 120 is not limited in this application.
As shown in the left side of fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the left side of fig. 1 is a view of the projection screen 100 on the side on which the projection light is incident, and the flexible base material 110 and the display film 120 are respectively stacked and disposed along the projection light incidence direction. Projection screen 100 also includes a winding shaft 130, which in this embodiment is an electric winding shaft fixed on the wall, and the motor rotates to wind the curtain body in the direction of the arrow.
In the present embodiment, the width of the flexible substrate 110 is greater than the width of the display film 120 in the rolling direction. Specifically, the display film 120 is provided in a partial region on the projection light incident side of the flexible substrate 110 for displaying an image. The flexible substrate 110 may be PET, PVC, etc., which is easy to roll and maintain, and has good ductility and toughness.
In the present embodiment, as shown in the right side of fig. 1, the wrinkle preventing bar 140 is disposed on the other surface of the flexible substrate 110 away from the display film 120, i.e., the surface facing away from the incident side of the projection light. In order to prevent the display film 120 from being rolled up to generate cross wrinkles or creases, the width of the wrinkle preventing strip 140 is set to be the same as the width of the flexible substrate 110. In other embodiments, the width of the blank 140 is greater than the width of the display film, which is not limited in this application.
The blank 140 includes a first blank 141 and a second blank 142 symmetrically arranged and having the same size. In this embodiment, the length of the curtain body is 2.2m, and in this case, the lengths of the first crease bar 141 and the second crease bar 142 may be any value in the range of 0.44cm to 22cm, for example, 5cm, 10cm,12cm, 16cm, etc., and here, the lengths of the first crease bar 141 and the second crease bar 142 are preferably 10 cm.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the rolling direction indicated by the arrow is also the width direction of the curtain body, and the length direction is a direction perpendicular to the width direction in the same plane.
In this embodiment, the thickness of the film 110 is shown to be 0.5mm, the thickness of the flexible substrate 120 is shown to be 0.5mm, and the thickness of the crease bar 140 is shown to be 1 mm. In this embodiment, the blank 140 may be a single-sided tape.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a projection system including the projection screen.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a projection system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 2. The projection system 200 includes the projection screen 100 of the above embodiment, and a projection device 210.
The projection device 210 may be an ultra-short-focus projector, in other embodiments, the projection device 210 may also be a ceiling-mounted projector or a direct-projection projector, and the application does not limit the projection device in the projection system. Through using the projection screen that this application provided, this kind of projection system can make projection display effect good when convenience of customers accomodates projection screen, promotes user experience.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the projection screen provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a screen body, a winding shaft and a wrinkle-proof strip, where the screen body includes a flexible substrate and a display film that are stacked for receiving projection light and displaying an image, and the winding shaft is used for winding the screen body so as to be accommodated when the projection screen is not used; the crease-resistant strip set up in the side of curtain body is used for reducing produced fold during the curtain body rolling, the side perpendicular to the rolling axle to the thickness on rolling surface is poor when forming the rolling of curtain body, therefore reduces produced fold during the rolling of curtain body, simultaneously because the crease-resistant strip with the self cohesion of pasting the face between the curtain body makes the laminating region have certain tension, consequently can effectively alleviate the edge warpage of curtain body. The projection system using the projection screen has the advantages that the projection screen is convenient for a user to store, the projection display effect is good, and the user experience is improved.

1. A projection screen, comprising
The curtain comprises a curtain body and a display film, wherein the curtain body comprises a flexible base material and a display film which are arranged in a stacked mode;
the winding shaft is used for winding the curtain body;
the crease-resistant strip, the crease-resistant strip is including pasting the face, the crease-resistant strip paste set up in the side of curtain body is used for reducing produced fold during the rolling of curtain body, the side perpendicular to the rolling axle.
2. The projection screen of claim 1 wherein the display film comprises a reflective coating.
3. The projection screen of claim 1 wherein the flexible substrate has a width greater than a width of the display film.
4. The projection screen of claim 1 wherein the display film has a thickness of 0.1mm to 1mm and the flexible substrate has a thickness of 0.1mm to 1 mm.
5. A projection screen according to claim 1 or 4, wherein the thickness of the wrinkle resistant stripes is 0.2mm to 2 mm.
6. The projection screen of claim 1 wherein the width of the wrinkle resistant stripes is greater than the width of the display film sheet and less than or equal to the width of the flexible substrate.
7. The projection screen of claim 3 wherein the anti-crease bar is adhesively disposed on another surface of the flexible substrate facing away from the display film.
8. The projection screen of claim 7 wherein the length of the wrinkle resistant strip is 0.4% -20% of the length of the curtain body.
9. The projection screen of claim 1 wherein the flexible substrate is a PET substrate.
10. A projection system comprising the projection screen of any one of claims 1 to 9, and a projection device.
