Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more clear, the embodiments of the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 illustrates a schematic structural diagram of a projection screen according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the projection screen includes: curtain sheet 1, curling assembly 2 and unwinding assembly 3.
The screen 1 is used for receiving the projection light beam to display a picture. In order to improve the aesthetic property of the projection screen, the screen 1 has a rectangular structure, and the display picture on the screen 1 can be adjusted to have a rectangular structure, so that the display effect is improved when the screen displays the picture.
In order to ensure the normal display of the screen 1 on the display screen, as shown in fig. 1, a first side of the screen 1 is fixedly connected to the curling assembly 2, and a second side of the screen 1 is fixedly connected to the unfolding assembly 3. The first side edge is opposite to the second side edge, and combines with the shape of the curtain sheet 1, and the first side edge and the second side edge are two long edges of the curtain sheet 1. Because the distance between curling subassembly 2 and the subassembly 3 that expandes is adjustable, can be through the distance between the adjustment curling subassembly 2 and the subassembly 3 that expandes for curtain 1 is in the state of expanding, guarantees the roughness of curtain 1 simultaneously, avoids curtain 1 to appear fold, curly phenomenon.
The rolling assembly 2 is used for rolling the curtain sheet 1 to achieve the rolling of the curtain sheet 1, and the unfolding assembly 3 is used for unfolding the curtain sheet 1 under the cooperation of the rolling assembly 2.
Optionally, the curling component 2 is fixedly connected with the upper side of the curtain sheet 1, and the unfolding component 3 is fixedly connected with the lower side of the curtain sheet 1. Wherein the deployment element 3 is a weight. When the curtain sheet 1 is unfolded, the unfolding component 3 can tighten the curtain sheet 1 under the action of self gravity so as to realize the unfolding of the curtain sheet 1. Of course, the deployment assembly 3 may have other structures, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the curling element 2 is fixedly connected to the lower side of the curtain sheet 1, and the unfolding element 3 is fixedly connected to the upper side of the curtain sheet 1. Wherein, the unfolding component 3 is a lifting frame comprising a cross beam, and the cross beam of the lifting frame is fixedly connected with the side edge of the curtain sheet 1. When the curtain sheet 1 is unfolded, the lifting frame is lifted to support the side edge of the curtain sheet 1 above, so that the curtain sheet 1 is promoted to be unfolded.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the curtain sheet 1 includes an optical film 11, or as shown in fig. 3, includes an optical film 11 and a flexible carrier 12.
When the curtain sheet 1 comprises the optical film 11, the optical film 11 is fixedly connected with the curling component 2 and the unfolding component 3 respectively. The optical film 11 is a white plastic screen, a gray plastic screen or a rollable fresnel optical screen.
When the curtain sheet 1 includes the optical film 11 and the flexible carrier 12, the back surface of the optical film 11 is fixed on the flexible carrier 12. The flexible carrier 12 is made of a material which is soft and has a large amount of stretching film, so as to ensure the curling of the curtain sheet 1 and avoid the deformation of the flexible carrier 12 under the action of external force. Illustratively, the flexible carrier 12 is a synthetic cloth.
As shown in fig. 4, the dimension of the optical film 11 along the length direction of the rolling assembly 2 is smaller than the dimension of the flexible carrier 12 along the length direction of the rolling assembly 2, that is, the width of the optical film 11 is smaller than the width of the flexible carrier 12. In this way, when the optical film 11 is bonded to the flexible carrier 12, the edge of the optical film 11 can be prevented from protruding from the flexible carrier 12, and the fixing efficiency of the optical film 11 can be improved.
Of course, the dimension of the optical film 11 along the length direction of the rolling assembly 2 may also be equal to the dimension of the flexible carrier 12 along the length direction of the rolling assembly 2, that is, the width of the optical film 11 is equal to the width of the flexible carrier 12. Thus, when the optical film 11 is fixed, the optical film 11 is conveniently aligned with the edge of the flexible carrier 12, so that the size of the curtain sheet 1 is reduced, and simultaneously, the whole curtain sheet 1 is paved with the display picture, so that the picture display effect of the curtain sheet 1 is improved.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the curtain sheet 1 is caused to be unfolded by the curling unit 2 and the unfolding unit 3, the left and right sides of the curtain sheet 1 are not restrained, and thus the curtain sheet 1 is easily deformed in a direction perpendicular to the left side due to its own factors. Therefore, as shown in fig. 1, the projection screen further includes a plurality of tension members 4, a middle portion of each tension member 4 of the plurality of tension members 4 is limited on the curtain sheet 1, and a projection along the thickness direction of the curtain sheet 1 is located on the curtain sheet 1, and both ends of each tension member 4 are respectively fixedly connected with the winding assembly 2 and the unwinding assembly 3.
Thus, when the curtain sheet 1 is unfolded, the curtain sheet 1 can be in a tensioned state through the tensioning piece 4, and the situation that the curtain sheet 1 is deformed is avoided. Meanwhile, the stress of the curtain sheet 1 in the direction parallel to the first side edge can be dispersed on the tensioning piece 4, so that the situation that the curtain sheet 1 bears the larger stress is avoided, and the situation that the curtain sheet 1 deforms is further avoided. In addition, because the projection of the middle part of the tension member 4 along the thickness direction of the screen sheet 1 is positioned on the screen sheet 1, the middle part of the tension member 4 is prevented from being exposed, and the aesthetic property of the projection screen is improved.
The length direction of the tensioning piece 4 is perpendicular to the first side edge of the curtain sheet 1, so that the stress of the curtain sheet 1 in the direction parallel to the first side edge can be maximally shared on the tensioning piece 4, the sharing effect of the tensioning piece 4 is improved, and the stress born by the curtain sheet 1 is reduced.
In order to avoid the tension member 4 from bending and deforming in the longitudinal direction thereof, thereby affecting the tensioning effect on the curtain sheet 1, the tension member 4 may be made of a material having a large tensile modulus. The tension member 4 is exemplified by a fishing line, a nylon line, a wire rope, or the like.
In the embodiment of the present application, the manner in which the intermediate portion of the tightening member 4 is retained on the curtain sheet 1 depends on the structure of the curtain sheet 1, and therefore the manner in which the tightening member 4 is retained on the curtain sheet 1 will be explained in detail in conjunction with the structure of the curtain sheet 1.
In some embodiments, when the curtain sheet 1 includes the optical film 11, since the front surface of the optical film 11 is used for displaying pictures, the tension member 4 is limited at the back surface of the optical film 11, or between two structural layers included in the optical film 11, that is, the tension member 4 and the optical film 11 are an integrated structure.
For details of each structural layer included in the optical film 11, reference is made to related technologies, and details of the embodiments of the present application are not described herein.
When the tensioning piece 4 is limited on the back surface of the optical diaphragm 11, the middle part of the tensioning piece 4 can be limited in a fixed mode, namely the tensioning piece 4 is fixedly connected with the back surface of the optical diaphragm 11; or the edge of the optical diaphragm 11 is provided with an accommodating pocket, and the tensioning piece 4 passes through the accommodating pocket to limit the middle part of the tensioning piece 4.
The tension member 4 and the optical film 11 are fixedly connected through bonding, and can be fixedly connected through other modes, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In other embodiments, when the curtain sheet 1 includes the flexible carrier 12 and the optical film 11, since the flexible carrier 12 does not affect the display, the middle portion of the tension member 4 may be limited on the flexible carrier 12, and of course, may also be limited on the back of the optical film 11.
For the situation of being limited on the flexible carrier 12, the middle portion of the tightening piece 4 may be fixedly connected to the flexible carrier 12 to limit the tightening piece 4, or as shown in fig. 4, the back surface of the flexible carrier 12 is provided with an accommodating pocket 121, that is, the flexible carrier 12 has the accommodating pocket 121, and the tightening piece 4 passes through the accommodating pocket 121 to limit the middle portion of the tightening piece 4.
Two side edges of the flexible carrier 12 perpendicular to the length direction of the first side edge of the curtain sheet 1 are folded along the back surface of the flexible carrier 12 and fixed with the back surface of the flexible carrier 12 to obtain the accommodating pocket 121. At this time, the accommodating pocket 121 is located on the back of the flexible carrier 12, so that the exposure of the tensioning piece 4 is avoided while the exposure of the accommodating pocket 121 is avoided, and the overall aesthetic property of the projection screen is ensured.
When the tension member 4 is fixedly connected to the flexible carrier 12, the tension member 4 is located on the back side of the flexible carrier 12, that is, the tension member 4 is fixedly connected to the back side of the flexible carrier 12, or the tension member 4 is fixed to the front side of the flexible carrier 12. Of course, the tension member 4 can also be fixed between two structural layers comprised by the flexible carrier 12.
In conjunction with the above description, if the width of the optical film 11 is smaller than the width of the flexible carrier 12, when the tension member 4 is fixed on the front surface of the flexible carrier 12, in order to avoid the exposure of the tension member 4 affecting the aesthetic property of the projection screen, the material of the tension member 4 is transparent. Illustratively, the tension member 4 is a transparent fishing line.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the plurality of tension members 4 includes a first tension member 41 and a second tension member 42, the first tension member 41 being positioned adjacent to a third side edge of the curtain sheet 1, and the second tension member 42 being positioned adjacent to a fourth side edge of the curtain sheet 1, the third side edge being opposite to the fourth side edge. Like this, can realize spacingly to the third side of curtain 1 through first taut 41, can realize spacingly to the fourth side of curtain 1 through the taut 42 of second, and through the cooperation of the taut 41 of first taut and second 42, can realize spacingly to curtain 1 in the direction perpendicular with the third side, thereby guarantee the taut effect of a plurality of taut 4 to curtain 1, avoid curling to appear in the third side and the fourth side of curtain 1, and the condition of fold appears in the direction perpendicular with the third side.
Further, when the third side and the fourth side of the curtain sheet 1 are limited by the first tensioning member 41 and the second tensioning member 42, in order to better ensure the tensioning effect of the first tensioning member 41 and the second tensioning member 42 on the curtain sheet 1 in the direction perpendicular to the third side, as shown in fig. 5, the first end of the first tensioning member 41 is biased toward the end corresponding to the rolling assembly 2, and the first end of the second tensioning member 42 is biased toward the end corresponding to the rolling assembly 2, that is, the distance between the end of the first tensioning member 41 connected to the rolling assembly 2 and the end of the second tensioning member 42 connected to the rolling assembly 2 is greater than the dimension of the curtain sheet 1 in the direction parallel to the first side. The second end of the first tension member 41 is biased toward the corresponding end of the deployment module 3, and the second end of the second tension member 42 is biased toward the corresponding end of the rolling module 2, i.e., the distance between the end of the first tension member 41 connected to the deployment module 3 and the end of the second tension member 42 connected to the deployment module 3 is greater than the dimension of the curtain sheet 1 in the direction parallel to the first side edge.
Thus, when the first tensioning member 41 and the second tensioning member 42 are tightened, the acting force which is opposite to the center can be applied to the curtain sheet 1 in the direction perpendicular to the third side edge of the curtain sheet 1, so that the stress of the curtain sheet 1 itself towards the center is further offset by the acting force, the tensioning effect of the first tensioning member 41 and the second tensioning member 42 on the third side edge and the fourth side edge of the curtain sheet 1 is improved, and the problem of deformation of the curtain sheet 1 is further avoided.
The first end of the first tension member 41 refers to the end connected to the rolling module 2, the second end of the first tension member 41 refers to the end connected to the unfolding module 3, the first end of the second tension member 42 refers to the end connected to the rolling module 2, and the first end of the second tension member 42 refers to the end connected to the unfolding module 3.
In the embodiment of the application, correspond the third side and the fourth side of taut curtain piece respectively through first taut spare and the taut spare of second, the taut effect of taut spare to the curtain piece has been improved, simultaneously the distance between the first end of first taut spare and the first end of the taut spare of second is greater than the curtain piece width, and under the condition that the distance between the second end of first taut spare and the taut second end of second was greater than the curtain piece width, the acting force can be exerted to the curtain piece in the direction of the curtain piece center dorsad to first taut spare and the taut spare of second to further avoid the curtain piece to take place the circumstances of warping, improve the display effect of display screen on the curtain piece.
The above description is only illustrative of the embodiments of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the embodiments of the present application, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that are made within the spirit and principle of the embodiments of the present application should be included in the scope of the embodiments of the present application.
